No. PL(AAP)/re-employment/2020/1046-1288.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 229 of the Constitution of India and by virtue of the powers conferred under Rule 59(a) of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Service Rules, 2000, the Honourable the Acting Chief Justice is pleased to extend the period of re-employment of Shri Radhakishan Shivlal Ladda, re-employed Personal Assistant, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, for a period of one year w.e.f. 1st March 2020 to 28th February 2021, purely on temporary basis on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay on the conditions mentioned in High Court Notification dated 28th February 2019.
