NOTIFICATION

Reference : (1) Government Notification No. SPC.1316/C.R. 205/IX, dated 1st January 2018 (2) Government Notification No. SPC.1316/C.R. 205/IX, dated 30th July 2018 (3) High Court letter No. A.5504/2020/310, dated 6th February 2020

No. SPC.1316/C.R.205/IX.— Whereas, the 14th Finance Commission has recommended for establishment of 18 Temporary Additional Courts viz. 14 Additional Courts in the cadre of District Judge and 04 Additional Courts in the cadre of Senior Civil Judge ;

And Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra in consultation with the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, vide notifications dated 1st January 2018 and 30th July 2018, has appointed the following retired Judicial Officers to the temporary additional posts of District Judge for the period of two (02) years from the date on which they assume charge of their post or until further orders, whichever occurs earlier ;

And Whereas, the Hon'ble Administrative Judges' Committee of Hon'ble High Court, Bombay has recommended the following retired Judicial Officers for appointment to the temporary additional posts of District Judge for further period of three (03) years ; (१) भाग चार-अ-३५-१ २ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-अ, फेब्रुवारी २६, २०२०/फाल्गुन ७, शके १९४१ Now Therefore, the Government of Maharashtra in consultation with the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, hereby appoints the following retired judicial officers to the temporary additional posts of District Judge for the period of three (03) years from the date mentioned against their respective names in Column 4 of schedule shown below or until further orders, whichever occurs earlier.

Shri Ashok Rewachand Dhamecha District Judge 4th Sep. 2020 On appointment as District Judge, the above retired Judicial Officers shall be entitled to pay and allowances at the rate they were drawing at the time of retirement minus total amount of pension as per the rules.
