महाराष्ट्र खाजगी सुरक्षा रक्षक (नोकरीचे नियमन व कल्याण) अधिनियम, १९८१.
क्रमांक एसजीए. २०१९/प्र.क्र. १०१/काम-५.----ज्याअर्थी, अधिसूचना उद्योग, ऊर्जा व कामगार विभाग क्रमांक एसजीए. २०१९/प्र.क्र.१०१/ काम-५, दिनांक २७ ऑगस्ट २०१९ याद्वारे महाराष्ट्र शासनाने महाराष्ट्र खाजगी सुरक्षा रक्षक (नोकरीचे नियमन व कल्याण) अधिनियम, १९८१, (१९८१ चा महा. ५८) (यापुढे याचा निदेश "उक्त अधिनियमामध्ये" असा करण्यात आला आहे) कलम ७(१) द्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकाराचा रायगड जिल्हा सुरक्षा रक्षक मंडळाकरिता एक सदस्य मंडळ गठित करण्याचा आणि श्री. दिनेश दाभाडे, सहायक कामगार आयुक्त यांना अध्यक्ष म्हणून नेमणूक करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासनाने श्री. दिनेश दाभाडे, सहायक कामगार आयुक्त यांच्या ऐवजी श्री. आनंद धनाजी भोसले, सहायक कामगार आयुक्त यांची नेमणूक करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे.
त्याअर्थी, उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ७(१) द्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र शासन अधिसूचना, उद्योग, ऊर्जा व कामगार विभाग क्रमांक एसजीए. २०१९/प्र.क्र.१०१/काम-५, दिनांक २७ ऑगस्ट २०१९ यामध्ये पुढीलप्रमाणे सुधारणा करत आहे :----
शासन अधिसूचना, उद्योग, ऊर्जा व कामगार विभाग क्रमांक एसजीए. २०१९/प्र.क्र.१०१/काम-५, दिनांक २७ ऑगस्ट २०१९ मधील नोंद १ मध्ये खालीलप्रमाणे अंतभर्ूत करण्यात येत आहे :----
१. रायगड जिल्हा सुरक्षा रक्षक श्री. आनंद धनाजी भोसले

NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA PRIVATE SECURITY GUARDS (REGULATION OF EMPLOYMENT & WELFARE) ACT, 1981.
No. SGA. 2019/C.R.101/LAB-5.—Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has vide Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No. SGA. 2019/C.R.101/ Lab-5, dated the 27th August 2019, constituted one man board for the district Raigad in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Maharashtra Private Security Guards (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1981 (Mah. LVIII of 1981) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act") and appointed Shri Dinesh Dabhade, Assistant Commissioner of Labour as Chairman of the Board ;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has decided to appoint Shri Anand Dhanaji Bhosale as Chairman of the Board in place of Shri Dinesh Dabhade, Assistant Commissioner of Labour.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 7 of the said Act, the Government of Maharashtra hereby amends the Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department No. SGA. 2019/C.R.101/Lab-5, dated the 27th August 2019, as follows :—
In the Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department No. SGA. 2019/C.R.101/Lab-5, dated the 27th August 2019, for existing entry 1, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :—
1. Raigad District Shri Anand Dhanaji Bhosale 17th September 2019.
Security Guards Board.
