Publication of Draft Development Plan of Hingna Nagar Panchayat U/s 26(1) of
Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966

Whereas, Government of Maharashtra, Urban Development Department vide Notification No. TPS-1899-1991- C.R.80-98-99-UD-13, dated 23-07-1999 constituted Nagpur Metropolitan Area and vide Notification No. TPS-2409- 2890-C.R.-336-09-UD-9, dated 31-08-2010 appointed Nagpur Improvement Trust as Special Planning Authority for said area. Revenue Area of Mauza Hingna, Ta. Hingna, Distt. Nagpur was included in above said Metropolitan Area ;
And whereas, Government of Maharashtra vide Notification No. NMRDA-3316-CR-55-UD-7, dated 04-03-2017 appointed Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority as Development Authority for above area. The Develop- ment Plan of said Metropolitan Area was sanctioned by Government vide Notification No. TPS-2416-C.R.-22A-2016- UD-9, dated 05-01-2018 ;
And whereas, Government of Maharashtra vide Notification No. MUN-2014-C.R.-98-UD-18, dated 19-03-2015 included the area of revenue village of Mouza Hingna in Nagar Panchayat, Hingna. The said revenue area of newly formed Hingna Nagar Panchayat was excluded from above said Development Plan of Metropolitan Area, by Modification No. SM-10 of Excluded Part of above Development Plan ;
And whereas, Planning Authority, Nagar Panchayat, Hingna vide Resolution No. 7, dated 20-02-2017 declares the intention u/s 23(1) alongwith Section 21(2) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 to prepare the Development Plan of area included in Hingna Nagar Panchayat boundary. And it was published in Government Gazette Part-1A, Nagpur Division, Nagpur, on dated 18-24 May, 2017 and daily newspaper " Lokmat " (Marathi) and " Lokmat Times" (English) on dated 10-05-2017 ;
द्धन्रु]क्ष् रू न् +रून् ॅ-+ न् ह्यम््र ान्म््र, त्र्ॅाम्न््र २९, २०२०/त्र्ॅा १०, ॅ १९४१ ३And whereas, Town Planning Officer, appointed under Section 24 of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 handed over the Existing land Use Map of Nagar Panchayat, Hingna boundary to Planning Authority (Nagar Panchayat, Hingna ) on date 03-04-2018 and Draft Development Plan submitted for publication u/s 26(1) of above said Act on date 13-02-2020 to the Planning Authority ;
And whereas, the General Body of Nagar Panchayat, Hingna vide Resolution No.1, date 17-02-2020 has approved the Draft Development Plan with few modifications alongwith its report for publication under Section 26(1) of the above said Act.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 26 of the above said Act and of all other powers enabling in this behalf, Nagar Panchayat, Hingna hereby give notice that the Draft Development Plan of Nagar Panchayat, Hingna alongwith its report have been prepared and published under Section 26(1) of the above said Act, for which objections/suggestions are invited from the public for a period of thirty (30) days from the publication of this notice in the Official Gazette. The objections/suggestions shall be submitted to the Chief Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Hingna, Ta. Hingna, Distt. Nagpur in office hours on all working days so as to consider before submitting the Draft Development Plan to the Government for final sanction u/s 30 of the Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966.
Further in pursuance of sub-section (1) of Section 26 of the above said Act, a copy of aforesaid Draft Development Plan alongwith its report are available for inspection during working hours on all working days in the following offices for a period of thirty (30) days from publication of this notice in the Official Gazette.
