भारताचे संविधान.

क्रमांक व्हीपीएम. २०१९/प्र.क्र.११२/पंरा.४ (२२).—भारताच्या संविधानाच्या अनुच्छेद २४३ च्या खंड (छ) व महाराष्ट्र ग्रामपंचायत अधिनियम (१९५९ चा तीन), कलम ४ याद्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा आणि यासंदर्भात समर्थ करणाया इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून आणि या संदर्भात काढण्यात आलेल्या पूर्वीच्या सर्व अधिसुचनांचे आणि संलेखांचे अधिक्रमण करून तसेच बुलडाणा जिल्हा परिषदेची स्थायी समिती, बुलडाणा जिल्ह्यतील लोणार तालुक्यातील ग्रामपंचायत आणि ग्रामसभा मातमळ यांच्याशी विचारविनिमय करून, महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल, याद्वारे बुलडाणा जिल्ह्यतील लोणार तालुक्यातील पिंपळखुटा, मातमळ व किन्ही या सोबतच्या अनुसूचीतील स्तंभ (३) मध्ये विर्िनदिष्ट केल्याप्रमाणे महसुली गाव किंवा महसुली गावांच्या गटाचा समावेश असलेले स्थानिक क्षेत्र हे ज्या दिनांकापासून स्वतंत्र गाव असेल आणि संविधानाच्या भाग ९ च्या प्रयोजनासाठी अनुसूचीतील स्तंभ (२) मध्ये विर्िनदिष्ट केल्याप्रमाणे पिंपळखुटा आणि किन्ही या नावाने ओळखले जातील तो दिनांक म्हणून २ मार्च २०२० हा दिवस विर्िनदिष्ट करीत आहेत.

NOTIFICATION

CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.

No.VPM.2019/CR-112/PR-4 (22).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of article 243 of the Constitution of India, read with section 4 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act (III of 1959), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in supersession of all the previous notifications and instruments issued in that behalf, and after consultation with the Standing Committee of the Zilla Parishad, Buldana and Village Panchayat and the Gram Sabha Matmal in Lonar Tahasil of Buldana District, the Governor of Maharashtra hereby specifies the 2nd March, 2020 to be the date from which of the local areas comprising group of Revenue Villages Pimpalkhuta, Matmal and Kinhi in Lonar Tahasil of Buldana District, specified in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto, shall be the distinct villages and shall be known by the name of the villages Pimpalkhuta and Kinhi, respectively, as specified in column (2) thereof, for the purposes of Part IX of the Constitution.
