NOTIFICATION
Notice of the election to the Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council
No. MSPC/2020/3.— Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of rule 7 of the Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council Rules, 1969, that :—
(1) An election is to be held of (Six) members of the Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council elected by the registered Pharmacists from amongst themselves ;
(2) Nomination of registered pharmacists eligible to fill the (Six) seats are invited ;
(3) Forms of nomination paper may be obtained from the Registrar on application ;
(4) Nomination papers may be sent so as to reach the undersigned on or before 18-15 hours on the 8th April 2020 at the office of the Registrar, Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council, 4th Floor, R Square, Opp. E.S.I.S. Hospital Compound, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, Mulund (West), Mumbai 400 080 ;
२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-क, मार्च २, २०२०/फाल्गुन १२, शके १९४१ (6) In the event of the election being contested,—(a) The voting papers may be sent by the electors so as to reach the Returning Officer on or before 18-15 hours on the 21st July 2020 at the office of the Registrar, Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council, 4th Floor, R Square, Opp. E.S.I.S. Hospital Compound, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, Mulund (West), Mumbai 400 080.
(b) The votes will be taken up for scrutiny and counting at 11-00 hours on the 28th July 2020 at the office of the Registrar, Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council, 4th Floor, R Square, Opp. E,S.I.S. Hospital Compound, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, Mulund (West), Mumbai 400 080.

Note :
(1) Any candidate may withdraw his candidature before 18-15 hrs. of 16th April 2020 by notice in writing signed by him and delivered to the Returning Officer.
(2) The names of the contesting candidates will be entered in voting papers in Form 4 in alphabetical order according to the Devnagari Script. For this purpose, first alphabet of the name as written in the nomination paper will be taken into consideration.
