वक्फ अधिनियम, १९९५.
क्रमांक वक्फ २०२०/प्र.क्र. ८/कार्यासन ४.– ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासनाने वक्फ अधिनियम, १९९५ (१९९५ चा ४३ वा) यामधील कलम १४ च्या पोट-कलम ९ आणि पोट-कलम १ मधील खंड (क) अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या शक्तींचा वापर करून, नगररचना किंवा व्यवसाय व्यवस्थापन, सामाजिक कार्य, वित्तीय किंवा महसूल, कृ षी आणि विकास कार्य यामध्ये व्यवसायिक अनुभव असलेली मुस्लीम व्यक्ती या संवर्गामधून शासन अधिसूचना, अल्पसंख्याक विकास विभाग क्रमांक वक्फ २०१९/ प्र.क्र.१२१/कार्यासन-४, दि. १३ सप्टेंबर २०१९ (यापुढे "उक्त अधिसूचना" असे वाचावे) अन्वये श्री. महेमूद महेबूब शेख यांची नियुक्तीच्या दिनांकापासून पुढील ५ वर्ष कालावधीसाठी किंवा पुढील आदेशापयंत यापैकी जे आधी घडेल अशा कालावधीसाठी महाराष्ट्र राज्य वक्फ मंडळावर (यापुढे "उक्त मंडळ" असे वाचावे) सदस्य म्हणून नियुक्ती के ली होती ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी मंडळाचा सदस्य म्हणून श्री. महेमूद महेबूब शेख यांची नियुक्ती रद्द करणे इष्ट असल्याचे महाराष्ट्र शासनाने ठरविले असल्याने ;
त्याअर्थी, आता वक्फ अधिनियम, १९९५ (१९९५ चा ४३ वा) यामधील कलम १४ च्या पोट-कलम ९ आणि पोट-कलम १ मधील खंड (क) अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या शक्तींचा आणि इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून, शासन याद्वारे श्री. महेमूद महेबूब शेख यांची पनचक्की, औरंगाबाद येथे मुख्यालय असलेल्या महाराष्ट्र राज्य वक्फ मंडळावर सदस्य म्हणून करण्यात आलेली नियुक्ती रद्द करत आहे.

NOTIFICATION
WAQF ACT, 1995.
No.Waqf 2020/C.R. 8/Desk-4.——Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has vide Government Notification, Minorities Development Department, No. Waqf 2019/C.R. 121/Desk-4, dated the 13th September 2019 (hereinafter referred to as "the said notification"), issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (9) read with clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Waqf Act, 1995 (43 of 1995), appointed Shri Mahemud Mahebub Shaikh, from the category of amongst Muslims, who has professional experience in town planning or business management, social work, finance or revenue, agriculture and development activities, to be the Member of the Maharashtra State Board of Waqfs (hereinafter referred to as "the said Board") for a period of five years from the date of publication of the said notification or until further orders, whichever is earlier;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra considers it expedient to cancel the appointment of Shri Mahemud Mahebub Shaikh as a Member of the said Board;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (9) read with clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Waqf Act, 1995 (43 of 1995) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby cancels the appointment of Shri Mahemud Mahebub Shaikh as a Member of the said Board.
