क्रमांक डीजीपी.३५१५/प्र.क्र.३७३/का.१४.------ दिवाणी प्रक्रिया संहिता, १९०८ च्या ऑर्डर २७, फौजदारी प्रक्रिया संहिता, १९७३ चे कलम २४ (३) व महाराष्ट्र विधि अधिकारी (नियुक्ती, सेवेच्या शर्ती आणि मानधन) नियम, १९८४ च्या नियम १३ मधील तरतुदीनुसार सातारा जिल्हा व सत्र न्यायालयाकरिता अॅड. राजेंद्र चिमणलाल शहा यांची सहायक सरकारी वकील व अतिरिक्त सरकारी अभियोक्ता या पदावर शासन अधिसूचना समक्रमांक दिनांक ९ ऑक्टोबर २०१५ अन्वये २ वर्षे कालावधीसाठी नियुक्ती करण्यात आली होती. तसेच शासन अधिसूचना समक्रमांक दिनांक २३ फेब्रुवारी २०१८ अन्वये जिल्हा व सत्र न्यायालय, सातारा येथे अॅड. वैभव हरिष काटकर यांची सहायक सरकारी वकील व अतिरिक्त सरकारी अभियोक्ता या पदावर पुढील १ वर्ष कालावधीसाठी नियुक्ती देण्यात आली होती. सदर नियुक्तीस वेळोवेळी देण्यात आलेल्या दोन्ही विधी अधिकायांच्या मुदतवाढीचा कालावधी दिनांक २२ फेब्रुवारी २०२० रोजी समाप्त होत आहे.
त्यानुसार अॅड. राजेंद्र चिमणलाल शहा व अॅड. वैभव हरिष काटकर यांच्या नियुक्तीस दिनांक २३ फेब्रुवारी २०२० पासून पुढील आदेशापयर्ंत अथवा त्यांच्या वयास ६२ वर्षे पूर्ण होतील तो दिनांक यापयर्ंतचा कालावधी, यापैकी जे अगोदर घडेल तोपयर्ंतच्या कालावधीकरिता मुदतवाढ देण्यात येत आहे.
२. सदर नियुक्त्या महाराष्ट्र विधि अधिकारी (नियुक्ती, सेवाशर्ती व मानधन) नियम, १९८४ यामध्ये दिलेल्या सेवाशतर्ींच्या अधीन राहतील.

2. His appointment is strictly subject to the conditions of service laid down in the Maharashtra Law Officers (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Remuneration) Rules, 1984.
3. Lamp sum fees of Rs. 50,000 (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) as quoted by Adv. Harshad V. Nimbalkar, has been already deposited by the applicant Shri Kunal Dinkar Patil to the Government, vide R.B.I. Challan No.9432 dated 17th February 2020. The amount will be paid to Adv. Harshad V. Nimbalkar, after completion of the case.
