कर्मचारी राज्य विमा अधिनियम, १९४८.
क्रमांक इएसआय.२०२०/प्र.क्र. ४०/कामगार-३.----कर्मचारी राज्य विमा अधिनियम, १९४८ (१९४८ चा ३४) च्या कलम ७४ आणि मुंबई कामगार विमा न्यायालय नियम, १९५९ च्या नियम ९ पोट-कलम (१) अन्वये प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे,---
(१) सोबत जोडलेल्या परिशिष्टातील रकाना क्र. (२) मध्ये दर्शविल्याप्रमाणे स्थानिक विभागासाठी अतिरिक्त कामगार विमा न्यायालय स्थापन करीत आहे, आणि
(२) सदर परिशिष्टाच्या रकाना क्र. (३) मध्ये दर्शविलेले (सदर कायद्याच्या कलम ७४ अन्वये विहित अर्हता प्राप्त असलेले) अधिकारी रकाना क्र. (२) मध्ये दर्शविलेल्या न्यायालयाचे न्यायाधीश असतील :---

क्र. आयसीई. Resolution A २४६०/१०६७९४/ काम-(१)/दिनांक ४ मे १९६१ अन्वये स्थापन झालेले औद्योगिक न्यायालय की ज्यावर श्री. ए. एस. काझी, सदस्य कार्यरत आहेत.
या अधिसूचनेमध्ये ज्या न्यायिक अधिकायांचे नाव नमूद केले आहे त्यांच्या जागी नेमणूक होणाया न्यायिक अधिकायांनादेखील सदर अधिसूचना लागू राहील.

भाग एक--ल-----२४--१२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग एक-ल, मार्च ६, २०२०/फाल्गुन १६, शके १९४१ २. या अधिसूचनेतील कोणताही आदेश या अधिसूचनेपूर्वी कोणाही पदाधिकायापुढे अंशत: सुनावणी झालेल्या कोणत्याही प्रलंबित प्रकरणांना बंधनकारक राहणार नाही आणि या अधिसूचनेपूर्वी अंशत: सुनावणी झालेली प्रकरणे ही अधिसूचना निर्गमित झालेलीच नव्हती असे गृहित धरून सदर प्राधिकारी निकाली काढू शकतील.

EMPLOYEES STATE INSURANCE ACT, 1948.
No. ESI. 2020/CR-40/Labour-3.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Employees State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 9 of the Bombay Employees Insurance Court Rules, 1959 the Government of Maharashtra, hereby,—
1. Constitutes additional Employees Insurance Courts as specified in column (2) of the Schedule annexed here to, for the local areas specified against them in column (4) of the said schedule, and 2. Appoints officer (being qualified under section 74 of the said act) specified against them in column (2) thereof :—

This Notifiation will also be effective in case of those Judicial Officers who will be the Successors of Judicial Officers mentioned herein above.
Nothing is this notification shall effect the part heard cases pending immediately before the date of this notification in the file of the authority and those part heard cases shall be disposed of by such authority as if this notification had not been issued.
