NOMINATION
No. HCLSC/LA/2020/1367.— The Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Patron-in-Chief, Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority have been pleased to nominate Hon'ble Shri Justice S. S. Shinde, a sitting Judge of the Bombay High Court as Chairman of High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai for the purpose of exercising such powers and perofrming such functions as prescribed under regulation 5 of the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority Regulations, 1998 with immediate effect.
