In exercise of the powers conferred on me by Order ॅद्धहॅ द्ध--२००४-.ॅ. ३४-ॅ-०६, ह्यहॅ १७-९-२००४ of the State Election Commissioner, Maharashtra, the draft order fixing the number of seats to be elected and the extent of the wards into which the said Municipal area of the Municipal Councils to be divided and wards to be reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including Women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Class of the Citizens) as the case may be, as shown in the Schedule to the draft Order bearing ॅ-१२-द्धा--१-ॅह्यम्-१९०-२०२०, ह्यहॅ ४ द्ध २०२० was published as required by the proviso to sub-section (1) of the Section 10 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 for information of the residents of the Mowad Nagar Parishad.

By Order No.MNP-2004-CR-34-W-06, Date 17th September 2004, of the State Election Commissioner, Maharashtra read with sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 (Mah.XL of 1965). I, Ravindra Thakare the Collector of Nagpur District, hereby fixed the number and extent of the wards into which the said Municipal area shall be divided and specify the wards in which seats shall be reserved for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, the Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including Women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, the Backward Class of Citizens) as the case may be, as shown in the Schedule to this order.
