क्रमांक व्हीपीएम २०१९/प्र.क्र.१५१/पंरा.४ (२२).—भारताच्या संविधानाच्या अनुच्छेद २४३ च्या खंड (छ) व महाराष्ट्र ग्रामपंचायत अधिनियम, (१९५९ चा तीन) कलम ४ याद्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा आणि यासंदर्भात समर्थ करणाया इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून आणि या संदर्भात काढण्यात आलेल्या पुर्वीच्या सर्व अधिसूचनांचे आणि संलेखांचे अधिक्रमण करून तसेच गोंदिया जिल्हा परिषदेची स्थायी समिती, गोंदिया जिल्ह्यतील गोरेगाव तालुक्यातील ग्रामपंचायत आणि ग्रामसभा निंबा यांच्याशी विचारविनिमय करून, महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल, याद्वारे गोंदिया जिल्ह्यतील गोरेगाव तालुक्यातील निंबा, हलबीटोला, पठाणटोला, चिचटोला, पांगळी (रिठी), रेंगेपार (रिठी), झालीया (रिठी), गोवारीटोला व पिपरटोला (तानु) या सोबतच्या अनुसूचीतील स्तंभ (३) मध्ये विर्िनदिष्ट केल्याप्रमाणे महसुली गाव किंवा महसुली गावांच्या गटाचा समावेश असलेले स्थानिक क्षेत्र हे ज्या दिनांकापासून स्वतंत्र गाव असेल आणि संविधानाच्या भाग ९ च्या प्रयोजनासाठी अनुसूचीतील स्तंभ (२) मध्ये विर्िनदिष्ट केल्याप्रमाणे निंबा आणि पिपरटोला (तानु) या नावाने ओळखले जातील तो दिनांक म्हणून १८ मार्च, २०२० हा दिवस विर्िनदिष्ट करीत आहेत.

NOTIFICATION

CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.

No.VPM-2019/CR -151/PR-4 (22).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of article 243 of the Constitution of India, read with section 4 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act ( III of 1959), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in supersession of all the previous notifications and instruments issued in that behalf, and after consultation with the Standing Committee of the Zilla Parishad, Gondia and Village Panchayat and the Gram Sabha Nimba in Goregaon Tahasil of Gondia District, the Governor of Maharashtra hereby specifies the 18th March, 2020 to be the date from which each of the local areas comprising group of revenue villages or revenue village of Nimba, Halbitola, Pathantola, Chichtola, Pangdi, Rengepar, Zaliya, Gowaritola and Pipartola (Tanu) in Goregaon Tahasil of Gondia District, specified in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto, shall be the distinct villages and shall be known by the name of the villages Nimba and Pipartola (Tanu), respectively, as specified in column (2) thereof, for the purposes of Part IX of the Constitution.
