अटी व शर्ती -
१ ) ज्योतिर्लिंग ग्रामीण बिगरशेती सहकारी पतसंस्था मर्यादित , पापर्डे तालुका पाटण, जिल्हा सातारा या संस्थेचे सभासदामधील जे सभासद ठेवीदार व कर्जदार , जामीनदार आहेत त्यांचे सभासदत्व रूद्रेश्वर ग्रामीण बिगरशेती सहकारी पतसंस्था मर्यादित , नवसरवाडी ( मल्हार पेठ) तालुका पाटण या संस्थेकडे कायम राहील.
२ ) ज्योतिर्लिंग ग्रामीण बिगरशेती सहकारी पतसंस्था मर्यादित, पापर्डे तालुका पाटण , जिल्हा सातारा या संस्थेचे दिनांक ३१ डिसेंबर २०१२ अखेरच्या ताळेबंदाप्रमाणे दिसणारे सर्व प्रकारचे रकमा रूद्रेश्वर ग्रामीण बिगरशेती सहकारी पतसंस्था मर्यादित , नवरसवाडी ( मल्हार पेठ) तालुका पाटण या संस्थेकडे वर्ग होतील.
३ ) ज्योतिर्लिंग ग्रामीण बिगरशेती सहकारी पतसंस्था मर्यादित , पापर्डे तालुका पाटण , जिल्हा सातारा या संस्थेचे दिनांक ३१ डिसेंबर २०१२ अखेरच्या ताळेबंदाप्रमाणे दिसणारे सर्व प्रकारचे रक्कमा रूद्रेश्वर ग्रामीण बिगरशेती सहकारी पतसंस्था मर्यादित , नवसरवाडी (मल्हार पेठ) तालुका पाटण या संस्थेत प्रत्येक प्रकारच्या ठेवी व प्रत्येक प्रकारचे कर्ज रुपांतर होतील व या सर्व धनको यांना ठेवीची रक्कम किमान तीन वर्षे मोडता येणार नाहीत व ठेवी व संस्थेच्या नियमाप्रमाणे तारण कर्ज देणेत येईल.
४) ज्योतिर्लिंग ग्रामीण बिगरशेती सहकारी पतसंस्था मर्यादित, पापर्डे तालुका पाटण , जिल्हा सातारा या संस्थेचे दिनांक ३१ डिसेंबर २०१२ अखेरच्या थकबाकीदार कर्जदारावर महाराष्ट्र सहकारी संस्था अधिनियम १ ९ ६० चे कलम ९ १ व १०१ अन्वये कार्यवाही करणेत आलेली आहे अशा सर्व कर्जदारांची कागदपत्रे वसुलीचे १०१ , ९ १ खालील हुकुमनामे व झालेला पत्रव्यवहार , संस्थेने जप्त केलेल्या वस्तू व ताबेत घेतलेल्या मालमत्ता व आदेश पारित केलेल्या मालमत्ता रूद्रेश्वर ग्रामीण बिगरशेती सहकारी पतसंस्था मर्यादित , नवसरवाडी (मल्हार पेठ) तालुका पाटण या संस्थेकडे वर्ग कराव्यात .
५) ज्योतिर्लिंग ग्रामीण बिगरशेती सहकारी पतसंस्था मर्यादित, पापर्डे तालुका पाटण जिल्हा सातारा संस्थेच्या कर्जदारांची कर्जवसुली सहकार कायद्यातील तरतुदीस अनुसरून रूद्रेश्वर ग्रामीण बिगरशेती सहकारी पतसंस्था मर्यादित , नवसरवाडी ( मल्हार पेठ) तालुका पाटण , जिल्हा सातारा संस्थेचे माजी संचालक, कर्मचारी यांनी मदत करणे बंधनकारक असून ती त्यांची जबाबदारी राहील .
६ ) ज्योतिर्लिंग ग्रामीण बिगरशेती सहकारी पतसंस्था मर्यादित , पापर्डे तालुका पाटण, जिल्हा सातारा संस्थेचे जे कर्मचारी रूद्रेश्वर ग्रामीण बिगरशेती सहकारी पतसंस्था मर्यादित , नवसरवाडी ( मल्हार पेठ) तालुका पाटण , जिल्हा सातारा या संस्थेकडे सेवा पुढे चालू ठेवणेकरिता अर्ज करतील व योग्य व लायक अशा कर्मचारी यांची सेवक व नियमावली व अटी शर्तीनुसार नव्याने नेमणूक करणेत येईल.
७) सदर विलीनीकरणाबाबत कायदेशीर न्यायालयीन वाद उत्पन्न झालेस त्यास सर्वस्वी ज्योतिर्लिंग ग्रामीण बिगरशेती सहकारी पतसंस्था मर्यादित, पापर्डे , तालुका पाटण , जिल्हा सातारा संस्थेचे माजी संचालक , व्यवस्थापक व रूद्रेश्वर ग्रामीण बिगरशेती सहकारी पतसंस्था मर्यादित , नवसरवाडी ( मल्हार पेठ) तालुका पाटण, जिल्हा सातारा संस्थेचे विद्यमान संचालक व व्यवस्थापक मंडळ जबाबदार असतील.
हा आदेश आज दिनांक ११ फेब्रुवारी २०१३ रोजी माझे सही व कार्यालयाचे मुद्रेनिशी दिला.
