आणि ज्याअर्थी , उक्त विकास योजनेतील स . नं . ४१ या जागेमधून २४.०० मीटर व १८.०० मीटर विकास योजना रस्त्यांची आखणी जागेवरील अधिकृत बांधकाम बाधित होणार नाही अशा पध्दतीने सुधारित करण्यासाठी महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक नियोजन व नगर रचना अधिनियम, १९ ६६ चे कलम ३७ (१) अन्वये आवश्यक फेरबदलाची वैधानिक कार्यवाही त्वरित पूर्ण करून प्रस्ताव शासनाच्या मान्यतेसाठी सादर करण्याबाबत महाराष्ट्र शासन , नगर विकास विभाग, निर्णय क्र. टीपीएस -१८१ ९/ ११४/प्र. क्र. ५७/१९/नवि-१३ , दिनांक ८ मार्च २०१ ९ अन्वये पिंपरी- चिंचवड महानगरपालिकेस निदेश आहेत ( यापुढे " उक्त निदेश " म्हणून संबोधित केलेला) ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, पिंपरी- चिंचवड महानगरपालिकेने मा. महापालिका सभा, ठराव क्रमांक ४७२ , दिनांक २० नोव्हेंबर २०१ ९ अन्वये मौजे ताथवडे गावाचे उक्त विकास योजनेतील स . नं. ४१ या जागेमधून २४.०० मीटर व १८.०० मीटर विकास योजना रस्त्यांची आखणी जागेवरील अधिकृत बांधकाम बाधित होणार नाही , अशा पध्दतीने सुधारित करण्यासाठी उक्त निदेशानुसार महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक नियोजन व नगर रचना अधिनियम , १ ९ ६६ चे कलम ३७ (१) अन्वये फेरबदल करण्यास व फेरबदलाची वैधानिक कार्यवाही पूर्ण करून शासनास फेरबदलाचा प्रस्ताव सादर करण्यास मान्यता प्रदान केली आहे ( यापुढे " उक्त ठराव " म्हणून संबोधित केलेला) ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, पिंपरी- चिंचवड महानगरपालिकेने उक्त विकास योजनेतील उक्त रस्त्यांची आखणी स. नं . ४१ मधील जागेवरील अधिकृत बांधकाम बाधित होणार नाही , अशा पध्दतीने सुधारित करण्याकामी महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक नियोजन व नगर रचना अधिनियम , १ ९ ६६ चे कलम ३७ अन्वये फेरबदलाची विहित कार्यवाही उक्त निदेश व उक्त ठरावानुसार करण्याचे योजिले आहे (यापुढे " उक्त फेरबदल प्रस्ताव " म्हणून उल्लेख केलेला) ;

एच-०५ , भाग एक (पु.वि.पु.) - १८ २ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र , भाग एक-- पुणे विभागीय पुरवणी, गुरुवार ते बुधवार, एप्रिल ३० ते मे ०६, २०२० / वैशाख १० १६, शके १९४२ आणि त्याअर्थी, उक्त फेरबदल प्रस्ताव दर्शविणारा नकाशा नागरिकांच्या अवलोकनार्थ उपसंचालक, नगर रचना , पिंपरी- चिंचवड महानगरपालिका, पिंपरी, पुणे -४११ ०१८ यांच्या कार्यालयात कार्यालयीन वेळेत ठेवण्यात आला आहे .
उक्त फेरबदल प्रस्तावाबाबत नागरिकांच्या काही हरकती अगर सूचना असतील तर त्या सदरची सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासनाचे राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झाल्याच्या दिनांकापासून एक महिन्याच्या आत लेखी स्वरूपात आयुक्त, पिंपरी- चिंचवड महानगरपालिका, पिंपरी, पुणे -४११ ०१८ यांच्या कार्यालयाकडे पाठवाव्यात.
उक्त फेरबदल प्रस्तावाबाबत विहित मुदतीमध्ये पिंपरी -चिंचवड महानगरपालिकेकडे प्राप्त झालेल्या हरकती / सूचनांचा विचार फेरबदलाचा प्रस्ताव शासनास मंजुरीसाठी सादर करण्यापूर्वी केला जाईल.

Modification under Section 37 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966
Notice
No. TPS /WS-06/236/ 2020.-Whereas , the Development Plan of Tathawade Village of Pimpri- Chinchwad Municipal Corporation has been sanctioned by the Government of Maharashtra , Urban Development Department vide it's Notification No. TPS - 1815 /2012 /CR - 84 /15/D.P. Sanction/ UD - 13 , dated 6th January 2017 and also by the Government of Maharashtra , Urban Development Department vide Notification No. TPS - 1815/ 2012/CR- 84/15/E.P. Sanctioned /UD - 13 , dated 3rd October 2018 ( hereinafter referred to as " the said Development Plan " ) ;
and whereas , in the said Development Plan , 24.00 mtrs . wide East- West Road has been proposed in S. Nos . 63 , 62, 41 , 28 and 27 and also 18.00 mtrs . wide North - South Road widening has been proposed in S. Nos . 41 and 29 ( hereinafter referred to as " the said Roads " ) ;
and whereas , the Government of Maharashtra in Urban Development Department vide Order No. TPS - 1819 /114/CR- 57 /19 / UD -13, dated 8th March 2019 directed Pimpri- Chinchwad Municipal Corporation to complete the modification procedure in the said Development Plan as laid down under Section 37 ( 1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act , 1966 and submit the proposal for sanction of Government to revise the alignment of 24.00 mtrs . and 18.00 mtrs wide D. P. Road from S. No. 41 in such way that the authorized structure in this land will not be affected ( hereinafter referred to as "the said Directive " ) ;
and whereas , the General Body of Pimpri - Chinchwad Municipal Corporation has passed the resolution vide Resolution No. 472, dated 20th November 2019 to complete the modification procedure as laid down under Section 37 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act , 1966 in the said Development Plan and submit the proposal for sanction of Government as per the said Directives so as to revise the alignment of 24.00 mtrs . and 18.00 mtrs . wide D. P. Roads from S. No. 41 in such way that the authorized structure in this land will not be affected ( hereinafter referred to as " the said Resolution " ) ;
and whereas , as per the said Directives and the said Resolution , the Municipal Corporation intends to initiate modification procedure in the said Development Plan as laid down under Section 37 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 as to revise the alignment of 24.00 mtrs . and 18.00 mtrs . wide D. P. Roads from S. No. 41 in such way that the authorized structure in this land will not be affected ( hereinafter referred to as " the said Modification " ) ;
महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र , भाग एक-- पुणे विभागीय पुरवणी, गुरुवार ते बुधवार, एप्रिल ३० ते मे ०६, २०२० / वैशाख १० १६, शके १९४२ ३ and therefore , the copy of plan showing the said Modification is kept open for public inspection on all working days during office hours in the office of Deputy Director of Town Planning , Pimpri - Chinchwad Municipal Corporation , Pimpri , Pune - 411 018 .
any person having any suggestions and / or objections regarding the said Modification may file the same in writing to the Commissioner, Pimpri -Chinchwad Municipal Corporation Pimpri , Pune - 411 018 within a period of one month from the date of publication of this Notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette.
The suggestions and / or objections received within the stipulated period will be considered by the Municipal Corporation before submitting the proposal of Modification to the Government of Maharashtra for sanction .
