Delegation of Power Order
Read.–Vide Resolution No. 15 of Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority Dated 6th November, 2017.

In exercise of the power delegated by the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority, vide it's Resolution No. 15, dated 6th November, 2017 to exercise the power under Section 53 of the Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966. I, Sheetal Teli-Ugale, Metropolitan Commissioner, Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA) in continuation of pwers delegated on 29th January 2018 under Section 53(8) of the Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966, do hereby empower Assistant Engineer of Zone Office of Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority to exercise, perform and discharge the power and duties to register FIR with the Police Station in respect of Section 53(6)(a) of MRTP Act, 1966 for action to be taken by police as per provision of Section 53(7).
To prosecute the owner under Section 53(6)(a) of the said Act for not complying with the notice; and where the notice requires the discontinuance of any use of land any other person also who uses the land or causes or permits the land to be used in contravention of the notice.
