आदेश
महाराष्ट्र दारूबंदी कायदा.
क्रमांक एफएलआर-०५२०/कोविड/प्र.क्र.१/राउशु-२.-----महाराष्ट्र दारूबंदी कायदा (१९४९ चा २५ वा) चे कलम १३९ च्या उप कलम (१) चा खंड (एफ) व (एन) नुसार महाराष्ट्र शासनास प्राप्त झालेल्या अधिकाराचा वापर करून मुंबई विदेशी मद्य नियम, १९५३ अंतर्गत मंजूर केलेल्या अनुज्ञप्ती नमुना एफएल-२, एफएल/बीआर-२, एफएल/डब्लू-२ अनुज्ञप्तीधारक खालील शतर्ींच्या अधीन राहून भारतीय बनावटीचे विदेशी मद्य- स्पिरिटस, बीअर, सौम्य मद्य, वाईनची विक्री परवानाधारकास त्याच्या निवासी पयावर घरपोच देईल.
शर्ती
१. जो अनुज्ञप्तीधारक भारतीय बनावटीचे विदेशी मद्य-स्पिरिटस, बीअर, सौम्य मद्य, वाईन या मद्य प्रकाराची विक्री करण्यासाठी अनुज्ञप्ती धारण करतो, केवळ त्या मद्य प्रकाराची विक्री करेल.
२. विहीत केलेल्या दिवशी व वेळेत अनुज्ञप्तीधारक विदेशी मद्याची विक्री व वितरण केवळ त्याच्या अनुज्ञप्ती आवारातून करेल. ३. परवानाधारकाने संबंधित मद्याच्या विक्रीसाठी मागणी नोंदविली तरच, परवानाधारकास अशा मद्याचे वितरण अनुज्ञेय मद्याचे परवानाधारकाच्या निवासी पयावर करता येईल.
४. अशा मद्याची विक्रीकरिता घरपोच सेवा देण्यासाठी ज्या व्यींची नेमणूक केली जाईल, त्या व्यी मास्कचा वापर व वेळोवेळी हाताचे निजर्ंतूकीकरण करण्यासाठी हॅन्ड सॅनिटायझरचा वापर करतील याची दक्षता अनुज्ञप्तीधारक घेईल.
५. राज्य शासनाने आपत्ती व्यवस्थापन कायदा, २००५ (२००५ चा ५३ वा कायदा) किंवा राज्यात लागू असलेल्या इतर कायद्यान्वये जारी केलेले लॉकडाऊनचे आदेश अस्तीत्वात असेपयर्ंत हे आदेश लागू व अस्तीत्वात राहतील. ६. शासन स्वेच्छेने कधीही सदरचे आदेश सुधारीत किंवा रद्द करू शकेल.

NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA PROHIBITION ACT.
No.FLR-0520/COVID/C.R.1/EXC-2.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (f) and (n) of section 139 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act (XXV of 1949); and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, permits the licensee holding the licenses in Form FL-II, FL/BR-II, FL/W- II, as appended to the Bombay Liquor Rules, 1953, to sell the IMFL- Spirits, Beer, Mild Liquor, Wines, to the permit holders by effecting delivery at the home address of the permit holder, subject to the conditions, specified hereunder:—
CONDITIONS
1. The licensee shall sell the IMFL- Spirits, Beer, Mild Liquor, Wines only in respect of the liquor for which he is licensed to sale.
2. The licensee shall effect sale and delivery of the foreign liquor only from within the area of the licensed premises and on the day and during the hour as specified.
3. The sale of liquor under this order to the permit holder by effecting delivery of the permitted liquor to the home address may be effected only if the permit holder places an order for sale of the concerned liquor.
4. The licensee shall ensure that the persons deployed for the delivery of liquor use mask and also use hand-sanitizers at frequent intervals.
5. This order shall be in force and effective until the orders of Lockdown issued by the Government from time to time under the Disaster Management Act, 2005 (Act 53 of 2005) or any other Act are in force in the State.
6. The Government may at any time and at its discretion either modify or rescind the same.
