१. नकाशा क्र.का.अ.वा.नि./प.उ./क्र.१८७/५/३/१९८० अन्वये मंजूर असलेल्या १३.४० मी. रुंदीच्या नियमित रेषेच्या ऐवजी मंजूर सुधारित विकास आराखडा-२०३४ मध्ये दर्शविलेल्या मंजूर १८.३० मी. रुंदीच्या डी. पी. रोड च्या संरेखनाच्या अनुषंगाने १८.३० मी. रुंदीची प्रस्तावित नियमित रेषा श्रीनगर सोसायटीपासून ते पूर्व द्रूतगती महामार्गच्या र्सविस रोड पयर्ंत U-V-W-X ह्यनुसार नकाशात हिरव्या रंगाने दर्शविल्याप्रमाणे बृहन्मुंबई महानगरपालिका अधिनियम १८८८ (आजतागायत सुधारित) च्या कलम २९७(१)(ब) अन्वये प्रस्तावित करणे.

२. पूर्व द्रुतगती मार्गच्या र्सविस रोडच्या लगतच्या १३.४० मी. रुंद डी. पी.रोड आणि १८.३० मी. रुंद मंजूर डी. पी. रोड (प्रस्तावित नियमित रेषा) च्या जंक्शनला, मा. महानगरपालिका आयुक्त यांच्या मान्यता क्र. एमजीसी/एफ/८३९२, दिनांक १२ फेब्रुवारी २०१९ मधील मार्गदर्शक तवांनुसार वाहतूक सल्लागार यांनी रचना केल्याप्रमाणे नकाशात हिरव्या रंगाने दर्शविलेल्या A-B-C ह्यनुसार वक्रता (Cur- vature) प्रस्तावित करणे.

उपरोक्त प्रवर्तनात असलेल्या, मंजूर ४४"-००"" रुंद नियमित रेषाऐवजी मंजूर सुधारित विकास आराखडा-२०३४ मध्ये दर्शविलेल्या मंजूर ६०"-००"" रुंदीच्या डी. पी. रोडच्या संरेखनाच्या अनुषंगाने १८.३० मी. रुंदीची नवीन प्रस्तावित नियमित रेषा दर्शविणारा नकाशा क्र.का.अ.वा.नि./ प.उ./नि.रे./२१८, दिनांक १२ मार्च २०२०, उप प्रमुख, अभियंता (वाहतूक) यांच्या इंजिनिअरींग हब इमारत, तळ मजला, डॉ. इ. मोजेस रोड, वरळी, मुंबई ४०० ०१८ येथील कार्यालयात व तसेच सहायक आयुक्त, एम पश्चिम विभाग कार्यालय, पहिला मजला, शरदभाऊ आचार्य मार्ग, चेंबूर, मुंबई ४०० ०७१ येथील कार्यालयात कार्यालयीन वेळेत निरीक्षणासाठी ठेवण्यात आला आहे.

ज्या कोणास उपरोक्त नियत प्रस्तावाबाबत प्रतिवेदने/हरकती पाठवावयाच्या असतील त्यांनी त्या महानगरपालिका चिटणीसांच्या संबंधित सभेच्या दिवसाच्या अगोदर ३ (तीन) संपूर्ण दिवसांपूर्वी प्राप्त होतील अशाप्रकारे पाठवाव्यात. कृपया त्यानंतर पाठवलेली प्रतिवेदने/हरकती विचारात घेतल्या जाणार नाहीत.

Public Notice

Pursuant to Section 297 (1) (b) of Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, as modified up to date, the undersigned proposes to apply to the Municipal Corporation at their meeting to be held on _________ or on such day thereafter, as the said application can conveniently be disposed off for authority to the proposal of,—

1. To widen the sanctioned 13.40 mtr wide R.L. U/No. E.E.T.andC./ES/No.187/5/3/1980 to proposed 18.30 mtr wide R.L. with extension from Srinagar Society to service road of Eastern Express Highway by keeping the same alignment and width of sanctioned 18.30 mtr wide D. P. Road as per SRDP 2034, shown in green colour and marked as U-V'-W-X on the plan, u/sec. 297 (1) (b) of MMC Act 1888.

2. To propose the curvature at intersection of 13.40 mtr wide D. P. road adjacent to service road of eastern express highway and 18.30 mtr wide sanctioned D.P. Road/proposed R.L. as marked A-B-C on the Plan, which is designed by the traffic consultant in accordance with Hon. M.C.'s approval u/no. MGC/F/8392 Dtd. 12.02.2019.

A plan vide No. EE.TandC/ES/RL/218 dated 12/03/2020, showing the proposed 60'-00'' wide regular line to be prescribed in substitution of 44'-00'' wide sanctioned regular line U/No. E.E.T. and C./ES/No. 187/5/3/1980, however by keeping the same alignment and width of sanctioned 60'-00'' wide D. P. Road as per SRDP 2034, as aforesaid is deposited at the office of Dy. Chief Engineer (Traffic) of Municipal Corporation and can be inspected by any desiring to do so, at any time during office hours at his office at Main Stores Building (Engineering Hub), Ground Floor, Near Worli Naka, Dr. E. Mosses Road, Mumbai-400018 and also at the office of the Assistant Commissioner, 'M/West' Ward office Building, 1st Floor, Sharadbhau Acharya Marg, Chembur, Mumbai 400 071.

Every person desirous of making any representation of the corporation or of bringing before the Corporation any objection in respect of the said proposal may do so by letter addressed to the Municipal Secretary at the Municipal Head office and deliver at the said office not less than three clear days before the day of such meeting.
