NOTIFICATION

No. PL (APP)/G-A/ABD/2020/1835-1974.—Shri Pradeep Shridharrao Samale, candidate selected for the post of Assistant Registrar (I.T.) and presently working as Software Engineer, on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay is hereby appointed as Assistant Registrar (I.T.) in Pay Matrix S-23 (67700-208700) on the establishment of the Bombay High Court Bench at Aurangabad with effect from the date he assumes charge of the said post, purely on temporary and ad-hoc basis subject to the result of litigation/representation, whether pending, if any or that may be filed in which any appointment in respect of the post of Assistant Registrar (I.T.) would be challenged, on the following conditions that :—

1. appointment shall be on probation for a period of 2 years or until an order declaring him to have satisfactorily completed the period of probation is made by the Appointing Authority,whichever is later. During the probation period, his services are liable to be terminated without notice and without assigning any reason. 3. he will have to deposit one month's pay in lieu of one month's notice, in case he tenders resignation without giving prior notice.

4. in case the information submitted by him regarding his eligibility for the above said post i.e. educational qualification, age cast, domicile etc., is found to be incorrect or false, his services would be terminated.

5. in case he fail to join duties within 30 days from the receipt of this order or to inform the undersigned his inability to do so, his name will be struck off.
