कल्याण-डोंबिवली महानगरपालिकेच्या सेक्टर क्रमांक १ व २ ची विकास योजना शासन नगरविकास विभाग यांचेकडील अधिसूचना क्रमांक टीपीएस. १२९९/१९१०/सीआर. ३४/२०००/नवि-१२, दिनांक ३ सप्टेंबर २००५ अन्वये सारभूत स्वरुपाचे फेरबदल (Excluded Part) वगळून मंजूर केली असून शासन अधिसूचना क्रमांक टिपीएस. १२०७/६०४/प्र.क्र. ४९४/०८/नवि-१२, दिनांक १४ सप्टेंबर २००९ अन्वये उक्त सारभूत स्वरुपाचे फेरबदल मंजूर केलेले आहेत ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, सदर मंजूर विकास योजनेतील सेक्टर क्रमांक १ मधील आ. क्र. ७ ""कत्तलखाना"" (क्षेत्र ११७००.०० चौ.मी.) पैकी १००१९.०० चौ.मी. क्षेत्र महानगरपालिकेच्या ताब्यात आलेले आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त आरक्षणाखालील १००००.०० चौ.मी. क्षेत्राची मागणी मनपाचे मलनि:सारण विभागाने दिनांक १६ फेब्रुवारी २०१९ रोजीच्या पत्रान्वये अमृत योजनेअंतर्गत ""मलप्रक्रिया केंद्र"" उभारणेकरिता मागणी केलेली असल्याने महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ (यापुढे ""उक्त अधिनियम"" असे उल्लेखिलेला) चे कलम ३७(१) अन्वये फेरबदल करणे आवश्यक आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, कल्याण-डोंबिवली महानगरपालिकेच्या सर्वसाधारण सभेने उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम ३७(१) अन्वये आ. क्र. ७ ""कत्तलखाना"" च्या ऐवजी आ. क्र. ७ ""मलप्रक्रिया केंद्र"" असे नामाभिकरणाच्या फेरबदलाची कार्यवाही सुरू करण्यास ठराव क्रमांक ८५, दिनांक ११ फेब्रुवारी २०२० रोजी मान्यता दिलेली आहे ;
वरील प्रस्तावित केल्यानुसार उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम ३७(१) अन्वये करावयाच्या फेरबदलाचा तपशील महापालिकेच्या नगररचना कार्यालयात कार्यालयीन वेळेत कामकाजाच्या दिवशी पाहण्यासाठी सूचना फलकावर उपलब्ध आहे. प्रस्तावित फेरबदलाविषयी ज्या नागरिकांना हरकती/सूचना घ्यावयाच्या असतील, त्यांनी लिखित स्वरुपात ही सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झाल्याच्या दिनांकापासून तीस (३०) दिवसांच्या आत सहायक संचालक, नगररचना, कल्याण-डोंबिवली महानगरपालिका यांना सादर करावे, जेणेकरून सदर प्रस्ताव शासन मंजुरीस सादर करण्यापूर्वी त्यावर विचार करण्यात येईल.

No. KDMC/TP/293.
Development Plan of Sector 1 and 2 excluding (Excluded Part) of the Kalyan-Dombivali Municipal Corporation has been sanctioned by the Government of Maharashtra vide its Notification No. TPS. 1299/ 1910/C.R. 34/2000/UD-12, dated 3rd September 2005 and sanctioned the Excluded Part vide Government Notification No. TPS. 1207/604/CR-494/08/UD-12, dated 14th of September 2009 ;
And whereas, 10019.00 Sq.mtr. of the area of Reservation No. 7 "Slaughter House" (Area 11,700.00 Sq.mtr) in Sector 1 of the sanctioned Development Plan is in possession of the Municipal Corporation ;
And Whereas, 10,000.00 Sq.mtr. area of the abovesaid Reservation is required by the Drainage Department of the Municipal Corporation vide letter dated 16th February 2019 to instal "Sewage Treatment Plant" under AMRUT MISSION, modification under Section 37(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 ( Hereinafter referred to as "the said Act" ) is necessary ;
And whereas, the General Body of the Kalyan-Dombivali Municipal Corporation has resolved to modify the designation of the site No. 7 "Slaughter House" as site No. 7 "Sewage Treatment Plant" under Section 37(1) of the said Act vide Resolution No. 85 dated 11th February 2020 ;
In view of this, the detail information regarding abovesaid modification is available for inspection at the Notice Board of the Town Planning Department, Kalyan-Dombivali Municipal Corporation in all working hours of office. Therefore, all citizens are hereby informed if anybody having suggestion/objection, to the proposed modification, should be communicated in writing to the Assistant Director, Town Planning Department, Kalyan-Dombivali Municipal Corporation within 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette, so that, the same may be considered before submitting the proposal to Government for sanction.
