THE MAHARASHTRA REGIONAL AND TOWN PLANNING ACT, 1966.

Whereas, Development Plan of Deori Nagar Panchayat has been sanctioned by the Di- rector of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune vide Notification No. TPV-2/1704, dated 20th March, 1992 under sub-section (1) of Section 31 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (Mah. XXXVII of 1966) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act") which came into force with effect from 1st June, 1992 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Devel- opment Plan");
And whereas, in the said Development Plan, land bearing Gut No. 165/3 admeasuring area 2.00 Ha. of Mouja Deori (hereinafter referred to as "the said Land") is included in Agriculture Zone;
And whereas, the Hon'ble High Court in Public Interest Litigation No. 104/2016 vide its order dated 7th February, 2018 has directed the Revenue & Forest Department to make available the land for construction of Court Building to District Session Court and to complete the necessary formalities within next four weeks;
द्धन्रु]क्ष् रू न् ॅ-+ न् ह्यम््र ान्म््र, रू]क्ष्दन् १०-१६, २०२०/ १९-२५, ॅ १९४२ ३And whereas, the Revenue and Forest Department has requested to change land use of the said land from the said zone to Public & Semi-Public Zone, as per the provisions of Section 37 (1AA) (A) of the said Act (hereinafter referred to as "the said modification proposal") of the said Development Plan;
And whereas, State Government is of the opinion that, in it is necessary to modify the said Development Plan accordingly and initiate the modification under Section 37(1AA) (A) of the said Act.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers vested under Section 37 (1AA) (A) of the said Act, the Government hereby publishes this Notice for inviting suggestion / objection from the general public in respect of the said Modification, as specified in the Schedule, within a period of the month from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette. Any suggestion / objection in respect of the said Modification should be forwarded to the Joint Director of Town Planning, Nagpur Division, Nagpur having his office at Öld Secretariat, Room No. 108/109, First Floor, Civil Lines, Nagpur-1"who has been appointed as the "Of- ficer" to hear suggestions / objections and submit his report to the Government, within 30 days after the expiry of the above mentioned period
