बृहन्मुंबई महानगरपालिका अधिनियम, १८८८ (आजतागायत सुधारित) च्या कलम २९७ (१) (ब) अन्वये खालीलप्रमाणे प्रस्ताव दिनांक रोजी महापालिकेच्या सभेमध्ये किंवा त्यानंतर जेव्हा केव्हा सदरहू प्रस्ताव निकालात काढण्यात येईल अशा महापालिकेच्या सभेत मांडण्यात येईल.
" अंधेरी (पूर्व), मरोळ येथील मरोळ मरोशी रोड व मकवाना रोडला जोडणाया काही भागात अस्तित्वात असलेल्या/पुढील प्रस्तावित १३.४० मी. रुंदीच्या विकास नियोजन रस्त्यावरील सोबत नकाशा मध्ये हिरव्या रंगाने ' बी-सी ', ' सी-डी ' आणि ' डी-ई ' अशी दर्शविल्याप्रमाणे १३.४० मी. रुंदीची नियमित रस्ता रेषा विहित करणे ".
उपरोक्त प्रवर्तनात असलेल्या " अंधेरी (पूर्व), मरोळ येथील मरोळ मरोशी रोड व मकवाना रोडला जोडणाया गुलाबी रंगात दर्शविल्याप्रमाणे अस्तित्वात असलेल्या व प्रस्तावित १३.४० मी. रुंदीच्या विकास नियोजन रस्त्यावरील १३.४० मी. रुंदीची नियमित रस्ता रेषा नकाशा क्र. का.अ.वा.वस./पउप/आरएल/२१९, दिनांक ११ मे २०२० मध्ये हिरव्या रंगाने ' बी-सी ', ' सी-डी ' आणि ' डी-ई ' अशी दर्शविल्याप्रमाणे " उप प्रमुख अभियंता (वाहतूक) यांच्या अभियांत्रिकी हब इमारत, तळ मजला, डॉ. ई. मोजेस रोड, वरळी, मुंबई ४०० ०१८ येथील कार्यालयात व सहाय्यक आयुक्त ' के/पूर्व ' विभाग कार्यालय, आझाद रोड, गुंदवली, अंधेरी (पूर्व), मुंबई ४०० ०६९ येथील कार्यालयात कार्यालयीन वेळेत निरीक्षणासाठी ठेवण्यात आला आहे.
ज्या कोणास उपरोक्त नियत प्रस्तावाबाबत प्रतिवेदने/हरकती पाठवावयाच्या असतील त्यांनी त्या महानगरपालिका चिटणीसांच्या संबंधित सभेच्या दिवसाच्या अगोदर संपूर्ण ३ (तीन) दिवसांपूर्वी प्राप्त होतील अशाप्रकारे पाठवाव्यात. कृपया त्यानंतर पाठविलेली प्रतिवेदने/हरकती विचारात घेतल्या जाणार नाहीत.

Pursuant to section 297(1)(b) of Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888, as modified up to date, the undersigned proposes to apply to the Municipal Corporation at their meeting to be held on or on such day thereafter, as the said application can conveniently be disposed off for authority to the following proposal.
" To prescribe 13.40 mt. wide Regular Line for Road portion marked as B-C, C-D and D-E on the Plan shown in Green colour to existing Gaodevi Road / proposed 13.40 mt. D.P. Road which connects Marol Maroshi Road and Makwana Road, Marol, Andheri (E) ".
A plan No. EE/T&C/WS/RL/219, dated 11th May 2020, showing the existing width of road (shown in Pink) and proposed regular line ( shown in green) to be prescribed in substitution thereof aforesaid is deposited at the office of Deputy Chief Engineer (Traffic) of Municipal Corporation and can be inspected by any desiring to do so, at any time during office hours at this office at Engineering Hub Building, Zero floor, near Worli naka, Dr. E. Mozes Road, Mumbai 400 018 and also at the office of Asst. Commissioner K/E ward, Azad Road, Gundavali, Andheri (E.), Mumbai 400 069.
Every person desirous of making any representation of the corporation or of bringing before the Corporation any objection in respect of the said proposal may do so by letter addressed to the Municipal Secretary at the Mahapalika Head Office, and deliver at the said office not less than three clear days before the day of such meeting.
