महाराष्ट्र कृषि विद्यापीठ अधिनियम, १९८३.
क्रमांक मकृप १०२०/प्र.क्र.३८/६-अे.-----ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासनाने, महाराष्ट्र कृषि विद्यापीठ अधिनियम, १९८३ (१९८३ चा महा. ४१) यांच्या कलम ३८ च्या पोट-कलम (६) अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून, महाराष्ट्र राज्यातील सर्व कृषि विद्यापीठांच्या बाबतीत महाराष्ट्र कृषि विद्यापीठे परिनियम, १९९० (यात यापुढे ज्याचा निर्देश ""उक्त परिनियम"" असा केला आहे./केले आहेत.) आणि ज्याअर्थी, राज्य शासनाच्या मते, प्राध्यापक या पदाच्या अर्हता, भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद, नवी दिल्ली यांच्याशी अनुरुप करण्याच्या दृष्टीने कुलपती यांच्या सहमतीने उक्त परिनियमांमध्ये सुधारणा करणे आवश्यक आहे.
त्याअर्थी, आता महाराष्ट्र शासन, महाराष्ट्र कृषि विद्यापीठ अधिनियम, १९८३ याच्या कलम ३८ च्या पोट-कलम (६) द्वारे प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून, कुलपतींच्या सहमतीने महाराष्ट्र कृषि विद्यापीठे परिनियम, १९९० यामध्ये सुधारणा करण्यासाठी, याद्वारे, पुढील परिनियम करीत आहे:----
१. या परिनियमास, महाराष्ट्र कृषि विद्यापीठे (सुधारणा) परिनियम, २०२० असे म्हणावे.
२. महाराष्ट्र कृषि विद्यापीठे परिनियम, १९९० (यात यापुढे ज्याचा निर्देश ""उक्त परिनियम"" असा केला आहे) याच्या परिशिष्ट एक मधील, नोंद ५ मध्ये स्तंभ (३) मधील अर्हतेसंबंधातील नोंद (४) ऐवजी, पुढील नोंद दाखल करण्यात येईल:----
""(४) किमान दोन पदव्युत्तर विद्याथ्यार्ंना मार्गदर्शन केल्याचा अनुभव आहे किंवा ज्या विषयामध्ये पदव्युत्तर अभ्यासक्रम उपलब्ध नाही त्या विषयामधील किमान दहा पदव्युत्तर विद्याथ्यार्ंना मार्गदर्शन केले आहे आणि त्या विद्याथ्यार्ंनी त्यांचा पदव्युत्तर पाठयक्रम पूर्ण केला आहे अशा विद्यार्थी सल्लागार समितीचा सदस्य आहे , किंवा पिकांचे किमान दोन वाण अथवा जाती विकसित केल्या आहेत आणि त्यास राज्य कृषि विद्यापीठांच्या संयुक्त कृषि संशोधन परिषदेच्या शिफारशी मिळाल्या आहेत अथवा केंद्रीय वाण प्रसारण समितीची शिफारस मिळाली आहे, किंवा दोन किंवा त्यापेक्षा अधिक तंत्रज्ञान अथवा वाण प्रसारित केल्याचा पुरावा आहे, आणि संचालक, विस्तार शिक्षण यांनी यथोचित प्रमाणित केले आहे.""

भाग चार-ब--२०७---१२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-ब, सप्टेंबर ११, २०२०/भाद्र २०, शके १९४२ ३. उक्त परिनियमांच्या परिशिष्ट.---तीन मधील नोंद १ मध्ये स्तंभ (३) मधील अर्हतेसंबंंधातील नोंद (३) ऐवजी, पुढील नोंद दाखल करण्यात येईल:---
""(३) नवीन अभ्यासक्रम व पाठयक्रम यांचा नावीन्यपूर्ण शैक्षणिक आराखडा आणि तंत्रज्ञानावर आधारित अध्यापन-अध्ययन प्रक्रिया यांमधील योगदान यांसह दोन पदव्युत्तर विद्याथ्यार्ंना मार्गदर्शन केल्याचा अनुभव असल्याचा अथवा ज्या विषयामध्ये पदव्युत्तर अभ्यासक्रम उपलब्ध नाही अशा विद्याशाखेमधील पाच पदव्युत्तर विद्याथ्यार्ंच्या ज्यांनी पदव्युत्तर पाठयक्रम पूर्ण केला आहे अशा विद्यार्थी सल्लागार समितीवर काम केल्याचा पुरावा आहे, किंवा पिकांचे किमान दोन वाण अथवा जाती विकसित केल्या आहेत आणि त्यास राज्य कृषि विद्यापीठांच्या संयुक्त कृषि संशोधन परिषदेच्या शिफारशी मिळालेल्या आहेत अथवा केंद्रीय वाण प्रसारण समितीची शिफारस मिळाली आहे, किंवा दोन किंवा त्यापेक्षा अधिक तंत्रज्ञान अथवा वाण प्रसारित केल्याचा पुरावा आहे, आणि संचालक, विस्तार शिक्षण यांनी यथोचितपणे प्रमाणित केले आहे.""

NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA AGRICULTURE UNIVERSITIES (KRISHI VIDYAPEETHS) ACT, 1983.
No.Makrup 1020/C.R.38/6-A.—Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has in exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (6) of section 38 of the Maharashtra Agriculture Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Act, 1983 (Mah. XLI of 1983) made the Maharashtra Agriculture Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Statutes, 1990 (hereafter referred to as the "said Statute") in respect of all the Agricultural Universities in the State of Maharashtra;
And whereas, the State Government is of the opinion that, it is necessary to amend the said Statutes, with the concurrence of the Chancellor, so as to provide the qualifications for the posts of Professor is to be inconsonance with Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (6) of section 38 of the Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Act, 1983, the Government of Maharashtra, with the concurrence of the Chancellor, hereby makes the following Statues to amend the Maharashtra Agriculture Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Statutes, 1990, as follows, namely:-
1. These Statutes may be called the Maharashtra Agriculture Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) (Amendment) Statutes, 2020.
2. In APPENDIX-I of the Maharashtra Agriculture Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Statutes, 1990 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Statutes"), in entry 5, in column (3), regarding Qualifications, for entry (4), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"(4) Experience of guiding at least two post graduate students, or
Member of Students Advisory Committee who have guided at least ten post graduate students, and those students have completed their post graduate courses, where post graduate programme is not available, or Developed at least two varieties of crops or breeds and received recommendations of the Joint Agricultural Research Council of the State Agricultural Universities or recommendation of Central Variety Release Committee therefore, or
Having the proof of transfer of two or more technologies or varieties, and duly certified by Director of Extension Education.".
3. In APPENDIX-III of the said Statutes, in entry 1, in column (3), regarding Qualifications, for entry (3), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"(3) Contribution to educational innovation design of new curricula and courses and technology mediated teaching-learning process with evidence of having guided two post graduate students or worked on advisory committee of five post graduate students have completed their post graduate courses, in the discipline where master's programme is not available, or
Developed at least two varieties of crops or breeds and received recommendations of the Joint Agricultural Research Council of the State Agricultural Universities or recommendation of Central Variety Release Committee therefore, or
Having the proof of transfer of two or more technologies or varieties, and duly certified by Director of Extension Education.".
