प्राण्यांमधील संक्रामक व सांर्सगिक रोगांस प्रतिबंध व नियंत्रण अधिनियम, २००९.
क्रमांक संकिर्ण-२०२०/प्र. क्र. ५३/पदुम-४.-----प्राण्यांमधील संक्रामक व सांर्सगिक रोगास प्रतिबंध व नियंत्रण अधिनियम, २००९ (सन २००९ चा २७) याची कलमे ७, ११, १२, आणि १३ तसेच ६ च्या पोट-कलम (१) आणि (२) द्वारे प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून, महाराष्ट्र शासन, याद्वारे, उक्त अधिनियमान्वये अनुसूचित रोग असल्याचे घोषित केलेला लंपी चर्मरोग ज्यामुळे गोजातीय (गुरे व म्हशी) प्राण्यांना (यात यापुढे ज्याचा निर्देश, " बाधित गोजातीय प्रजातीचे प्राणी " असा केला आहे) या रोगाचा प्रादुर्भाव होतो त्या लंपी चर्मरोगाच्या बाबतीत, महाराष्ट्र राज्यातील अकोला, अमरावती, औरंगाबाद, अहमदनगर, भंडारा, बुलडाणा, बीड, चंद्रपूर, गडचिरोली, गोंदिया, हिंगोली, जालना, लातूर, नांदेड, नागपूर, उस्मानाबाद, परभणी, सोलापूर, वर्धा, वाशिम व यवतमाळ या जिल्हयांना " नियंत्रित क्षेत्र " म्हणून घोषित करीत आहे, जेणेकरून,- (क) लंपी चर्मरोगावर नियंत्रण, प्रतिबंध किंवा त्याचे निमर्ूलन करता येईल आणि (गुरे व म्हशी) आणि गोजातीय प्रजातींमधील इतर सर्व प्राणी यांना ज्या ठिकाणी ते पाळले जातात त्या ठिकाणापासून उक्त नियंत्रण क्षेत्रातील किंवा क्षेत्राबाहेरील अन्य कोणत्याही ठिकाणी नेण्या आणण्यास मनाई करता येईल ;
(ख) कोणत्याही व्यक्तीस, उक्त बाधीत गोजातीय प्रजातीचे जीवंत अथवा मृत प्राणी, कोणत्याही उक्त बाधीत झालेल्या गोजातीय प्राण्यांच्या संपर्कात आलेली कोणत्याही प्रकारची वैरण, प्राण्यांच्या निवायासाठी असलेले गवत किंवा अन्य साहित्य आणि अश्या प्राण्यांचे शव, कातडी किंवा कोणताही भाग किंवा अशा प्राण्यापासूनचे अन्य कोणतेही उत्पादन उक्त नियंत्रित क्षेत्रामधून बाहेर नेण्यास मनाई करता येईल; आणि
(ग) कोणत्याही गोजातीय प्रजातीच्या प्राण्यांचे बाजार भरवणे, प्राण्यांच्या शर्यती लावणे, प्राण्यांची जत्रा भरवणे, प्राण्यांचे प्रदर्शन आयोजित करणे आणि नियंत्रित क्षेत्रात गोजातीय प्रजातीच्या प्राण्यांचे गट करून किंवा त्यांना एकत्रित करून कोणतेही अन्य काम पार पाडणे यास मनाई करता येईल; आणि

भाग चार--ब--२१३---१महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-ब, सप्टेंबर २१, २०२०/भाद्र ३०, शके १९४२ २ (घ) उक्त नियंत्रित क्षेत्रामधील बाजारपेठेत, जत्रेत, प्रदर्शनामध्ये किंवा प्राण्यांच्या अन्य जमावामध्ये किंवा कोणत्याही सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी उक्त बाधीत झालेल्या गोजातीय प्रजातींच्या प्राण्यांना आणणे किंवा आणण्याचा प्रयत्न करणे, या गोष्टींना मनाई करता येईल.

NOTIFICATION
PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF INFECTIOUS AND CONTAGIOUS DISEASES IN ANIMALS ACT, 2009.
No. Sankirna-2020/C.R.53/ADF-4.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 6 read with sections 7, 11, 12 & 13 of the Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in Animals Act, 2009 (No. 27 of 2009), the Government of Maharashtra, hereby declares the Districts Akola, Amravati, Aurangabad, Ahemadnagar, Bhandara, Buldhana, Beed, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, Gondia, Hingoli, Jalna, Latur, Nanded, Nagpur, Osmanabad, Parbhani, Solapur, Wardha, Washim and Yavatmal in the State of Maharashtra as a "Controlled Area" (hereinafter referred to as " the controlled area"), in respect of the Lumpy Skin Disease, which is a scheduled disease declared under the said Act whereby Bovine Species (Cattles and Buffaloes) of animals are infected (hereinafter referred to as "the infected Bovine Species Animals"), so as to,—
(a) Control, prevent or eradicate Lumpy Skin Disease and prohibit the movement of (Cattles and Buffaloes) and all other animals belonging to Bovine species from the place where they are kept to any other place within or outside the Controlled area;
(b) Prohibit a person to take any infected Bovine Species animals, alive or dead, any kind of fodder, bedding or other material which has come into contact with any infected Bovine Species Animals and the carcass, skin or any other part or product or such animal out of the controlled area; and
(c) Prohibit holding or any animal market, animal races, animal fair, animal exhibition of the Bovine Species Animals; and also to carry on any other activity involving grouping or gathering of the Bovine Species animals in the controlled area; and
(d) Prohibit to bring or attempt to bring said infected Bovine species animals into market, fair, exhibition or other congregation of animals or to any public place in the controlled area.
