Thakare as Special Public Prosecutor for conducting the case before Sessions Court , Mumbai which is arising out of C.R.No.249/ 2018 registered at Kurar Police Station , Mumbai made under the Government Notification No.SPP - 2018/ U.O.R.94/D- XIV , dated 17th November 2018 with immediate effect .

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 8) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure , 1973 ( Act No.II of 1974 ) , the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints Adv . Vaibhav Bagade as " Special Public Prosecutor" for conducting the cases before the Sessions Court , Mumbai which is arising out C.R.No. 249/2018 registered at Kurar Police Station , Mumbai .

2. The fees of Adv . Vaibhav Bagade , Special Public Prosecutor , shall be paid by Home Department as per the proposal approved by this department .

3. His appointments is strictly subject to the conditions of service laid down in the Maharashtra Law Officers (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Remuneration) Rules , 1984.

4. The Government reserves the right to revoke/ modify/ annual the order without assigning any reasons .
