महाराष्ट्र कामगार संघांना मान्यता देण्याबाबत आणि अनुचित कामगार प्रथांना प्रतिबंध करण्याबाबत अधिनियम, १९७१.
क्रमांक यूएलपी २०२०/प्र.क्र.७६/कामगार-३.------ उपरोक्त संर्दभित अधिसूचनेस अनुसरून खाली नमूद केलेल्या न्यायिक अधिका-याची न्यायाधीश, कामगार न्यायालय, या पदावर महाराष्ट्र कामगार संघांना मान्यता देण्याबाबत आणि अनुचित कामगार प्रथांना प्रतिबंध करण्याबाबत अधिनियम, १९७१ (१९७२ चा एक) च्या कलम ६ अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून, महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे पुढीलप्रमाणे नियुक्ती करीत आहे :-----

MAHARASHTRA RECOGNITION OF TRADE UNIONS AND PREVENTION OF UNFAIR LABOUR PRACTICES ACT, 1971.
No.ULP.2020/C.R. 76/Labour-3.— With reference to the above mentioned notification, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby appoints the following Judicial Officer as Judge of Labour Courts in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971 (1 of 1972):—
