MULTI COMMODITY EXCHANGE CLEARING CORPORATION LIMITED
Subject Securities and Exchange Board of India's (" SEBI ") approval, it is proposed to make the following amendments in the Bye-laws of Multi Commodity Exchange Clearing Corporation Limited (" MCXCCL "). The proposed amendments are published under Rule 18 of Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957 for information/public Comments/criticism. Any person having any comments/observations on the proposed amendments to the Bye-Laws may send the same in writing to the undersigned at Multi Commodity Exchange Clearing Corporation Limited, Exchange Square, CTS No. 255, Suren Road, Chakala, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400 093 or through email to [email protected] within fifteen days from the date of this publication. The comments/ observations received after the fifteenth day will not be considered and the draft will be taken into consideration immediately after the expiry of fifteen days.
PROPOSED AMENDMENTS IN THE BYE-LAWS OF MCXCCL
The following new Bye law shall be inserted after Bye law 7.4.3 of MCXCCL Bye Laws of MCXCCL.
" 7.4.4. The Clearing Corporation shall instruct the concerned Bank(s) to freeze the bank accounts maintained by the member, for all debit/withdrawal by the member in the event of potential default by the member in meeting its obligations to the Clearing Corporation and/or repayment of securities/funds to his/its clients. For this purpose, the members of the Clearing Corporation will submit an undertaking to the Clearing Corporation, as per prescribed format, for authorizing the Clearing Corporation to instruct the concerned bank to freeze the bank account for all debit/ withdrawal from such accounts ".

ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र झोपडपट्टी (सुधारणा, निमर्ूलन आणि पुर्नविकास) अधिनियम, १९७१ चे कलम ३ब च्या पोट-कलम (३) अनुसार झोपडपट्टी पुनर्वसन प्राधिकरणाने झोपडपट्टी पुनर्वसन योजना तयार करून दिनांक ९ एप्रिल १९९८ रोजी राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध केली आहे ;
ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र झोपडपट्टी (सुधारणा, निमर्ूलन आणि पुर्नविकास) अधिनियम, १९७१ चे कलम ३(क) उप-कलम (१) अनुसार " झोपडपट्टी पुनर्वसन क्षेत्र " घोषित करण्याचे अधिकार मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी, झोपडपट्टी पुनर्वसन प्राधिकरण यांना आहेत.
त्याअर्थी, उक्त कलम ३(क) चे उप-कलम (१) मधील शक्तीचा वापर करून मी, खालीलप्रमाणे अनुसूचीमध्ये दर्शविलेले क्षेत्र " झोपडपट्टी पुनर्वसन क्षेत्र " म्हणून याद्वारे घोषित करीत आहे. सदरचे क्षेत्र बृहन्मुंबई विकास नियंत्रण नियमावली, १९९१ चे नियम ३३(१०) अन्वये झोपडपट्टी पुनर्वसन योजना दाखल करण्यास पात्र आहे :----

Whereas, the Slum Rehabilitation Authority has formed Slum Rehabilitation Scheme under the provision of section 3B (3) of Maharashtra Slum Area (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971 and published in Gazette on 9th April 1998 ;
Whereas, in view of the provision of section 3C (1) of the Maharashtra Slum Area (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971 the Chief Executive Officer, Slum Rehabilitation Authority is empowered to declare any area as " Slum Rehabilitation Area ".
Therefore, in view of the said provision of section 3C (1) of the Maharashtra Slum Area (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971. I, undersigned is hereby declare the area shown in Schedule as " Slum Rehabilitation Area ". Now the said area is open to submit scheme of Slum Rehabilitation as per regulation 33(10) of Development Control Regulation, 1991 of Greater Mumbai :—

बृहन्मुंबई महानगरपालिका अधिनियम, १८८८ (अद्ययावत) च्या कलम २९७(१)(ब) अन्वये खालीलप्रमाणे जाहीर सूचना देण्यात येत आहे. बृहन्मुंबई महानगरपालिकेच्या 'एन' विभागातील प्रस्तावित ९.१५ मी. रुंदीची ''गुरूकुल क्रॉस रोड'' बाधित एफ.पी. नं. १५९, १६२ब, १६६, १६५, १६२ए, १६७, १५८ आणि १६४ टीपीएस-३, घाटकोपर, घाटकोपर 'एन' विभाग येथील रस्ता रुंदीकरणाबाबतचा प्रस्ताव, महापालिकेच्या सभेमध्ये, सदर सूचना प्रकाशित केल्यापासून ३० दिवसांच्या नंतर येणाया किंवा जेव्हा केव्हा सदरहु प्रस्ताव निकालात काढता येईल, अशा महापालिकेच्या सभेत मांडण्यात येईल.
"गुरूकुल क्रॉस रोड" हा रस्ता टीपीएस-३ घाटकोपर नुसार ६.१० मीटर रुंद रस्ता आहे. ह्य रस्त्याची रुंदी ९.१५ मी. करण्याचे प्रस्तावित आहे. विकास नियंत्रण व प्रोत्साहन नियमावली २०३४, नियमन १९(३) टिप नं. १ च्या अनुषंगाने आणि महापालिका आयुक्त यांची मंजूरी क्र. CHE/DP/73/Gen/2019-20 अन्वये ९.०० मी. पेक्षा कमी रुंदीच्या रस्त्यांचे रुंदीकरण ९.०० मी. किंवा त्यापेक्षा जास्त, स्थळाच्या सद्यस्थितीनुसार एमआरटीपी कायदा किंवा एमएमसी कायदा अन्वये प्रस्तावित करण्याचे निर्देशित केले आहे.
मा. महानगरपालिका आयुक्त यांनी मंजूरी क्र. एमसीपी/१७४२, दिनांक ०४/०३/२०२० अन्वये तत्वत: मंजूर केलेली ९.१५ मी. रस्ता रेषा A-B-C-D नकाशावर हिरव्या रंगात दर्शविली आहे. ज्यामध्ये सद्यस्थितीत ६.१० मी. अस्तित्वातील रस्ता लाल रंगात दर्शविला आहे. सदर नकाशा सहायक अभियंता (सर्वेक्षण) पू.उ., उप-प्रमूख अभियंता (इ.प्र.) पूर्व उपनगरे यांचे कार्यालय, राज लेगेसी इमारतीच्या बाजूला, लाल बहादूर शास्त्री मार्ग, विक्रोळी (पश्चिम), मुबई ४०० ०८३, तसेच सहायक आयुक्त 'एन' विभाग यांच्या कार्यालयामध्ये उपलब्ध आहे.
ज्या कोणास उपरोक्त प्रस्तावाबाबत प्रतिवेदने/हरकती पाठवावयाच्या असतील त्यांनी सहायक आयुक्त 'एन' विभाग यांच्या कार्यालयात अथवा सहायक अभियंता (सर्वेक्षण) पू.उ. [पत्ता : उप प्रमुख अभियंता (इ.प्र.) पूर्व उपनगरे यांचे कार्यालय, राज लेगेसी इमारतीच्या बाजूला, लाल बहादूर शास्त्री मार्ग, विक्रोळी (पश्चिम), मुंबई ४०० ०८३] यांच्या कार्यालयात संबंधित नोटीस प्रकाशनाच्या दिवसापासून ३० दिवसांच्या आत (सुट्टीचे दिवस धरून) प्राप्त होतील अशाप्रकारे पाठवाव्यात. त्यानंतर प्राप्त झालेली प्रतिवेदने/हरकती विचारात घेतल्या जाणार नाहीत, याची कृपया नोंद घेण्यात यावी.

Public Notice
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 297(1)(b) of MMC Act, 1888 (as modified upto date) that, the undersigned proposes to apply to the Municipal Corporation at their meeting to be held after 30 days from display of this Public Noties or such day thereafter, as the said application can conveniently be disposed off for authority to accept proposed 9.15 mtr. wide Regular Line to the Existing 6.00 mtr. wide road known as "Gurukul Cross Road" connecting to 13.40 mtr. wide Derasar Lane affecting the plot bearing F.P. No. 159, 162B & 166 also affecting F.P. No. 165, 162A, 167, 158 & 164 of TPS-III Ghatkopar, Ghatkopar (E.) in 'N' Ward.
The existing "Gurukul Cross Road" is 6.10 mtr. wide road as per TPS-III, Ghatkopar and same is proposed to be widened to 9.15 mtr. as per note 1 of Regulation 19(3) of DCPR 2034 and as per subsequent order of Hon'ble Municipal Commissioner U/no. CHE/DP/73/Gen/2019-20 directing to widen the roads of width less than 9.00 mtr. to 9.00 mtr. and above as per site condition through MR & TP Act or MMC Act. The plan showing proposed 9.15 mtr. wide Regular Line approved in principal by Hon'ble Municipal Commissioner u/no. MCP/1472/dt. 04/03/2020, as shown in green color marked A-B-C-D with prevailing alignment of 6.10 mtr. existing road shown in Red Color, is available for inspection in the office of Assistant Engineer (Survey) E.S. whose office is situated at Dy.Ch.Eng.(B.P.) E.S. near Raj Legacy residential complex, L.B.S. Marg, Vikhroli (West), Mumbai 400 083 and in the office of Assistant Commissioner 'N' ward.
Any person desirous of making any representation to the Corporation or bringing before the Corporation any suggestion/objection in respect of the said proposal may do so by letter addressed to Assistant Commissioner 'N' Ward and Assistant Engineer (Survey) E. S. [Add. : Dy.Ch.E. (B.P.) ES's Office Paper Mill Compound, Near Raj Legacy, L.B.S. Marg, Vikhroli (West), Mumbai 400 083] deliver at the said office within 30 days from the publication of this notice (including holidays and weekly off).
