महाराष्ट्र माथाडी, हमाल व इतर श्रमजीवी कामगार (नोकरीचे नियमन व कल्याण) अधिनियम, १९६९.
क्रमांक युडब्ल्युए. २०१९/प्र. क्र. २८१/काम-५.------महाराष्ट्र शासनाने महाराष्ट्र माथाडी हमाल व इतर श्रमजीवी कामगार (नोकरीचे नियमन व कल्याण) अधिनियम, १९६९ च्या कलम १४ चे पोट-कलम (२), (३) आणि (४) सह महाराष्ट्र माथाडी हमाल व इतर श्रमजीवी कामगार (सल्लागार समिती), नियम, १९६९ च्या नियम (३), (४) व (५) अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून याद्वारे मंत्री (कामगार) यांची सल्लागार समितीच्या (यापुढे याचा उल्लेख ""उक्त समिती"" असा करण्यात येईल.) अध्यक्षपदी तसेच यात नमूद करण्यात आलेल्या व्यक्तींची सदस्यपदी व सहआयुक्त (माथाडी कक्ष) मुंबई यांची सचिवपदी नियुक्ती करण्यात आली आणि याकरिता शासन अधिसूचना क्रमांक युडब्ल्युए. २०१३/प्र. क्र. ३९४/काम-५, दिनांक ६ फेब्रुवारी २०१५ निर्गमित करण्यात आली आहे ;
आणि, ज्याअर्थी महाराष्ट्र शासनाने शासन अधिसूचना क्रमांक युडब्ल्युए. २०१८/प्र.क्र. ७११/काम-५, दिनांक ७ मार्च २०१९ अन्वये प्रधान सचिव (कामगार) यांची उक्त समितीच्या सदस्यपदी शासनाचे प्रतिनिधी म्हणून, श्री. प्रसाद लाड, विधानपरिषद सदस्य, श्री. महेश चौगुले, विधानसभा सदस्य यांची राज्य विधानमंडळाचे प्रतिनिधी म्हणून, श्री. रवी जैन व श्री. विशाल चौरडिया यांची मालक प्रतिनिधी म्हणून आणि अॅडव्होकेट शैलेश सुधाकरराव मुंजे, श्री. अमोल जाधव व श्रीमती दिपाली मोकाशी यांची कामगार प्रतिनिधी म्हणून उक्त समितीच्या सदस्यपदी नेमणूक केली आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासन उक्त समितीच्या राज्य शासनाचे प्रतिनिधीत्व करणारे सदस्य वगळता इतर सदस्यांचा कालावधी संपुष्टात आणत आहे ;
म्हणून आता, महाराष्ट्र माथाडी हमाल व इतर श्रमजीवी कामगार (नोकरीचे नियमन व कल्याण) अधिनियम, १९६९ च्या कलम १४ चे पोट-कलम (६) सह महाराष्ट्र माथाडी हमाल व इतर श्रमजीवी कामगार (सल्लागार समिती) नियम, १९६९ च्या नियम (५) च्या उपनियम १ भाग एक--ल-----३४-१
(१)२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग एक-ल, ऑक्टोबर २७, २०२०/कर्ातिक ५, शके १९४२ च्या परंतुकाद्वारा प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे उक्त समितीचे राज्य शासनाचे प्रतिनिधीत्व करणारे सदस्य वगळता इतर सदस्यांचा कालावधी संपुष्टात आणत आहे आणि महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या राजपत्रात हा आदेश प्रसिद्ध होण्याच्या तारखेपासून त्यांचा उक्त समितीचे सदस्य म्हणून कालावधी संपुष्टात येईल.

NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA MATHADI, HAMAL AND OTHER MANUAL WORKERS (REGULATION OF EMPLOYMENT AND WELFARE), ACT, 1969.
No. UWA-2019/C.R.281/LAB-5.—Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, vide the Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No. UWA. 2013/C.R.394/Lab-5, dated 6th February 2015 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Notification"), issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (2), (3) and (4) of section 14 of the Maharashtra Mathadi, Hamal and Other Manual Worker's (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1969 (Mah. XXX of 1969) read with rules 3, 4 and 5 of the Maharashtra Mathadi, Hamal and Other Manual Worker's (Advisory Committee) Rules, 1969, appointed Minister (Labour) as a Chairman of the Advisory Committee (hereinafter referred to as "the said Committee") and the persons specified therein as the Member thereof and the Joint Commissioner of Labour (Mathadi Cell) Mumbai to be the Secretary thereof ;
And Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, vide the Government Notification Industries, Energy and Labour Department. No. UWA. 2018/C.R. 711/Lab-5, dated 7th March, 2019. appointed Principal Secretary (Labour) as a Member of the said Committee representing the State Government, Shri. Prasad Lad, M.L.C and Shri. Mahesh Chougule, M.L.A, as the Members thereof representing the Legislature of the State, Shri. Ravi Jain and Shri. Vishal Chordia as Members thereof representing employers and Advocate Shailesh Sudharkarrao Munje, Shri. Amol Jadhav and Smt. Dipali Mokashi as Members thereof representing workers ;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra considers its expedient to curtail the terms of the offices the Members of the said Committee other than the Members represting the State Government ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 14 of the Maharashtra Mathadi, Hamal and Other Manual Workers (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1969 (Mah. XXX of 1969) and first proviso to sub-rule (1) of Rule 5 of the Maharashtra Mathadi, Hamal and other Manual Workers (Advisory) Rules, 1969, the Government of Maharashtra hereby curtails the terms of the offices of the Members of the said Committee other than the Members representing the State Government and declares that they shall cease to hold the offices as Members of the said Committee from the date of the publication of this order in the Maharashtra Government Gazette.
