Act, 1999, the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints Adv. Ajay Misar as "Special Public Prosecutor" for conducting the Special M.C.O.C. Case No.23/2019 in Special M.C.O.C.A. Court, Sessions Court, Mumbai which is arising out of C.R.No.130/2019 registered at Aarey Police Station, Mumbai.

2. The fees of Adv. Ajay Misar, Special Public Prosecutor shall be paid by Home Department as per the proposal approved by this department.

3. His appointment is strictly subject to the conditions of service laid down in the Maharashtra Law Officers (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Remuneration) Rules, 1984.

4. The Government reserves the right to revoke/modify/annul the order without assigning any reasons.

ज्या अधिकायांबाबत महसूल हानी/विभागीय चौकशी कार्यवाही सुरू आहे किंवा प्रस्तावित आहे, अशा अधिकायांच्या प्रकरणी होणाया निर्णयाच्या अधीन राहून निवृत्ती वेतन लाभाची कार्यवाही करावी.

संबंधित अधिकायांस नियमित सेवानिवृत्तीवेतन व सेवालाभ देण्यास काही कारणास्तव विलंब होणार असल्यास तात्पुरते निवृत्ती वेतन व सेवालाभ देण्यासाठी महाराष्ट्र नागरी सेवा (निवृत्ती वेतन) नियम १९८२ मधील नियम १२६/१३० नुसार आवश्यक कार्यवाही तात्काळ करावी.
