गुंगीकारक द्रव्ये व मनावर परिणाम करणा-या पदार्थाच्या अनुचित व्यापारास प्रतिबंध अधिनियम, १९८८.

क्रमांक संकीर्ण-०९२०/प्र.क्र.८५/विशा-३(अ).------महाराष्ट्र राज्याने शासन अधिसूचना क्र. संकीर्ण -२०१८/प्र.क्र. १२६/विशा-३(अ), दिनांक २५ जून २०१८ अन्वये श्री. श्री कांत सिंह, अपर मुख्य सचिव (अपिल व सुरक्षा), गृह विभाग, मंत्रालय, मुंबई यांना गुंगीकारक द्रव्ये व मनावर परिणाम करणा-या पदार्थाच्या अनुचित व्यापारास प्रतिबंध अधिनियम, १९८८ (१९८८ चा ४६) कलम ३ चे उप-कलम (१) अन्वये स्थानबद्ध प्राधिकारी (Detaining Authority) म्हणून प्राधिकृत केले आहे.

आता, सामान्य प्रशासन विभागाच्या दिनांक ३० एप्रिल २०२० च्या आदेशानुसार श्री. श्री कांत सिंह, अपर मुख्य सचिव (अपिल व सुरक्षा), गृह विभाग हे शासन सेवेतून नियत वयोमानानुसार सेवानिवृत्त झाले आहेत व श्री. मनु कुमार श्रीवास्तव, अपर मुख्य सचिव (अपिल व सुरक्षा), गृह विभाग, महाराष्ट्र शासन यांना सामान्य प्रशासन विभागाच्या दिनांक ११ सप्टेंबर २०२० च्या शासन निर्णयान्वये नियमित कार्यभार देण्यात आला आहे.

त्यामुळे गुंगीकारक द्रव्ये व मनावर परिणाम करणा-या पदार्थाच्या अनुचित व्यापारास प्रतिबंध अधिनियम, १९८८ (१९८८ चा ४६) च्या प्रयोजनासाठी महाराष्ट्र शासन श्री. मनु कुमार श्रीवास्तव, अपर मुख्य सचिव (अपिल व सुरक्षा), गृह विभाग, मंत्रालय, मुंबई यांना सदर अधिनियमाच्या कलम ३ चे उप-कलम (१) अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारान्वये सदर अधिनियमातील कलम ३ च्या प्रयोजनासाठी स्थानबद्ध प्राधिकारी (Detaining Authority) म्हणून प्राधिकृत करण्यात येत आहे.

NOTIFICATION

PREVENTION OF ILLICIT TRAFFIC IN NARCOTIC DRUGS AND PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES ACT, 1988.

No. MIS-0920/C.R-85/SPL-3(A).—The Government of Maharashtra vide Government Notification No.MIS-2018/CR-126/SPL-3A, dated 25th June 2018 has empowered Shri Shree Kant Singh, Additional Chief Secretary (Appeals and Security), Home Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai 400 032 to exercise the powers of Detaining Authority conferred by sub-section (1) of Section (3) of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 (46 of 1988).

As, Shri Shree Kant Singh, Additional Chief Secretary (Appeals and Security), Home Department has superannuated on 30th April 2020 and Shri Manu Kumar Srivastava, Additional Chief Secretary has been given the regular charge of Additional Chief Secretary (Appeals and Security), Home Department, Government of Maharashtra, Mumbai, vide Government Resolution dated 11th September 2020 of General Administration Department.

Hence, Government of Maharashtra hereby empowers Shri Manu Kumar Srivastava, Additional Chief Secretary (Appeals and Security), Home Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai to exercise the powers of Detaining Authority conferred by sub-section (1) of Section (3) of the Prevention of Illicit Trafic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 (46 of 1988).

CO-OPERATION, MARKETING AND TEXTILES DEPARTMENT

NOTIFICATION

No. Cotton-2020/CR-121/10-C.-----Whereas in the season 2020-21, the MSCCGMF Ltd. has been appointed as sub-agent of Cotton Corporation of India, a Nodal Agent of Government of India for Minimum Support Price (MSP) operations for cotton in the State of Maharashtra vide Government of India, Ministry of Textiles order F.No.5/9/2020-Fibre-1, dated 14th October 2020.

And Whereas the Government of Maharashtra has the Maharashtra State Co-operative Cotton Grower's Marketing Federation Limited (MSCCGMF Ltd.) to participate in the scheme and function as sub-agent of CCI be the State Level Agency (SLA) of CCI with regards to implementation of MSP operation of cotton for season 2020-21;

Now, therefore, in pursuance of the above, the following notification in respect of MSP operation for cotton in the State of Maharashtra for the season 2020-21 hereby issued :-----

1. The Maharashtra State Co-operative Cotton Grower's Marketing Federation Limited (MSCCGMF Ltd.) shall implement MSP operation for cotton in the State of Maharashtra for season 2020-21 alongwith CCI.

2. The Maharashtra State Co-operative Cotton Grower's Marketing Federation Limited (MSCCGMF Ltd.) shall function as sub-agent of CCI and shall procure FAQ quality of cotton produced in Maharashtra as per strict guidelines laid down by Ministry of Textile, GOI vide office order No.1/20/2020-21/MSP/Cotton/1-53, dated 1st September 2020.

3. The genuineness of cotton grower shall be established from the 7/12 extract of the field of the farmer, showing survey number of the land owned by the farmer, its area, class of the land, revenue assessed and the crop sown and its area is sufficient proof to prove the genuineness of the farmers.

4. The working capital for the scheme shall consist of margin money provided by the State Government and the internal resources of the MSCCGMF Ltd. and bank loans.
