Read : High Court Notification No. PL(APP)/Steno/2018/233, dated 17th January 2018 in respect of appointment of Smt. Rajashree Kishor More as Personal Assistant. No. PL(APP)/PROB./GR.A/92(M)/2020.—Smt. Rajashree Kishor More, Personal Assistant has been appointed with effect from 1st February 2018 on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay vide Notification referred above, on probation for a period of two years or until an order declaring her to have satisfactorily completed the probation period, is made by the Appointing Authority, whichever is later. She has completed her probation period satisfactorily. Considering the leave availed by her during the probation period, she is continued on an officiating basis as Personal Assistant with effect from 16th February 2020.

No.PL(APP)/Steno/2020/2135.— Shri Ajay Kishanrao Losarwar, Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge, working on the establishment of the High Court Bench at Aurangabad, is hereby promoted and appointed to the post of "Registrar/Principal Secretary to the Honourable the Chief Justice" in the pay scale of Rs. 51550-1230-58930-1380-63070, purely on temporary basis, initially for a period of six months w.e.f. 2nd November 2020, on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, on the following conditions :—

(1) Continuance on such post shall depend on his performance during the six months next following assumption of charge.

(2) He is liable to be reverted to his original post at his parent department, at any time, during the said period without giving any notice or assigning any reasons.

(3) His appointment is made subject to the result of litigation/ representation whether pending, if any, or that may be filed in which any appointment, seniority etc., in respect of the post of Registrar/ Principal Secretary to the Honourable the Chief Justice are/would be challenged.

No.PL(APP)re-employment/2020/2108.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 229 of the Constitution of India and by virtue of the powers conferred under Rule 59(a) of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Service Rules, 2000, the Honourable the Chief Justice has been pleased to re-employ Shri Vinayak Pralhad Halemath, retired Private Secretary, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, [retired on superannuation w.e.f. 30th September 2020 (A.O.H.)] as Personal Assistant w.e.f. 19th October 2020 (B.O.H.) for a period of 6 months, purely on temporary basis on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay on the following conditions :—

(1) that his services shall be liable to be terminated without any notice and without assigning any reason,

(2) that he will not be entitled to count his new service for the purpose of pension and promotion ;

(3) that his pay will be fixed as per extant rules issued by the Government of Maharashtra from time to time.

Attention of Shri Vinayak Pralhad Halemath, is invited to the provision of Chapter XIV of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1982, as required under Rule 155 thereof.

They have joined as Personal Assistant on the dates mentioned against their names in Column No.3. They have completed their probation period satisfactorily and they are continued on an officiating basis as Personal Assistant with effect from the dates mentioned against their names in Column No.4.
