No.D.T.P- D.P. Pusad (R.)-Sec-127(2)-Notification-TPV-VI-2900-2020.—
Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra, Urban Development Department vide its Notification No. TPS-2795-1267-CR-198-95-UD-13, Dated 26-05-1998 has sanctioned the Revised Development Plan of "B" Class Municipal Council, Pusad partly (hereinafter referred to as the "said Development Plan") under Section 31 (1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (Mah. XXXVII of 1966) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act") and the same has come into force with effect from Dated 26-07-1998;
And whereas, in the said Development Plan, the land from S. No. 33/1 of Pusad is reserved for Site No. 23 "Garden", Site No. 24 "Secondary School" and 12 mt. wide Development Plan Road (hereinafter referred to as "the said Reservation"); for which Appropriate Authority is Municipal Council, Pusad (hereinafter referred to as "the said Appropriate Authority");
And whereas, the land under said reservation has not been acquired by the said Appropriate Authority within ten years from the date on which the said Development Plan came into force;
And whereas, the owners of 0.46 Hect. land from S.No. 33/1 had served a Notice under Section 127(1) of the said Act, for this land in Site No, 23 and Site No. 24 on the said Appropritae Authority vide their letter dated 15-06-2016;
And whereas, out of land admeasuring 0.46 Hect. from S.No. 33/1, ( as mentioned in notice) 1099.42 Sq. mt.
land is affeced by Site No. 23 "Garden"& 421.00 Sq. mt.land is affected by Site No. 24 "Secondary School" (here- inafter referred to as "the said Land");
And whereas, the said Appropriate Authority, has not acquired or no steps as contemplated in the Section 127 (1) of the said Act, has commenced for its acquisition within the period of twenty four months from the receipt of the aforesaid notice;
And whereas, Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Pusad has communicated that, due to paucity of funds the Municipal Council could not purchase the said land and for this the Municipal Council has passed the Resolution No. 07 & 10, Dated 07-09-2016 & Municipal Council has not initiated any land acquisition procedure, vide letter No. 301/ 2020, Dated 28-01-2020;
And whereas, in accordance with the provision of Section 127(1) of the said Act, the part of the said Reserva- tion, pertaining to the said land, has lapsed and it is accordingly expedient to notify such lapsing under Section 127 (2) of the said Act;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers delegated by the Government, in respect of sub-section (2) of Section 127 of the said Act and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune, hereby notfies that the said Reservation of Site No. 23 "Garden" & Site No. 24 "Secondary School" is lapsed partly only in respect of said Land (as specified in the Schedule herein below) and the said land shall become available to the land owners for the purpose of Development as otherwise, permissible in the case of adjacent land, under the said Development Plan.

REVISED NOTIFICATION
No. RDMA/LRCO/Election/Ws-190-2020.—
Under Section 9(2) of the Maharashtra Muncipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 taking into consideration population of Census of India 2011(including the Population of Scheduled Castes, Schedules Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens), the number of elected councillors in respect of Zarijamni Nagar Panchayat area in Yavatmal district was fixed by Reference No. (8).
However, as per the above mentioned Reference No. (9), Hon'ble State Election Commission has rectified the reservation and directed to issue fresh notification. In accordance to the direction of Hon'ble State Election Commission earlier notification dated 03-08-2020 stands cancelled.
The number of seats to be reserved for Women (including the seats belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens) and the number of seats to be reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens are mentioned in the following Table.
