Whereas, Revised Development Plan of Nagpur has been sanctioned by the Government vide Urban Development Department's Notification No . TPS 2496-2643-CR-300(A)-97-UD-9, dated 7th January, 2000 and Notification No . TPS 2400-1628-CR-200-2000-UD-9, dated 10th September, 2001 and has come into force with effect from the 1st March, 2000 and 21st September, 2001 respectively. (hereinafter referred to as "the said Development Plan");

And whereas, the said Development Plan, land bearing Khasara No. 7(pt.) admeasuring area about 1.22 Ha. of Mouja Jaitala is reserved for Site No. MW-23 Extension to NMC Naka (hereinafter referred to as "the said Reservation");

And whereas, the Nagpur Municipal Corporation, Being the Planning Authority (hereinafter re- ferred to as "the said Planning Authority"), vide its General Body Resolution No. 264, dated 24th Septem- ber, 2018 has resolved to delete the said Reservation and to include the same in Public/ Semi Public Zone. Accordingly after following at the legal procudure as per the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 37 of the said Act, submitted a modification proposal to the Government, for its sanction, (hereinafter referred to as "the Proposed Modification");

And whereas, after making necessary enquiries and consulting the Director of Town Planning Maharastra State, Pune, the Government is of opinion that the proposed Modification should be sanc- tioned;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 37(2) of the said Act and according to cabinet approval dated 09th September, 2019, the Government hereby, sanctions the said Modification Proposal and for that purpose amends the said Development Plan as follows;

The land bearing Khasara No. 7(pt.) admeasuring area about 1.22 Ha. of Mouja Jaitala is deleted from Site No. MW-23 Extension to NMC Naka and included in Public/ Semi Public Zone, as shown on plan –

A copy of the Notification, along with the part plan showing the aforesaid sanctioned modification, shall be available for inspection of the general public, in the office of the Commissioner, Nagpur Munici- pal Corporation, Nagpur during office hours on all working days for a period of one month.

This Notification shall also be available on the Government website– www.maharatra.gov.in

Declaration of Intention to prepare Development Plan of Chimur Municipal Councils Under Section 23(1)

[read with Section 21(2)] of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.

No. WS-MCC-Const.-D.-243-2020.—

Government of Maharashtra in Urban Development Department, vide its Notification No. MUN-2015/C.R. 28/UD- 18, dated 30th May 2015 constituted Chimur Municipal Council. It is necessary to prepare the Development Plan for the area of Chimur Municipal Councils as per Section 21(2) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 for planned Development of the said area.

Hence, the Chimur Municipal Council by its Resolution No. 01, dated 6th October 2020 has given consent to declare its intention to prepare Development Plan, as per provision of Section 23 (1) [ read with Section 21 (2) ] of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. Accordingly, this notice is being published.

The plan showing boundary of the area included in Development Plan of Chimur Municipal council is kept open for inspection by the bublic on office working days, during office hours at the office of the Municipal Council as required under Section 23 (2) of the Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966.

Any suggestion/objection of the public in this regard, may be forwarded in writing to the Chief Officer, Chimur Municipal Council within a period of 60 (Sixty) days from the date of publication of this notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette. The suggestion/objection shall be duly considered while preparing the Development Plan.

Declaration of Intention to prepare Development Plan of Gondpipri, Nagar Panchayat u/s 23(1) [read with

Section 21(2)] of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.

No. NPG-Const.-761-2020.—

Government of Maharashtra in Urban Development Department, vide its Notification No. MUN-2014/C.R. 102/ D-18, dated 23rd April 2015 constituted Gondpipri, Nagar Panchayat. It is necessary to prepare the Development Plan for the area of Nagar Panchayat as per Section 21(2) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 for planned Development of the said area.

Hence, the Gondpipri, Nagar Panchayat by its Resolution No. 02, dated 28th August 2020 has given consent to declare its intention to prepare Development Plan, as per provision of Section 23 (1) [ read with Section 21 (2) ] of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. Accordingly, this notice is being published.

The plan showing boundary of the area included in Development Plan of Gondpipri, Nagar Panchayat is kept open for inspection by the bublic on office working days, during office hours at the office of the Gondpipri, Nagar Panchayat, as required under Section 23 (2) of the Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966.

Any suggestion/objection of the public in this regard, may be forwarded in writing to the Chief Officer, Gondpipri Nagar, Panchayat within a period of 60 (Sixty) days from the date of publication of this notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette. The suggestion/objection shall be duly considered while preparing the Development Plan.

Under Section 9(2) of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 taking into consideration population figures of Census of India, 2011 (including the population of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens), the number of elected Councillors in respect of Jivti Nagar Panchayat Area in Chandrapur District is fixed as mentioned in the following Table.

Similarly, the number of seats to be reserved for Women (including the seats belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens) and the number of seats to the reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens are also fixed as mentioned in the Table.

Note : Earlier, in the nearest General election, the available seats for the Scheduled Castes have been used for the Scheduled Castes Women in this category. Therefore, as per RNIA/NPA-2018/No. 10/Ka-6, dated 15th June 2016, the seats available for the Scheduled Castes shall not be reserved for the Scheduled Castes Women as per the order of the State Election Commission, Maharashtra.
