AMENDMENT
MAHARASHTRA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1961.
No. IDC. 2020/(C.R.401)/IND -14,– Whereas, by the Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No. IDC. 2020/(C.R.401)/IND -14, dated the 27th October 2020 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act") issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961(Mah. III of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), the Government of Maharashtra has appointed the 27th October 2020 to be the date from declared those areas as an industrial area under clause (g) of section 2 of the said Act ;
And Whereas, it is brought to the notice of the Government of Maharashtra that there is a difference in the survey numbers of certain areas of the said industrial area and in the survey numbers confirmed for declaration of Industrial area as per revenue records (in the forms VII and XII) of Village Bapgaon in Taluka Bhiwandi of District Thane, and the Government of Maharashtra considers it expedient to amend the said notification so as to mention the correct areas with respect to the said industrial area in the said notification ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 and clause (g) of section 2 of the said Act read with section 21 of the Maharashtra General Clauses Act (I of 1904), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra

(1) On page No. 6 in the entries relating to Village Bapgaon, Taluka Bhiwandi,
District Thane.
(i) In Serial No. 10 in column (2) for "381/B" read "38/1/B"
(ii) In Serial No. 12 in column (2) for "38/1/D/A" read "38/1/D/2/A"
(iii) In Serial No. 15 in column (2) for "39/1A" read "39/1/A"
(iv) In Serial No. 16 in column (2) for "3/1/B/2/A" read "39/1/B/2/A"
