भारताचे संविधान.

क्रमांक व्हीपीएम २०२०/प्र.क्र.८३/पंरा.४ (२२) .— भारताच्या संविधानाच्या अनुच्छेद २४३ च्या खंड (छ) व महाराष्ट्र ग्रामपंचायत अधिनियम, ( १९५९ चा तीन ) कलम ४ या(cid:४६२)ारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा आणि यासंदर्भात समर्थ करणाऱ्या इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून आणि यासंदर्भात काढण्यात आलेल्या पूर्वीच्या सर्व अधिसूचनांचे किंवा संलेखांचे अधिक्रमण करून तसेच औरंगाबाद जिल्हा परिषदेची स्थायी समिती, औरंगाबाद जिल्ह्यातील सिल्लोड तालुक्यातील ग्रामपंचायत आणि ग्रामसभा नानेगाव यांच्याशी विचारविनिमय करून, महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल, या(cid:४६२)ारे औरंगाबाद जिल्ह्यातील सिल्लोड तालुक्यातील नानेगाव व जंजाळा सोबतच्या अनुसूचीतील स्तंभ (३) मध्ये विनिर्दिष्ट के ल्याप्रमाणे महसुली गावांचा समावेश असलेले स्थानिक क्षेत्र हे ज्या दिनांकापासून स्वतंत्र गाव असेल आणि संविधानाच्या भाग ९ च्या प्रयोजनासाठी अनुसूचीतील स्तंभ (२) मध्ये विनिर्दिष्ट के ल्याप्रमाणे नानेगाव आणि जंजाळा या नावाने ओळखले जातील तो दिनांक म्हणून ७ डिसेंबर २०२० हा दिवस विनिर्दिष्ट करीत आहेत.

NOTIFICATION

CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.

No.VPM-2020/CR -83/PR-4(22).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of article 243 of the Constitution of India, read with section 4 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act ( III of 1959), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in supersession of all the previous notifications or instruments issued in that behalf, and after consultation with the Standing Committee of the Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad and Village Panchayat and Gram Sabha Nanegaon, in Sillod Tahasil of Aurangabad District, the Governor of Maharashtra hereby specifies the 7th December 2020, to be the date from which each of the local areas comprising revenue village of Nanegaon and Janjala in Sillod Tahasil, in Aurangabad District, specified in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto, shall be the distinct villages and shall be known by the name of the villages Nanegaon and Janjala, respectively, as specified in column (2) thereof, for the purposes of Part IX of the Constitution.
