महाराष्ट्र दिवाणी न्यायालय अधिनियम, १८६९.
क्रमांक न्यायस्था.०११९/९६८/प्र.क्र.३/का-११.----महाराष्ट्र दिवाणी न्यायालय अधिनियम, १८६९ (१८६९ चा १४) याची कलमे २१, २२अ व २३ याद्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा आणि याबाबतीत त्यास समर्थ करणाया इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून आणि याबाबतीत यापूर्वी काढलेल्या सर्व शासकीय अधिसूचनांचा, जिल्हा न्यायालय, सांगली यास दुय्यम असलेले दिवाणी न्यायाधीश (वरिष्ठ स्तर), विटा यांचे न्यायालय यांच्याशी जेथवर संबंध असेल तेथवर, त्यांमध्ये अंशत: फेरबदल करून, महाराष्ट्र शासन, याद्वारे पुढीलप्रमाणे निदेश देत आहे की, दिनांक ९ डिसेंबर २०२० पासून,----
(क) सांगली जिल्ह्यमध्ये, विटा येथे, जिल्हा न्यायालय, सांगली यास दुय्यम असलेले एक दिवाणी न्यायालय असेल ;
(ख) दिवाणी न्यायाधीश (वरिष्ठ स्तर) हे उक्त न्यायालयाचे पीठासीन अधिकारी असतील आणि ते विटा येथे त्यांचे न्यायालय भरवतील ; आणि
(ग) दिवाणी न्यायाधीश (वरिष्ठ स्तर), विटा यांच्या सर्वसाधारण अधिकारितेच्या स्थानिक सीमांमध्ये, सांगली जिल्ह्यतील विटा, पलूस, कडेगांव आणि आटपाडी तहसीलांचा समावेश असेल आणि यापूर्वी, दिवाणी न्यायाधीश (वरिष्ठ स्तर), सांगली यांच्या सर्वसाधारण अधिकारितेच्या स्थानिक सीमांमध्ये ज्यांचा समावेश करण्यात आला होता अशी तहसीले त्यामधून वगळण्यात येतील.

NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA CIVIL COURTS ACT, 1869.
No. Nyayastha.0119/968/C.R.3/DESK-11.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 21, 22A & 23 of the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act (XIV of 1869), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in partial modification of all the earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in so far as they relate to the Revenue Talukas of Vita, Palus, Kadegaon and Atpadi in Sangli District sub-ordinate to the District Court of Sangli, the Government of Maharashtra hereby directs that, with effect from the 09th December 2020, —
(a) there shall be a Civil Court at Vita, sub-ordinate to the District Court, Sangli in Sangli District ;
(b) the said Court shall be presided over by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), who shall hold his Court at Vita ; and
(c) the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Vita, shall comprise of the local limits of the Revenue Talukas of Vita, Palus, Kadegaon and Atpadi in Sangli District and the said Tahsils which were heretofore included within the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), at Sangli shall be excluded therefrom.

क्रमांक न्यायस्था.०११९/९६८/प्र.क्र. ३/का-११.----हिंदू विवाह अधिनियम, १९५५ (१९५५ चा २५) हा महाराष्ट्र राज्यास लागू असताना, त्याच्या कलम ३ च्या खंड (ख) द्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा आणि याबाबतीत त्यास समर्थ करणाया इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून आणि याबाबतीत यापूर्वी काढलेल्या सर्व अधिसूचनांचा, सांगली जिल्ह्यतील विटा, पलूस, कडेगांव आणि आटपाडी तहसिलांशी जेथवर संबंध असेल तेथवर, त्यामध्ये अंशत; फेरबदल करून, महाराष्ट्र शासन, याद्वारे दिनांक ९ डिसेंबर २०२० पासून, महाराष्ट्र दिवाणी न्यायालय अधिनियम (१८६९ चा १४) अन्वये स्थापन केलेले दिवाणी न्यायाधीश (वरिष्ठ स्तर), विटा, पलूस, कडेगांव आणि आटपाडी यांच्या न्यायालयांच्या सर्वसाधारण अधिकारितेच्या स्थानिक सीमांमध्ये, उक्त अधिनियमांन्वये कार्यवाही करण्यासाठीच्या प्रकरणासंदर्भात सांगली जिल्ह्यतील विटा येथील दिवाणी न्यायाधीश (वरिष्ठ स्तर) यांचे न्यायालय यांना अधिकारिता असल्याचे विर्िनदिष्ट करीत आहे.

HINDU MARRIAGE ACT, 1955.
No. Nyayastha.0119/968/C.R.3/DESK-11.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 3 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (25 of 1955), in its application to the State of Maharashtra, and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf and in partial modification of all the earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in so far as they relate to the Revenue Talukas of Vita, Palus, Kadegaon and Atpadi in Sangli District, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, with effect from the 9th December 2020, specifies the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Vita in Sangli District as having jurisdiction in respect of the matters to be dealt with under the said Act, within the local limits of ordinary jurisdiction of the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Vita, established under the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act (XIV of 1869).
