In pursuance of clause ( 3 ) of article 348 of the Constitution of India , the following translation in English of the Maharashtra ( Third Supplementary ) Appropriation Bill, 2020 ( L. A. Bill No. LIV of 2020 ) , introduced in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly on the 15th December 2020 , is hereby published under the authority of the Governor .

A BILL
to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty- first day ofMarch 2021 .
WHEREAS by virtue of article 204 of the Constitution of India , read with article 205 thereof, it is necessary to provide for the passing of an Appropriation Act for the appropriation of further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty- first day of March 2021 ; and for the purpose of authorising payment of the said sums ; it is hereby enacted in the Seventy - first Year of the Republic of India as follows :-
1. This Act may be called the Maharashtra ( Third Supplementary ) Appropriation Short title . Act, 2020 .

Withdrawal of 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State , there may be paid and Rs . applied sums not exceeding those specified in column (4 ) of the Schedule hereto annexed out of the amounting in aggregate to the sum of twenty one thousand nine hundred and ninty Consolidated two crores , fifty one lakhs eighty three thousand rupees towards defraying the several Fund of the charges which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty- State for the first day of March 2021 , in respect of the services and purposes specified in column Financial (2 ) of the Schedule. Year 2020- 2021.
Appropriation. 3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on the thirty - first day of March 2021 .
