क्रमांक संकीर्ण-२०२०/प्र.क्र.६७/कामगार-९.----महाराष्ट्र लोकसेवा हक्क अधिनियम, २०१५ च्या कलम ३ च्या पोट-कलम (१) द्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून, कारखाने अधिनियम, १९४८ मधील कलम ६ अन्वये अतिधोकादायक/धोकादायक कारखाने नकाशे मंजुरी देणे व नोंदणी करण्यासाठी शासन निर्णय क्रमांक संकीर्ण २०१८/प्र.क्र. १०४/कामगार-९, दिनांक ११ डिसेंबर, २०१८ अन्वये निश्िचत केलेला कालावधी कमी करून २१ दिवस करण्यात येत आहे.

MAHARASHTRA RIGHT TO PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 2015,
No. MISC-2020/CR-67/LAB-9.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Maharashtra Right to Public Service Act, 2015, the period granted vide Government Resolution No. MISC-2018/C.R.104/Lab-9, dated 11th December, 2018 to register Highly Dangerous / Dangerous Factory and approval of Factory Plan under section 6 of The Factories Act, 1948 is hereby reduced to 21 days.
