Whereas, the Revised Development Plan of Chandrapur (Old Municipal Limit) is approved by the Government Notification No. TPS-2112/520(N)/Recon No. 56/CR101/12/UD-9, Dated 21-12-2012 and comes in to force from dated 01-02-2013.
And now, Municipal Corporation of the City of Chandrapur has proposed to make Minor Modifica- tion in the aforesaid Revised Development Plan of Chandrapur (Old Municipal Limit) vide its General Body Non-GovernmentResolution No. 94, dated 07-03-19 under Section 37 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 as follows.—
