क्रमांक सेप्रनि-०७१४ /प्र.क्र.१५९ /१४ /वैसेवा४. भारतीय संविधानाच्या अनुच्छेद ३० ९ खालील परंतुकान्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या शक्तींचा वापर करून आणि या संदर्भात सध्या अस्तित्त्वात असलेले सर्व नियम , आदेश वा अनुदेश यांचे अधिक्रमण करून , महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल , याद्वारे , महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व औषधीद्रव्ये विभागाच्या नियंत्रणाखालील वैद्यकीय शिक्षण आणि संशोधन संचालनालयांतर्गत बधिरीकरण तंत्रज्ञ , गट - क (तांत्रिक ) या पदावरील सेवाप्रवेशाचे विनियमन करण्यासाठी याद्वारे पुढील नियम करीत आहेत:-

१. या नियमांना वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व संशोधन बधिरीकरण तंत्रज्ञ , गट- क ( तांत्रिक) (सेवाप्रवेश ) नियम , २०२० असे म्हणावे.

२. या नियमात संदर्भानुसार दुसरा अर्थ अभिप्रेत नसेल तर ,-

(क) " प्रमाणपत्र " याचा अर्थ सांविधिक परिषद किंवा मंडळाने प्रदान केलेले परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञानातील प्रमाणपत्र ( किमान १ वर्ष अभ्यासक्रमाचा कालावधी ) किंवा शासनाने त्याच्याशी समतुल्य म्हणून घोषित केलेली अन्य कोणतीही अर्हता ;

(ख) ' पदवी " याचा अर्थ सांविधिक विद्यापिठाची पदवी किंवा शासनाने त्याच्याशी समतुल्य म्हणून घोषित केलेली अन्य कोणतीही अर्हता ;

(ग) " पदविका " याचा अर्थ सांविधिक परिषद किंवा मंडळाने प्रदान केलेली परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञानातील पदविका ( किमान १ वर्ष अभ्यासक्रमाचा कालावधी) किंवा शासनाने त्याच्याशी समतुल्य म्हणून घोषित केलेली अन्य कोणतीही अर्हता ;

(घ) " संचालनालय " याचा अर्थ महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व औषधीद्रव्ये विभागाच्या नियंत्रणाखालील वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व संशोधन संचालनालय असा आहे ;

(च) " शासन " याचा अर्थ महाराष्ट्र शासन असा आहे ;

३. संचालनालयातील बधिरीकरण तंत्रज्ञ, या पदावरील नियुक्ती खालील उमेदवारांमधून नामनिर्देशनाद्वारे करता येईल, - (एक) ज्या उमेदवारांचे वय एकोणीस वर्षांपेक्षा कमी नसेल आणि अडतीस वर्षांपेक्षा जास्त नसेल :

परंतु, मागासवर्गीय उमेदवारांच्या बाबतीत उच्च वयोमर्यादा पाच वर्षांपर्यंत शिथिलक्षम असेल;

(दोन) ज्यांनी परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञान ( बधिरीकरण ) ही पदवी अथवा विज्ञान शाखेतील परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञान (बधिरीकरण ) ही पदवी धारण केली असेल ; किंवा

ज्यांनी भौतिकशास्त्र आणि रसायनशास्त्र किंवा जीवशास्त्र या विषयांसह विज्ञान शाखेतील पदवी आणि बधिरीकरण या विषयातील पदविका किंवा प्रमाणपत्र धारण केले असेलः

परंतु , शासनमान्य रुग्णालयांमध्ये बधिरीकरण तंत्रज्ञ , या पदावरील किमान एक वर्ष कालावधीचा अनुभव धारण करणाऱ्या उमेदवारांना प्राधान्य देण्यात येईल.

४. नियम ३ मध्ये उल्लेखिलेल्या पदांवर नियुक्त झालेल्या व्यक्तीने , या बाबतीत करण्यात आलेल्या नियमानुसार , हिंदी व मराठी भाषा परीक्षा अगोदरच उत्तीर्ण केलेल्या नसतील किंवा त्या परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होण्यापासून तिला सूट मिळाली नसेल , तर तिला सदर परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करणे आवश्यक राहील . सदर परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होऊन त्याबाबतची प्रमाणपत्रे सादर करेपर्यंत ती वार्षिक वेतनवाढ व पदोन्नतीसाठी पात्र ठरणार नाही.

५. नियम ३ मध्ये उल्लेखिलेल्या पदांवर नियुक्त झालेल्या व्यक्तीने , याबाबतीत करण्यात आलेल्या नियमानुसार , संगणक संचलन प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा अगोदरच उत्तीर्ण केली नसेल किंवा ती परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होण्यापासून तिला सूट मिळाली नसेल , तर तिला महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या माहिती व तंत्रज्ञान संचालनालयाने वेळोवेळी विहित केलेले संगणक संचलन प्रमाणपत्र विहित मुदतीत धारण करणे आवश्यक राहील . सदर परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होऊन त्याबाबतचे प्रमाणपत्र सादर करेपर्यंत ती वार्षिक वेतनवाढ व पदोन्नतीसाठी पात्र ठरणार नाही .

६. नियम ३ मध्ये उल्लेखिलेल्या पदांवर नियुक्त झालेल्या व्यक्तीने, महाराष्ट्र नागरी सेवा (लहान कुटुंबाचे प्रमाणपत्र) नियम , २००५ मधील तरतुदीनुसार व त्याबाबत शासनाने वेळोवेळी विहित केलेल्या नियमांनुसार , नियुक्तीच्या वेळी लहान कुटुंबाचे प्रमाणपत्र सादर करणे आवश्यक राहील , अन्यथा सदर व्यक्ती नियुक्तीसाठी पात्र ठरणार नाही .

७. नियम ३ मध्ये उल्लेखिलेल्या पदांवर नियुक्त झालेली व्यक्ती महाराष्ट्र राज्यात कोणत्याही ठिकाणी बदलीस पात्र असेल.

CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.

No.SEPRANI - 0714/C.R.159 /VAISEVA 4.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India and in supersession of all existing rules , orders or instruments made in this behalf, the Governor of Maharashtra is hereby pleased to make the following rules regulating the recruitment to the post of Anaesthesia Technician , Group-C (Technical ) in the Directorate of Medical Education and Research under the Medical Education and Drugs Department of the Government of Maharashtra , namely : -

1. These rules may be called the Anaesthesia Technician , Group - C ( Technical ) in the Directorate of Medical Education and Research ( Recruitment ) Rules , 2020 .

2. In these rules , unless the context requires otherwise , -

(a) " Certificate" means a certificate in Paramedical Technology (course of minimum one year duration ) awarded by a Statutory Council or Board or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto;

(b) "Degree " means a degree of a statutory university or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto ;

(c) "Diploma " means a diploma in Paramedical Technology ( course of minimum one year duration ) awarded by a Statutory Council or Board or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto ;

(d) " Directorate " means the Directorate of Medical Education and Research under the Medical Education and Drugs Department of the Government of Maharashtra;

(e) " Government " means the Government of Maharashtra .

3. Appointment to the post of Anaesthesia Technician , in the Directorate shall be made by nomination from amongst the persons , who , -

(i) are not less than nineteen years of age and not more than thirty - eight years of age :

Provided that , the upper age limit shall be relaxed upto five years in case of candidates belonging to Backward Class ;

(ii) possess a degree of Bachelor of Paramedical Technology in Anaesthesia or Bachelor of Science in Paramedical Technology in Anaesthesia ;

possess a degree of Bachelor of Science with Physics and Chemistry or Biology ; and a diploma or certificate in Anaesthesia :

Provided that , the preference shall be given to candidates having minimum one year experience as Anaesthesia Technician in Government recognised hospitals .

4. A person appointed to the post mentioned in rule 3 shall be required to pass examinations in Marathi and Hindi Languages according to the rules made in that behalf, unless he has already passed or has been exempted from passing those examinations . The person shall not be eligible for annual increment and for the promotion , until he passes those examinations and submit those said certificates .

5. A person appointed to the post mentioned in rule 3 , shall possess a Certificate in Computer Operation , as prescribed by the Directorate of Information Technology , Government of Maharashtra from time to time , within stipulated time period unless he has already passed or has been exempted from passing such examination . The person shall not be eligible for annual increment and for the promotion , until he passes the said examination and submit the said certificate .

6. A person appointed to the post , shall submit a Declaration of Small Family at the time of his appointment , as per the provision of the Maharashtra Civil Service ( Declaration of small family ) Rules , 2005 and directives thereof issued by the Government from time to time , otherwise the candidate is liable to be disqualified for the appointment .

7. A person appointed to the post mentioned in rule 3 , shall be liable to be transferred anywhere in the State of Maharashtra .

१. या नियमांना वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व संशोधन संचालनालयांतर्गत शस्त्रक्रियागार तंत्रज्ञ , गट- क ( तांत्रिक) (सेवाप्रवेश ) नियम , २०२० असे म्हणावे.

(ग) " पदविका " याचा अर्थ सांविधिक परिषद किंवा मंडळाने प्रदान केलेली परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञानातील पदविका ( किमान १ वर्ष अभ्यासक्रमाचा कालावधी ) किंवा शासनाने त्याच्याशी समतुल्य म्हणून घोषित केलेली अन्य कोणतीही अर्हता ;

(च) ' शासन ' याचा अर्थ महाराष्ट्र शासन असा आहे ;

(छ) " उच्च माध्यमिक प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा " याचा अर्थ महाराष्ट्र माध्यमिक व उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षण मंडळ अधिनियम, १९ ६५ ( १ ९ ६५ चा महाराष्ट्र अधिनियम क्र. ४१ ) अन्वये गठीत केलेल्या विभागीय मंडळाकडून घेण्यात येणारी उच्च माध्यमिक प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा असा आहे आणि त्यामध्ये शासनाने त्यास समतुल्य म्हणून घोषित केलेली इतर कोणतीही परीक्षा याचा समावेश होतो.

३. संचालनालयातील शस्त्रक्रियागार तंत्रज्ञ या पदावरील नियुक्ती एकतर ,-

( क) खालील उमेदवारांमधून ज्येष्ठता अधीन पात्रता या निकषावर सुयोग्य व्यक्तीच्या पदोन्नतीने , -

(एक) संचालनालयातील शस्त्रक्रियागार सहाय्यक हे पद किमान ५ वर्षापेक्षा कमी नाही इतक्या कालावधीकरिता नियमितपणे धारण करणाऱ्या ;

(दोन) उच्च माध्यमिक प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा भौतिकशास्त्र, रसायनशास्त्र, जीवशास्त्र व इंग्रजी विषयांसह उत्तीर्ण असणाऱ्या:

परंतु , शस्त्रक्रियागार सहायक या पदावरील नियुक्तीच्या वेळी किंवा नियुक्तीनंतर तीन वर्षांच्या कालावधीत जे उमेदवार उपरोल्लेखित परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण झाले असतील अशा उमेदवारांच्या बाबतीत ते ज्या दिनांकास तीन वर्षांची सलग सेवा पूर्ण करतील तो दिनांक ज्येष्ठतेचा मानीव दिनांक असेल :

(ख) खालील उमेदवारांमधून नामनिर्देशनाद्वारे-

(एक) ज्या उमेदवारांचे वय एकोणीस वर्षांपेक्षा कमी नसेल आणि अडतीस वर्षांपेक्षा जास्त नसेल :

४. नियम ३ मध्ये उल्लेखिलेल्या पदांवर पदोन्नती आणि नामनिर्देशनाने करावयाच्या नियुक्त्यांचे प्रमाण अनुक्रमे ५०:५० असे असेल.

५. नियम ३ मध्ये उल्लेखिलेल्या पदांवर नियुक्त झालेल्या व्यक्तीने, या बाबतीत करण्यात आलेल्या नियमानुसार , हिंदी व मराठी भाषा परीक्षा अगोदरच उत्तीर्ण केलेल्या नसतील किंवा त्या परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होण्यापासून तिला सूट मिळाली नसेल , तर तिला सदर परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करणे आवश्यक राहील . सदर परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होऊन त्याबाबतची प्रमाणपत्रे सादर करेपर्यंत ती वार्षिक वेतनवाढ व पदोन्नतीसाठी पात्र ठरणार नाही.

६. नियम ३ मध्ये उल्लेखिलेल्या पदांवर नियुक्त झालेल्या व्यक्तीने , या बाबतीत करण्यात आलेल्या नियमानुसार , संगणक संचलन प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा अगोदरच उत्तीर्ण केली नसेल किंवा ती परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होण्यापासून तिला सूट मिळाली नसेल , तर तिला महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या माहिती व तंत्रज्ञान संचालनालयाने वेळोवेळी विहित केलेले संगणक संचलन प्रमाणपत्र विहित मुदतीत धारण करणे आवश्यक राहील . सदर परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होऊन त्याबाबतचे प्रमाणपत्र सादर करेपर्यंत ती वार्षिक वेतनवाढ व पदोन्नतीसाठी पात्र ठरणार नाही .

७. नियम ३ मध्ये उल्लेखिलेल्या पदांवर नियुक्त झालेल्या व्यक्तीने , महाराष्ट्र नागरी सेवा (लहान कुटुंबाचे प्रमाणपत्र) नियम , २००५ मधील तरतुदीनुसार व त्याबाबत शासनाने वेळोवेळी विहित केलेल्या नियमांनुसार , नियुक्तीच्या वेळी लहान कुटुंबाचे प्रमाणपत्र सादर करणे आवश्यक राहील , अन्यथा सदर व्यक्ती नियुक्तीसाठी पात्र ठरणार नाही.

८. नियम ३ मध्ये उल्लेखिलेल्या पदांवर नियुक्त झालेली व्यक्ती महाराष्ट्र राज्यात कोणत्याही ठिकाणी बदलीस पात्र असेल.

1. These rules may be called the Operation Theatre Technician , Group - C ( Technical ) in the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (Recruitment ) Rules , 2020 .

2. In these rules , unless the context requires otherwise ,-

(a) " Certificate " means a certificate in Paramedical Technology (course of minimum one year duration) awarded by a Statutory Council or Board or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto ;

(b) "Degree" means a degree of a statutory university or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto;

(c) " Diploma " means a diploma in Paramedical Technology ( course of minimum one year duration ) awarded by a Statutory Council or Board or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto;

(d) "Directorate " means the Directorate of Medical Education and Research under the Medical Education and Drugs Department of the Government of Maharashtra;

(e) " Government " means the Government of Maharashtra ;

(f) "Higher Secondary Certificate Examination " means the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination conducted by a Divisional Board constituted under the Maharashtra Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board Act , 1965 ( Mah . XLI of 1965 ) and includes any other examination declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto .

3. Appointment to the post of Operation Theatre Technician in the Directorate shall be made either ,-

(a) by promotion of a suitable person on the basis of seniority subject to fitness from amongst persons , -

(i) holding the post of Operation Theatre Assistant in the Directorate , having not less than five years of regular service on that post ;

( ii) have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination with Physics , Chemistry , Biology and English :

Provided that , in case of employees who have passed the aforesaid examination , at the time of joining the post of Operation Theatre Assistant or within three years after joining the said post , the date on which they have completed three years of continue service shall be deemed to be the date of seniority :

Provided further that , if employee acquired the prescribed educational qualification after completing three years of service , the passing date shall be deemed to be the date of seniority;

(b) by nomination from amongst the persons , who ,-

(i) are not less than nineteen years of age and not more than thirty eight years of age :

Provided that , the upper age limit shall be relaxed upto five years in case of candidates belonging to Backward Class ;

( ii) possess a degree of Bachelor of Paramedical Technology in Operation Theatre or Bachelor of Science in Paramedical Technology in Operation Theatre ;

possess a degree of Bachelor of Science with Physics , and Chemistry or Biology ; and a diploma or certificate in Operation Theatre Technology :

Provided that , the preference shall be given to candidates having minimum one year experience as Operation Theatre Technician in Government recognised hospitals .

4. Appointment to the post mentioned in rule 3 shall be made by promotion and nomination in the ratio of 50:50 respectively .

5. A person appointed to the post mentioned in rule 3 shall be required to pass examinations in Marathi and Hindi Languages according to the rules made in that behalf, unless he has already passed or has been exempted from passing those examinations . The person shall not be eligible for annual increment and for the promotion , until he passes those examinations and submit those said certificates .

7. भारताचे संविधान .

क्रमांक सेप्रनि . ०७१४/प्र.क्र.१५ ९ /१४ /वैसेवा ४. भारतीय संविधानाच्या अनुच्छेद ३० ९ खालील परंतुकान्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या शक्तींचा वापर करून आणि या संदर्भात सध्या अस्तित्वात असलेले सर्व नियम, आदेश वा अनुदेश यांचे अधिक्रमण करून, महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल , याद्वारे , महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व औषधीद्रव्ये विभागाच्या नियंत्रणाखालील वैद्यकीय शिक्षण आणि संशोधन संचालनालयांतर्गत ऊतिरोगविज्ञान तंत्रज्ञ , गट- क ( तांत्रिक ) या पदावरील सेवाप्रवेशाचे विनियमन करण्यासाठी याद्वारे पुढील नियम करीत आहेत :-

१. या नियमांना वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व संशोधन संचालनालयांतर्गत ऊतिरोगविज्ञान तंत्रज्ञ , गट- क (तांत्रिक ) ( सेवाप्रवेश ) नियम , २०२० असे म्हणावे.

२. या नियमात संदर्भानुसार दुसरा अर्थ अभिप्रेत नसेल तर,-

(क) " प्रमाणपत्र " याचा अर्थ सांविधिक परिषद किंवा मंडळाने प्रदान केलेले परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञानातील प्रमाणपत्र ( किमान १ वर्ष अभ्यासक्रमाचा कालावधी) किंवा शासनाने त्याच्याशी समतुल्य म्हणून घोषित केलेली अन्य कोणतीही अर्हता ;

(ग) " पदविका " याचा अर्थ सांविधिक परिषद किंवा मंडळाने प्रदान केलेली परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञानातील पदविका ( किमान १ वर्ष अभ्यासक्रमाचा कालावधी ) किंवा शासनाने त्याच्याशी समतुल्य म्हणून घोषित केलेली अन्य कोणतीही अर्हता ;

(च) ' शासन ' याचा अर्थ महाराष्ट्र शासन असा आहे ;

(छ) " उच्च माध्यमिक प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा " याचा अर्थ महाराष्ट्र माध्यमिक व उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षण मंडळ अधिनियम, १९ ६५ ( १ ९ ६५ चा महाराष्ट्र अधिनियम क्र. ४१ ) अन्वये गठित केलेल्या विभागीय मंडळाकडून घेण्यात येणारी उच्च माध्यमिक प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा असा आहे आणि त्यामध्ये शासनाने त्यास समतुल्य म्हणून घोषित केलेली इतर कोणतीही परीक्षा याचा समावेश होतो .

३. संचालनालयातील ऊतिरोगविज्ञान तंत्रज्ञ या पदावरील नियुक्ती एकतर ,-

(क) खालील उमेदवारांमधून ज्येष्ठता अधिन पात्रता या निकषावर सुयोग्य व्यक्तीच्या पदोन्नतीने ,-

(एक) संचालनालयातील प्रयोगशाळा सहायक हे पद किमान ५ वर्षापेक्षा कमी नाही इतक्या कालावधीकरिता नियमितपणे धारण करणाऱ्या ;

(दोन) उच्च माध्यमिक प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा भौतिकशास्त्र , रसायनशास्त्र, जीवशास्त्र व इंग्रजी विषयांसह उत्तीर्ण असणाऱ्या:

परंतु , प्रयोगशाळा सहायक या पदावरील नियुक्तीच्या वेळी किंवा नियुक्तीनंतर तीन वर्षांच्या कालावधीत जे उमेदवार उपरोल्लेखित परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण झाले असतील अशा उमेदवारांच्या बाबतीत ते ज्या दिनांकास तीन वर्षांची सलग सेवा पूर्ण करतील तो दिनांक ज्येष्ठतेचा मानीव दिनांक असेल :

परंतु , असे की , जे उमेदवार विहित केलेली शैक्षणिक अर्हता तीन वर्षांच्या सेवा कालावधीनंतर धारण करतील अशा उमेदवारांच्या बाबतीत परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होण्याचा दिनांक हा ज्येष्ठतेचा मानीव दिनांक असेल ; किंवा ११ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-अ, डिसेंबर ३० , २०२०/ पौष ९ , शके १ ९ ४२ (ख) खालील उमेदवारांमधून नामनिर्देशनाद्वारे ,

परंतु , मागासवर्गीय उमेदवारांच्या बाबतीत उच्च वयोमर्यादा पाच वर्षांपर्यंत शिथिलक्षम असेल ;

(दोन) ज्यांनी परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञान ( ऊतिरोगविज्ञान ) ही पदवी अथवा विज्ञान शाखेतील परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञान ( ऊतिरोगविज्ञान ) ही पदवी धारण केली असेल ; किंवा

ज्यांनी भौतिकशास्त्र आणि रसायनशास्त्र किंवा जीवशास्त्र या विषयांसह विज्ञान शाखेतील पदवी आणि ऊतिरोगविज्ञान या विषयातील पदविका किंवा प्रमाणपत्र धारण केले असेल

परंतु , शासनमान्य रुग्णालयांमध्ये ' ऊतिरोगविज्ञान तंत्रज्ञ ' या पदावरील किमान एक वर्ष कालावधीचा अनुभव धारण करणाऱ्या उमेदवारांना प्राधान्य देण्यात येईल.

५ . नियम ३ मध्ये उल्लेखिलेल्या पदांवर नियुक्त झालेल्या व्यक्तीने , या बाबतीत करण्यात आलेल्या नियमानुसार, हिंदी व मराठी भाषा परीक्षा अगोदरच उत्तीर्ण केलेल्या नसतील किंवा त्या परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होण्यापासून तिला सूट मिळाली नसेल , तर तिला सदर परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करणे आवश्यक राहील . सदर परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होऊन त्याबाबतची प्रमाणपत्रे सादर करेपर्यंत ती वार्षिक वेतनवाढ व पदोन्नतीसाठी पात्र ठरणार नाही.

७. नियम ३ मध्ये उल्लेखिलेल्या पदांवर नियुक्त झालेल्या व्यक्तीने, महाराष्ट्र नागरी सेवा (लहान कुटुंबाचे प्रमाणपत्र ) नियम , २००५ मधील तरतुदीनुसार व त्याबाबत शासनाने वेळोवेळी विहित केलेल्या नियमांनुसार, नियुक्तीच्या वेळी लहान कुटुंबाचे प्रमाणपत्र सादर करणे आवश्यक राहील , अन्यथा सदर व्यक्ती नियुक्तीसाठी पात्र ठरणार नाही.

CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.

No. SEPRANI . 0714/C.R.159 /VAISEVA 4.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India and in supersession of all existing rules , orders or instruments made in this behalf, the Governor of Maharashtra is hereby pleased to make the following rules regulating the recruitment to the post of Histopathology Technician , Group - C (Technical ) in the Directorate of Medical Education and Research under the Medical Education and Drugs Department of the Government of Maharashtra, namely : -

1. These rules may be called the Histopathology Technician , Group -C ( Technical ) in the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (Recruitment) Rules , 2020 .

2. In these rules , unless the context requires otherwise , -

(a) " Certificate " means a certificate in Paramedical Technology (course of minimum one year duration ) awarded by a Statutory Council or Board or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto ;

(b) "Degree" means a degree of a statutory university or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto;

(c) " Diploma " means a diploma in Paramedical Technology ( course of minimum one year duration ) awarded by a Statutory Council or Board or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto;

(d) "Directorate " means the Directorate of Medical Education and Research under the Medical Education and Drugs Department of the Government of Maharashtra;

(e) " Government " means the Government of Maharashtra ;

3. Appointment to the post of Histopathology Technician in the Directorate shall be made either ,-

(a) by promotion of a suitable person on the basis of seniority subject to fitness from amongst persons ,-

(i) holding the post of Laboratory Assistant in the Directorate , having not less than five years of regular service on that post :

(ii) have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination with Physics , Chemistry, Biology and English :

Provided that , in case of employees who have passed the aforesaid examination , at the time of joining the post of Laboratory Assistant or within three years after joining the said post , the date on which they have completed three years of continue service shall be deemed to be the date of seniority :

Provided further that , if employee acquired the prescribed educational qualification after completing three years of service , the passing date shall be deemed to be the date of seniority;

(b) by nomination from amongst the persons , who ,-

(i) are not less than nineteen years of age and not more than thirty eight years of age:

Provided that , the upper age limit shall be relaxed upto five years in case of candidates belonging to Backward Class ;

(ii) possess a degree of Bachelor of Paramedical Technology in Histopathology or Bachelor of Science in Paramedical Technology in Histopathology;

possess a degree of Bachelor of Science with Physics , and Chemistry or Biology ; and a diploma or certificate in Histopathology :

Provided that , the preference shall be given to candidates having minimum one year experience as Histopathology Technician in Government recognised hospitals .

4. Appointment to the post mentioned in rule 3 shall be made by promotion and nomination in the ratio of 50:50 respectively.

increment and for the promotion , until he passes the said examination and submit the said certificate .

7. A person appointed to the post , shall submit a Declaration of Small Family at the time of his appointment , as per the provision of the Maharashtra Civil Service (Declaration of small family) Rules , 2005 and directives thereof issued by the Government from time to time , otherwise the candidate is liable to be disqualified for the appointment .

8. A person appointed to the post mentioned in rule 3 , shall be liable to be transferred anywhere in the State of Maharashtra.

(क) " प्रमाणपत्र " याचा अर्थ सांविधिक परिषद किंवा मंडळाने प्रदान केलेले परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञानातील प्रमाणपत्र ( किमान १ वर्ष अभ्यासक्रमाचा कालावधी) किंवा शासनाने त्याच्याशी समतुल्य म्हणून घोषित केलेली अन्य कोणतीही अर्हता ;

(ग) " पदविका " याचा अर्थ सांविधिक परिषद किंवा मंडळाने प्रदान केलेली परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञानातील पदविका ( किमान १ वर्ष अभ्यासक्रमाचा कालावधी ) किंवा शासनाने त्याच्याशी समतुल्य म्हणून घोषित केलेली अन्य कोणतीही अर्हता ;

(च) " शासन " याचा अर्थ महाराष्ट्र शासन असा आहे ;

(छ) " माध्यमिक शालांत प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा " याचा अर्थ महाराष्ट्र माध्यमिक व उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षण मंडळ अधिनियम , १९ ६५ (१ ९ ६५ चा महाराष्ट्र अधिनियम क्र . ४१ ) अन्वये गठीत केलेल्या विभागीय मंडळाकडून घेण्यात येणारी माध्यमिक शालांत प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा असा आहे आणि त्यामध्ये शासनाने त्यास समतुल्य म्हणून घोषित केलेली इतर कोणतीही परीक्षा याचा समावेश होतो .

३. संचालनालयातील क्ष- किरण सहायक किंवा अंधारखोली सहायक , या पदावरील नियुक्ती एकतर ,-

(क) खालील उमेदवारांमधून ज्येष्ठता अधीन पात्रता या निकषावर सुयोग्य व्यक्तीच्या पदोन्नतीने, -

(एक) गट-ड मधील पद धारण करणाऱ्या आणि संचालनालयातील किरणोत्सार विभागात काम करण्याचा किमान तीन वर्षापेक्षा कमी नाही इतक्या कालावधीचा अनुभव धारण करणाऱ्या ;

(दोन) माध्यमिक शालांत प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा विज्ञान व इंग्रजी विषयांसह उत्तीर्ण असणाऱ्या:

परंतु , गट -ड मधील पदावरील नियुक्तीच्या वेळी किंवा नियुक्तीनंतर तीन वर्षांच्या कालावधीत जे उमेदवार उपरोल्लेखित परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण झाले असतील अशा उमेदवारांच्या बाबतीत ते ज्या दिनांकास तीन वर्षांची सलग सेवा पूर्ण करतील तो दिनांक ज्येष्ठतेचा मानीव दिनांक असेल :

(ख) खालील उमेदवारांमधून नामनिर्देशनाद्वारे -

ज्यांनी भौतिकशास्त्र आणि रसायनशास्त्र किंवा जीवशास्त्र या विषयांसह विज्ञान शाखेतील पदवी आणि किरणोत्सार या विषयातील पदविका किंवा प्रमाणपत्र धारण केले असेलः

परंतु , शासनमान्य रुग्णालयांमध्ये क्ष- किरण सहायक किंवा अंधारखोली सहायक या पदावरील किमान एक वर्ष कालावधीचा अनुभव धारण करणाऱ्या उमेदवारांना प्राधान्य देण्यात येईल .

५. नियम ३ मध्ये उल्लेखिलेल्या पदांवर नियुक्त झालेल्या व्यक्तीने , या बाबतीत करण्यात आलेल्या नियमानुसार , हिंदी व मराठी भाषा परीक्षा अगोदरच उत्तीर्ण केलेल्या नसतील किंवा त्या परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होण्यापासून तिला सूट मिळाली नसेल , तर तिला सदर परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करणे आवश्यक राहील . सदर परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होऊन त्याबाबतची प्रमाणपत्रे सादर करेपर्यंत ती वार्षिक वेतनवाढ व पदोन्नतीसाठी पात्र ठरणार नाही.

७. नियम ३ मध्ये उल्लेखिलेल्या पदांवर नियुक्त झालेल्या व्यक्तीने , महाराष्ट्र नागरी सेवा ( लहान कुटुंबाचे प्रमाणपत्र ) नियम, २००५ मधील तरतुदीनुसार व त्याबाबत शासनाने वेळोवेळी विहित केलेल्या नियमांनुसार , नियुक्तीच्या वेळी लहान कुटुंबाचे प्रमाणपत्र सादर करणे आवश्यक राहील, अन्यथा सदर व्यक्ती नियुक्तीसाठी पात्र ठरणार नाही.

CONSTITUTION OF INDIA .

No. SEPRANI - 0714/C.R.159 /VAISEVA 4.-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India and in supersession of all existing rules , orders or instruments made in this behalf, the Governor of Maharashtra is hereby pleased to make the following rules regulating the recruitment to the post of X - Ray Assistant or Dark Room Assistant , Group - C (Technical ) in the Directorate of Medical Education and Research under the Medical Education and Drugs Department of the Government of Maharashtra , namely: -

1. These rules may be called the X - Ray Assistant or Dark Room Assistant , Group-C (Technical ) in the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (Recruitment ) Rules , 2020 .

2. In these rules , unless the context requires otherwise ,-

(a) " Certificate " means a certificate in Paramedical Technology (course of minimum one year duration ) awarded by a Statutory Council or Board or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto ;

(b) "Degree" means a degree of a statutory university or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto ;

(c) " Diploma " means a diploma in Paramedical Technology ( course of minimum one year duration ) awarded by a Statutory Council or Board or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto ;

(d) "Directorate " means the Directorate of Medical Education and Research under the Medical Education and Drugs Department of the Government of Maharashtra ;

(e) " Government " means the Government of Maharashtra ;

(f) Secondary School Certificate Examination " means the Secondary School Certificate Examination conducted by a Divisional Board constituted under the Maharashtra Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board Act , 1965 ( Mah . XLI of 1965 ) and includes any other examination declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto.

3. Appointment to the post of X - Ray Assistant or Dark Room Assistant , in the Directorate shall be made either ,-

(a) by promotion of a suitable person on the basis of seniority subject to fitness from amongst persons ,-

(i) holding the post in Group - D , having not less than three years of experience of working in the Radiology Department in the Directorate ;

Provided that , in case of employees who have passed the aforesaid examination , at the time of joining the post in Group - D or within three years after joining the said post , the date on which they have completed three years of continue service shall be deemed to be the date of seniority :

Provided further that , if employee acquired the prescribed educational qualification after completing three years of service , the passing date shall be deemed to be the date ofseniority;

(b) by nomination from amongst the persons , who , -

(i) are not less than nineteen years of age and not more than thirty eight years of age :

Provided that , the upper age limit shall be relaxed upto five years in case of candidates belonging to Backward Class ;

(ii) possess a degree of Bachelor of Paramedical Technology in Radiography or Bachelor of Science in Paramedical Technology in Radiography ;

possess a degree of Bachelor of Science with Physics , and Chemistry or Biology ; and a diploma or certificate in Radiography :

Provided that , the preference shall be given to candidates having minimum one year experience as X - Ray Assistant or Dark Room Assistant in Government recognised hospitals.

4. Appointment to the post mentioned in rule 3 shall be made by promotion and nomination in the ratio of 50:50 respectively .

7. A person appointed to the post , shall submit a Declaration of Small Family at the time of his appointment , as per the provision of the Maharashtra Civil Service ( Declaration of small family) Rules , 2005 and directives thereof issued by the Government from time to time , otherwise the candidate is liable to be disqualified for the appointment .

8. A person appointed to the post mentioned in rule 3 , shall be liable to be transferred anywhere in the State of Maharashtra .

क्रमांक सेप्रनि-०७१४/प्र.क्र.१५ ९/१४/वैसेवा४. भारतीय संविधानाच्या अनुच्छेद ३० ९ खालील परंतुकान्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या शक्तींचा वापर करून आणि यासंदर्भात सध्या अस्तित्त्वात असलेले सर्व नियम , आदेश वा अनुदेश यांचे अधिक्रमण करून , महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल , याद्वारे , महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व औषधीद्रव्ये विभागाच्या नियंत्रणाखालील वैद्यकीय शिक्षण आणि संशोधन संचालनालयांतर्गत रक्तपेढी तंत्रज्ञ , गट- क ( तांत्रिक) या पदावरील सेवाप्रवेशाचे विनियमन करण्यासाठी याद्वारे पुढील नियम करीत आहेत:-

१.या नियमांना वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व संशोधन संचालनालयांतर्गत रक्तपेढी तंत्रज्ञ , गट-क (तांत्रिक ) (सेवाप्रवेश ) नियम , २०२० असे म्हणावे.

२. या नियमात संदर्भानुसार दुसरा अर्थ अभिप्रेत नसेल तर ,-

(क) " प्रमाणपत्र " याचा अर्थ सांविधिक परिषद किंवा मंडळाने प्रदान केलेले परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञानातील प्रमाणपत्र ( किमान १ वर्ष अभ्यासक्रमाचा कालावधी) किंवा शासनाने त्याच्याशी समतुल्य म्हणून घोषित केलेली अन्य कोणतीही अर्हता ;

(ग) " पदविका " याचा अर्थ सांविधिक परिषद किंवा मंडळाने प्रदान केलेली परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञानातील पदविका ( किमान १ वर्ष अभ्यासक्रमाचा कालावधी ) किंवा शासनाने त्याच्याशी समतुल्य म्हणून घोषित केलेली अन्य कोणतीही अर्हता ;

(च) ' शासन ' याचा अर्थ महाराष्ट्र शासन असा आहे ;

(छ) " उच्च माध्यमिक प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा " याचा अर्थ महाराष्ट्र माध्यमिक व उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षण मंडळ अधिनियम, १ ९ ६५ (१ ९ ६५ चा महाराष्ट्र अधिनियम क्र. ४१ ) अन्वये गठीत केलेल्या विभागीय मंडळाकडून घेण्यात येणारी उच्च माध्यमिक प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा असा आहे आणि त्यामध्ये शासनाने त्यास समतुल्य म्हणून घोषित केलेली इतर कोणतीही परीक्षा याचा समावेश होतो .

३. संचालनालयातील रक्तपेढी तंत्रज्ञ या पदावरील नियुक्ती एकतर ,-

(एक) संचालनालयातील प्रयोगशाळा सहायक हे पद किमान ५ वर्षांपेक्षा कमी नाही इतक्या कालावधीकरिता नियमितपणे धारण करणाऱ्या ;

(दोन) उच्च माध्यमिक प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा भौतिकशास्त्र , रसायनशास्त्र, जीवशास्त्र व इंग्रजी विषयांसह उत्तीर्ण असणाऱ्या:

ज्यांनी भौतिकशास्त्र आणि रसायनशास्त्र किंवा जीवशास्त्र या विषयांसह विज्ञान शाखेतील पदवी आणि रक्त संक्रमण किंवा रक्तपेढी तंत्रज्ञान किंवा वैद्यकीय प्रयोगशाळा तंत्रज्ञान या विषयातील पदविका किंवा प्रमाणपत्र धारण केले असेलः परंतु , शासनमान्य रुग्णालयांमध्ये रक्तपेढी तंत्रज्ञ या पदावरील किमान एक वर्ष कालावधीचा अनुभव धारण करणाऱ्या उमेदवारांना प्राधान्य देण्यात येईल .

६. नियम ३ मध्ये उल्लेखिलेल्या पदांवर नियुक्त झालेल्या व्यक्तीने , याबाबतीत करण्यात आलेल्या नियमानुसार , संगणक संचलन प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा अगोदरच उत्तीर्ण केली नसेल किंवा ती परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होण्यापासून तिला सूट मिळाली नसेल , तर तिला महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या माहिती व तंत्रज्ञान संचालनालयाने वेळोवेळी विहित केलेले संगणक संचलन प्रमाणपत्र विहित मुदतीत धारण करणे आवश्यक राहील . सदर परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होऊन त्याबाबतचे प्रमाणपत्र सादर करेपर्यंत ती वार्षिक वेतनवाढ व पदोन्नतीसाठी पात्र ठरणार नाही .

७. नियम ३ मध्ये उल्लेखिलेल्या पदांवर नियुक्त झालेल्या व्यक्तीने , महाराष्ट्र नागरी सेवा (लहान कुटुंबाचे प्रमाणपत्र) नियम , २००५ मधील तरतुदीनुसार व त्याबाबत शासनाने वेळोवेळी विहित केलेल्या नियमांनुसार, नियुक्तीच्या वेळी लहान कुटुंबाचे प्रमाणपत्र सादर करणे आवश्यक राहील , अन्यथा सदर व्यक्ती नियुक्तीसाठी पात्र ठरणार नाही.

1. These rules may be called the Blood Bank Technician , Group- C ( Technical ) in the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (Recruitment) Rules , 2020 .

2. In these rules , unless the context requires otherwise , -

(a) " Certificate " means a certificate in Paramedical Technology (course of minimum one year duration ) awarded by a Statutory Council or Board or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto ;

(b) "Degree" means a degree of a statutory university or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto;

(c) " Diploma " means a diploma in Paramedical Technology ( course of minimum one year duration ) awarded by a Statutory Council or Board or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto;

(i) holding the post of Laboratory Assistant in the Directorate , having not less than five years of regular service on that post :

Provided that , the person holding the post of Laboratory Assistant shall possess minimum one year of experience of working in Blood Bank of the Directorate ;

(ii) have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination with Physics , Chemistry, Biology and English

Provided further that , if employee acquired the prescribed educational qualification after completing three years of service , the passing date shall be deemed to be the date of seniority;

(b) by nomination from amongst the persons , who ,-

(i) are not less than nineteen years of age and not more than thirty- eight years of age :

Provided that , the upper age limit shall be relaxed upto five years in case of candidates belonging to Backward Class ;

(ii) possess a degree of Bachelor of Paramedical Technology in Blood Transfusion or Bachelor of Science in Paramedical Technology in Blood Transfusion ;

possess a degree of Bachelor of Science with Physics , and Chemistry or Biology ; and a diploma or certificate in Blood Transfusion or Blood Bank Technology or Medical Laboratory Technology :

Provided that , the preference shall be given to candidates having minimum one year experience as Blood Bank Technician in Government recognised hospitals .

4. Appointment to the post mentioned in rule 3 shall be made by promotion and nomination in the ratio of 50:50 respectively.

6. A person appointed to the post mentioned in rule 3 , shall possess a Certificate in Computer Operation , as prescribed by the Directorate of Information Technology , Government of Maharashtra from time to time , within stipulated time period unless he has already passed or has been exempted from passing such examination . ३. संचालनालयातील इलेक्ट्रोकार्डिओग्राफी ( ईसीजी ) तंत्रज्ञ , या पदावरील नियुक्ती खालील उमेदवारांमधून नामनिर्देशनाद्वारे करता येईल,-

परंतु , मागासवर्गीय उमेदवारांच्या बाबतीत उच्च वयोमर्यादा पाच वर्षांपर्यंत शिथिलक्षम असेल;

(दोन) ज्यांनी परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञान ( हृदयचिकित्सा ) ही पदवी अथवा विज्ञान शाखेतील परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञान ( हृदयचिकित्सा) ही पदवी धारण केली असेल ; किंवा

ज्यांनी भौतिकशास्त्र आणि रसायनशास्त्र किंवा जीवशास्त्र या विषयांसह विज्ञान शाखेतील पदवी आणि हृदयचिकित्सा या विषयातील पदविका किंवा प्रमाणपत्र धारण केले असेलः

परंतु , शासनमान्य रुग्णालयांमध्ये इलेक्ट्रोकार्डिओग्राफी (ईसीजी ) तंत्रज्ञ , या पदावरील किमान एक वर्ष कालावधीचा अनुभव धारण करणाऱ्या उमेदवारांना प्राधान्य देण्यात येईल.

४. नियम ३ मध्ये उल्लेखिलेल्या पदांवर नियुक्त झालेल्या व्यक्तीने , या बाबतीत करण्यात आलेल्या नियमानुसार, हिंदी व मराठी भाषा परीक्षा अगोदरच उत्तीर्ण केलेल्या नसतील किंवा त्या परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होण्यापासून तिला सूट मिळाली नसेल , तर तिला सदर परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करणे आवश्यक राहील . सदर परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होऊन त्याबाबतची प्रमाणपत्रे सादर करेपर्यंत ती वार्षिक वेतनवाढ व पदोन्नतीसाठी पात्र ठरणार नाही.

CONSTITUTION OF INDIA .

No. SEPRANI - 0714/C.R.159 /VAISEVA 4.-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India and in supersession of all existing rules , orders or instruments made in this behalf, the Governor of Maharashtra is hereby pleased to make the following rules regulating the recruitment to the post of Electrocardiography ( ECG ) Technician , Group - C ( Technical) in the Directorate of Medical Education and Research under the Medical Education and Drugs Department of the Government of Maharashtra , namely: -

1. These rules may be called the Electrocardiography ( ECG ) Technician , Group - C ( Technical ) in the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (Recruitment ) Rules , 2020 .

2. In these rules , unless the context requires otherwise , -

(a) " Certificate " means a certificate in Paramedical Technology (course of minimum one year duration) awarded by a Statutory Council or Board or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto ;

(b) "Degree" means a degree of a statutory university or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto;

(c) " Diploma " means a diploma in Paramedical Technology ( course of minimum one year duration ) awarded by a Statutory Council or Board or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto;

(d) " Directorate " means the Directorate of Medical Education and Research under the Medical Education and Drugs Department of the Government of Maharashtra;

(e) "Government " means the Government of Maharashtra .

3. Appointment to the post of Electrocardiography ( ECG) Technician in the Directorate shall be made by nomination from amongst the persons , who , -

(i) are not less than nineteen years of age and not more than thirty eight years of age :

Provided that , the upper age limit shall be relaxed upto five years in case of candidates belonging to Backward Class ;

(ii) possess a degree of Bachelor of Paramedical Technology in Cardiology or Bachelor of Science in Paramedical Technology in Cardiology ; or

possess a degree of Bachelor of Science with Physics , and Chemistry or Biology ; and a diploma or certificate in Cardiology :

Provided that , the preference shall be given to candidates having minimum one year experience as Electrocardiography ( ECG ) Technician in Government recognised hospitals .

A person appointed to the post mentioned in rule 3 shall be required to pass examinations in Marathi and Hindi Languages according to the rules made in that behalf, unless he has already passed or has been exempted from passing those examinations . The person shall not be eligible for annual increment and for the promotion , until he passes those examinations and submit those said certificates .

5. A person appointed to the post mentioned in rule 3 , shall possess a Certificate in Computer Operation , as prescribed by the Directorate of Information Technology , Government of Maharashtra from time to time , within stipulated time period unless he has already passed or has been exempted from passing such examination . The person shall not be eligible for annual increment and for the promotion, until he passes the said examination and submit the said certificate .

6. A person appointed to the post , shall submit a Declaration of Small Family at the time of his appointment , as per the provision of the Maharashtra Civil Service (Declaration of small family ) Rules , 2005 and directives thereof issued by the Government from time to time , otherwise the candidate is liable to be disqualified for the appointment .

7. A person appointed to the post mentioned in rule 3 , shall be liable to be transferred anywhere in the State of Maharashtra .

क्रमांक सेप्रनि. ०७१४/प्र.क्र.१५ ९/१४ /वैसेवा-४. भारतीय संविधानाच्या अनुच्छेद ३० ९ खालील परंतुकान्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या शक्तींचा वापर करून आणि या संदर्भात सध्या अस्तित्वात असलेले सर्व नियम , आदेश वा अनुदेश यांचे अधिक्रमण करून, महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल, याद्वारे , महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व औषधी द्रव्ये विभागाच्या नियंत्रणाखालील वैद्यकीय शिक्षण आणि संशोधन संचालनालयांतर्गत इलेक्ट्रोएनसेफेलोग्राफी ( ईईजी) तंत्रज्ञ , गट- क (तांत्रिक ) या पदावरील सेवाप्रवेशाचे विनियमन करण्यासाठी याद्वारे पुढील नियम करीत आहेत : -

१. या नियमांना वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व संशोधन संचालनालयांतर्गत इलेक्ट्रोएनसेफेलोग्राफी (ईईजी ) तंत्रज्ञ , गट- क ( तांत्रिक) (सेवाप्रवेश ) नियम, २०२० असे म्हणावे .

२. या नियमात संदर्भानुसार दुसरा अर्थ अभिप्रेत नसेल तर ,-

(क) " प्रमाणपत्र " याचा अर्थ सांविधिक परिषद किंवा मंडळाने प्रदान केलेले परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञानातील प्रमाणपत्र ( किमान १ वर्ष अभ्यासक्रमाचा कालावधी) किंवा शासनाने त्याच्याशी समतुल्य म्हणून घोषित केलेली अन्य कोणतीही अर्हता ;

(ग) " पदविका " याचा अर्थ सांविधिक परिषद किंवा मंडळाने प्रदान केलेली परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञानातील पदविका (किमान १ वर्ष अभ्यासक्रमाचा कालावधी ) किंवा शासनाने त्याच्याशी समतुल्य म्हणून घोषित केलेली अन्य कोणतीही अर्हता ;

( घ) " संचालनालय " याचा अर्थ महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व औषधीद्रव्ये विभागाच्या नियंत्रणाखालील वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व संशोधन संचालनालय असा आहे ;

(च) ' शासन ' याचा अर्थ महाराष्ट्र शासन असा आहे ;

३. संचालनालयातील इलेक्ट्रोएनसेफेलोग्राफी (ईईजी ) तंत्रज्ञ , या पदावरील नियुक्ती खालील उमेदवारांमधून नामनिर्देशनाद्वारे करता येईल,-

परंतु , मागासवर्गीय उमेदवारांच्या बाबतीत उच्च वयोमर्यादा पाच वर्षांपर्यंत शिथिलक्षम असेल

(दोन) ज्यांनी परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञान ( मज्जातंतुशास्त्र) ही पदवी अथवा विज्ञान शाखेतील परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञान ( मज्जातंतुशास्त्र ) ही पदवी धारण केली असेल ; किंवा

ज्यांनी भौतिकशास्त्र आणि रसायनशास्त्र किंवा जीवशास्त्र या विषयांसह विज्ञान शाखेतील पदवी ; आणि इलेक्ट्रोएनसेफेलोग्राफी ( ईईजी ) किंवा मज्जातंतुशास्त्र या विषयातील पदविका किंवा प्रमाणपत्र धारण केले असेल:

A person appointed to the post mentioned in rule 3 , shall possess a Certificate in Computer Operation , as prescribed by the Directorate of Information Technology , Government of Maharashtra from time to time , within stipulated time period unless he has already passed or has been exempted from passing such examination . The person shall not be eligible for annual increment and for the promotion, until he passes the said examination and submit the said certificate .

6. A person appointed to the post , shall submit a Declaration of Small Family at the time of his appointment , as per the provision of the Maharashtra Civil Service ( Declaration of small family) Rules , 2005 and directives thereof issued by the Government from time to time , otherwise the candidate is liable to be disqualified for the appointment .

7. A person appointed to the post mentioned in rule 3 , shall be liable to be transferred anywhere in the State of Maharashtra

क्रमांक सेप्रनि-०७१४/प्र.क्र.१५९ /१४ /वैसेवा४. भारतीय संविधानाच्या अनुच्छेद ३० ९ खालील परंतुकान्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या शक्तींचा वापर करून आणि या संदर्भात सध्या अस्तित्वात असलेले सर्व नियम , आदेश वा अनुदेश यांचे अधिक्रमण करून, महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल, याद्वारे , महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व औषधी द्रव्ये विभागाच्या नियंत्रणाखालील वैद्यकीय शिक्षण आणि संशोधन संचालनालयांतर्गत द्रवनिवेशन तंत्रज्ञ , गट- क ( तांत्रिक ) या पदावरील सेवाप्रवेशाचे विनियमन करण्यासाठी याद्वारे पुढील नियम करीत आहेत:-

म्हणावे. १. या नियमांना वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व संशोधन संचालनालयांतर्ग द्रवनिवेशन तंत्रज्ञ , गट- क ( तांत्रिक ) (सेवाप्रवेश ) नियम , २०२० असे २. या नियमात संदर्भानुसार दुसरा अर्थ अभिप्रेत नसेल तर , -

(क) " प्रमाणपत्र " याचा अर्थ सांविधिक परिषद किंवा मंडळाने प्रदान केलेले परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञानातील प्रमाणपत्र ( किमान १ वर्ष अभ्यासक्रमाचा कालावधी) किंवा शासनाने त्याच्याशी समतुल्य म्हणून घोषित केलेली अन्य कोणतीही अर्हता ;

(ग) " पदविका " याचा अर्थ सांविधिक परिषद किंवा मंडळाने प्रदान केलेली परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञानातील पदविका ( किमान १ वर्ष अभ्यासक्रमाचा कालावधी ) किंवा शासनाने त्याच्याशी समतुल्य म्हणून घोषित केलेली अन्य कोणतीही अर्हता ;

( घ) " संचालनालय " याचा अर्थ महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व औषधीद्रव्ये विभागाच्या नियंत्रणाखालील वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व संशोधन संचालनालय असा आहे ;

(च) " शासन " याचा अर्थ महाराष्ट्र शासन असा आहे ;

३. संचालनालयातील द्रवनिवेशन तंत्रज्ञ , या पदावरील नियुक्ती खालील उमेदवारांमधून नामनिर्देशनाद्वारे करता येईल,- (एक) ज्या उमेदवारांचे वय एकोणीस वर्षांपेक्षा कमी नसेल आणि अडतीस वर्षांपेक्षा जास्त नसेल :

(दोन) ज्यांनी परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञान ( द्रवनिवेशन ) ही पदवी अथवा विज्ञान शाखेतील परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञान ( द्रवनिवेशन ) ही पदवी धारण केली असेल ; किंवा

ज्यांनी भौतिकशास्त्र आणि रसायनशास्त्र किंवा जीवशास्त्र या विषयांसह विज्ञान शाखेतील पदवी आणि द्रवनिवेशन या विषयातील पदविका किंवा प्रमाणपत्र धारण केले असेल:

परंतु , शासनमान्य रुग्णालयांमध्ये द्रवनिवेशन तंत्रज्ञ या पदावरील किमान एक वर्ष कालावधीचा अनुभव धारण करणाऱ्या उमेदवारांना प्राधान्य देण्यात येईल.

५. नियम ३ मध्ये उल्लेखिलेल्या पदांवर नियुक्त झालेल्या व्यक्तीने , या बाबतीत करण्यात आलेल्या नियमानुसार , संगणक संचलन प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा अगोदरच उत्तीर्ण केली नसेल किंवा ती परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होण्यापासून तिला सूट मिळाली नसेल , तर तिला महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या ४३ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-अ, डिसेंबर ३० , २०२०/ पौष ९ , शके १ ९ ४२ माहिती व तंत्रज्ञान संचालनालयाने वेळोवेळी विहित केलेले संगणक संचलन प्रमाणपत्र विहित मुदतीत धारण करणे आवश्यक राहील . सदर परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होऊन त्याबाबतचे प्रमाणपत्र सादर करेपर्यंत ती वार्षिक वेतनवाढ व पदोन्नतीसाठी पात्र ठरणार नाही.

६. नियम ३ मध्ये उल्लेखिलेल्या पदांवर नियुक्त झालेल्या व्यक्तीने , महाराष्ट्र नागरी सेवा ( लहान कुटुंबाचे प्रमाणपत्र ) नियम , २००५ मधील तरतुदीनुसार व त्याबाबत शासनाने वेळोवेळी विहित केलेल्या नियमांनुसार , नियुक्तीच्या वेळी लहान कुटुंबाचे प्रमाणपत्र सादर करणे आवश्यक राहील , अन्यथा सदर व्यक्ती नियुक्तीसाठी पात्र ठरणार नाही.

No. SEPRANI - 0714/C.R.159 /VAISEVA 4.-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India and in supersession of all existing rules , orders or instruments made in this behalf, the Governor of Maharashtra is hereby pleased to make the following rules regulating the recruitment to the post of Perfusionist , Group - C ( Technical ) in the Directorate of Medical Education and Research under the Medical Education and Drugs Department of the Government of Maharashtra , namely : -

1. These rules may be called the Perfusionist , Group - C ( Technical ) in the Directorate of Medical Education and Research ( Recruitment) Rules , 2020 .

2. In these rules , unless the context requires otherwise ,-

( a) " Certificate " means a certificate in Paramedical Technology ( course of minimum one year duration ) awarded by a Statutory Council or Board or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto ;

(b) " Degree " means a degree of a Statutory University or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto ;

(c) " Diploma " means a diploma in Paramedical Technology ( course of minimum one year duration ) awarded by a Statutory Council or Board or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto ;

(d) " Directorate " means the Directorate of Medical Education and Research under the Medical Education and Drugs Department of the Government of Maharashtra ;

(e) "Government " means the Government of Maharashtra ;

3. Appointment to the post of Perfusionist , in the Directorate shall be made by nomination from amongst the persons , who , -

(i) are not less than nineteen years of age and not more than thirty eight years of age :

Provided that , the upper age limit shall be relaxed upto five years in case of candidates belonging to Backward Class ;

( ii) possess a degree of Bachelor of Paramedical Technology in Perfusion , or Bachelor of Science in Paramedical Technology in Perfusion ;

possess a degree of Bachelor of Science with Physics and Chemistry or Biology ; and a diploma or certificate in Perfusion :

३. संचालनालयातील पटलेप तंत्रज्ञ , या पदावरील नियुक्ती खालील उमेदवारांमधून नामनिर्देशनाद्वारे करता येईल,

( दोन) ज्यांनी परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञान ( पटलेप ) ही पदवी अथवा विज्ञान शाखेतील परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञान ( पटलेप ) ही पदवी धारण केली असेल ; किंवा

ज्यांनी भौतिकशास्त्र आणि रसायनशास्त्र किंवा जीवशास्त्र या विषयांसह विज्ञान शाखेतील पदवी आणि पटलेप किंवा अस्थिव्यंगोपचार या विषयातील पदविका किंवा प्रमाणपत्र धारण केले असेलः

परंतु, शासनमान्य रुग्णालयांमध्ये पटलेप तंत्रज्ञ या पदावरील किमान एक वर्ष कालावधीचा अनुभव धारण करणाऱ्या उमेदवारांना प्राधान्य देण्यात येईल.

The person shall not be eligible for annual increment and for the promotion , until he passes those examinations and submit those said certificates .

5. (a) " Certificate " means a certificate in Paramedical Technology (course of minimum one year duration) awarded by a Statutory Council or Board or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto ;

(b) "Degree" means a degree of a statutory university or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto ;

(d) " Directorate " means the Directorate of Medical Education and Research under the Medical Education and Drugs Department of the Government of Maharashtra ;

(e) " Government " means the Government of Maharashtra .

3. Appointment to the post of Radiotherapy Technician , in the Directorate shall be made by nomination from amongst the persons , who ,-

(i) are not less than nineteen years of age and not more than thirty eight years of age :

Provided that , the upper age limit shall be relaxed upto five years in case of candidates belonging to Backward Class ;

( ii) possess a degree of Bachelor of Paramedical Technology in Radiotherapy or Bachelor of Science in Paramedical Technology in Radiotherapy ;

possess a degree of Bachelor of Science with Physics , and Chemistry or Biology; and a diploma or certificate in Radiotherapy :

5. A person appointed to the post mentioned in rule 3 , shall possess a Certificate in Computer Operation , as prescribed by the Directorate of Information Technology , Government of Maharashtra from time to time , within stipulated time period unless he has already passed or has been exempted from passing such examination . The person shall not be eligible for annual increment and for the promotion, until he passes the said examination and submit the said certificate .

6. A person appointed to the post , shall submit a Declaration of Small Family at the time of his appointment , as per the provision of the Maharashtra Civil Service ( Declaration of small family) Rules , 2005 and directives thereof issued by the Government from time to time , otherwise the candidate is liable to be disqualified for the appointment .

7. A person appointed to the post mentioned in rule 3 , shall be liable to be transferred anywhere in the state of Maharashtra .

क्रमांक सेप्रनि-०७१४/प्र.क्र.१५ ९/१४/वैसेवा४. भारतीय संविधानाच्या अनुच्छेद ३० ९ खालील परंतुकान्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या शक्तींचा वापर करून आणि या संदर्भात सध्या अस्तित्वात असलेले सर्व नियम , आदेश वा अनुदेश यांचे अधिक्रमण करून , महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल , याद्वारे , महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व औषधीद्रव्ये विभागाच्या नियंत्रणाखालील वैद्यकीय शिक्षण आणि संशोधन संचालनालयांतर्गत प्रयोगशाळा सहायक, गट -क ( तांत्रिक) या पदावरील सेवाप्रवेशाचे विनियमन करण्यासाठी याद्वारे पुढील नियम करीत आहेत : -

१. या नियमांना वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व संशोधन संचालनालयांतर्गत प्रयोगशाळा सहायक , गट- क (तांत्रिक ) (सेवाप्रवेश ) नियम , २०२० असे म्हणावे.

२. या नियमात संदर्भानुसार दुसरा अर्थ अभिप्रेत नसेल तर ,-

(क) " प्रमाणपत्र " याचा अर्थ सांविधिक परिषद किंवा मंडळाने प्रदान केलेले परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञानातील प्रमाणपत्र ( किमान १ वर्ष अभ्यासक्रमाचा कालावधी) किंवा शासनाने त्याच्याशी समतुल्य म्हणून घोषित केलेली अन्य कोणतीही अर्हता ;

(ग) " पदविका " याचा अर्थ सांविधिक परिषद किंवा मंडळाने प्रदान केलेली परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञानातील पदविका ( किमान १ वर्ष अभ्यासक्रमाचा कालावधी ) किंवा शासनाने त्याच्याशी समतुल्य म्हणून घोषित केलेली अन्य कोणतीही अर्हता ;

(च) ' शासन ' याचा अर्थ महाराष्ट्र शासन असा आहे ;

३. संचालनालयातील प्रयोगशाळा सहायक , या पदावरील नियुक्ती एकतर ,-

(क) खालील उमेदवारांमधून ज्येष्ठता अधीन पात्रता या निकषावर सुयोग्य व्यक्तीच्या पदोन्नतीने,–

( एक) गट -ड मधील पद धारण करणाऱ्या आणि संचालनालयातील प्रयोगशाळेत काम करण्याचा किमान तीन वर्षापेक्षा कमी नाही इतक्या कालावधीचा अनुभव धारण करणाऱ्या ;

परंतु , गट - ड मधील पदावरील नियुक्तीच्या वेळी किंवा नियुक्तीनंतर तीन वर्षांच्या कालावधीत जे उमेदवार उपरोल्लेखित परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण झाले असतील अशा उमेदवारांच्या बाबतीत ते ज्या दिनांकास तीन वर्षांची सलग सेवा पूर्ण करतील तो दिनांक ज्येष्ठतेचा मानीव दिनांक असेल :

(ख) खालील उमेदवारांमधून नामनिर्देशनाद्वारे -

(दोन) ज्यांनी परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञान ( प्रयोगशाळा तंत्रज्ञान ) ही पदवी अथवा विज्ञान शाखेतील परावैद्यक तंत्रज्ञान (प्रयोगशाळा तंत्रज्ञान) ही पदवी धारण केली असेल ; किंवा

ज्यांनी भौतिकशास्त्र आणि रसायनशास्त्र किंवा जीवशास्त्र या विषयांसह विज्ञान शाखेतील पदवी आणि प्रयोगशाळा तंत्रज्ञान या विषयातील पदविका किंवा प्रमाणपत्र धारण केले असेलः

परंतु , शासनमान्य रुग्णालयांमध्ये प्रयोगशाळा सहायक या पदावरील किमान एक वर्ष कालावधीचा अनुभव धारण करणाऱ्या उमेदवारांना प्राधान्य देण्यात येईल .

५. नियम ३ मध्ये उल्लेखिलेल्या पदांवर नियुक्त झालेल्या व्यक्तीने , या बाबतीत करण्यात आलेल्या नियमानुसार , हिंदी व मराठी भाषा परीक्षा अगोदरच उत्तीर्ण केलेल्या नसतील किंवा त्या परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होण्यापासून तिला सूट मिळाली नसेल , तर तिला सदर परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करणे आवश्यक राहील . सदर परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होऊन त्याबाबतची प्रमाणपत्रे सादर करेपर्यंत ती वार्षिक वेतनवाढ व पदोन्नतीसाठी पात्र ठरणार नाही.

६. नियम ३ मध्ये उल्लेखिलेल्या पदांवर नियुक्त झालेल्या व्यक्तीने , या बाबतीत करण्यात आलेल्या नियमानुसार , संगणक संचलन प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा अगोदरच उत्तीर्ण केली नसेल किंवा ती परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होण्यापासून तिला सूट मिळाली नसेल , तर तिला महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या माहिती व तंत्रज्ञान संचालनालयाने वेळोवेळी विहित केलेले संगणक संचलन प्रमाणपत्र विहित मुदतीत धारण करणे आवश्यक राहील. सदर परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होऊन त्याबाबतचे प्रमाणपत्र सादर करेपर्यंत ती वार्षिक वेतनवाढ व पदोन्नतीसाठी पात्र ठरणार नाही .

७. नियम ३ मध्ये उल्लेखिलेल्या पदांवर नियुक्त झालेल्या व्यक्तीने , महाराष्ट्र नागरी सेवा ( लहान कुटुंबाचे प्रमाणपत्र ) नियम, २००५ मधील तरतुदीनुसार व त्याबाबत शासनाने वेळोवेळी विहित केलेल्या नियमांनुसार , नियुक्तीच्या वेळी लहान कुटुंबाचे प्रमाणपत्र सादर करणे आवश्यक राहील, अन्यथा सदर व्यक्ती नियुक्तीसाठी पात्र ठरणार नाही.

CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.

No. SEPRANI - 0714/C.R.159 /VAISEVA 4.-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India and in supersession of all existing rules , orders or instruments made in this behalf, the Governor of Maharashtra is hereby pleased to make the following rules regulating the recruitment to the post of Laboratory Assistant , Group-C (Technical ) in the Directorate of Medical Education and Research under the Medical Education and Drugs Department of the Government of Maharashtra , namely :-

1. These rules may be called the Laboratory Assistant , Group- C ( Technical ) in the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (Recruitment ) Rules , 2020 .

2. In these rules , unless the context requires otherwise , -

(a) " Certificate " means a certificate in Paramedical Technology (course of minimum one year duration ) awarded by a Statutory Council or Board or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto ;

(b) "Degree" means a degree of a statutory university or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto ;

(c) " Diploma " means a diploma in Paramedical Technology ( course of minimum one year duration ) awarded by a Statutory Council or Board or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto ;

(d) " Directorate " means the Directorate of Medical Education and Research under the Medical Education and Drugs Department of the Government of Maharashtra ;

(e) " Government " means the Government of Maharashtra ;

3. Appointment to the post of Laboratory Assistant , in the Directorate shall be made either ,-

(a) by promotion of a suitable person on the basis of seniority subject to fitness from amongst persons ,-

(i) holding the post in Group - D , having not less than three years of experience of working in the Laboratory in the Directorate ;

Provided further that , if employee acquired the prescribed educational qualification after completing three years of service , the passing date shall be deemed to be the date ofseniority ;

(b) by nomination from amongst the persons , who , -

(i) are not less than nineteen years of age and not more than thirty eight years of age :

Provided that , the upper age limit shall be relaxed upto five years in case of candidates belonging to Backward Class ;

( ii) possess a degree of Bachelor of Paramedical Technology in Laboratory or Bachelor of Science in Paramedical Technology in Laboratory ;

possess a degree of Bachelor of Science with Physics , and Chemistry or Biology ; and a diploma or certificate in Laboratory :

Provided that , the preference shall be given to candidates having minimum one year experience as Laboratory Assistant in Government recognised hospitals .

4. Appointment to the post mentioned in rule 3 shall be made by promotion and nomination in the ratio of 50:50 respectively .

(च) ' शासन ' याचा अर्थ महाराष्ट्र शासन असा आहे ;

(छ) " उच्च माध्यमिक प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा " याचा अर्थ महाराष्ट्र माध्यमिक व उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षण मंडळ अधिनियम १ ९ ६५ (१ ९ ६५ चा महाराष्ट्र अधिनियम क्र. ४१ ) अन्वये गठीत केलेल्या विभागीय मंडळाकडून घेण्यात येणारी उच्च माध्यमिक प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा असा आहे आणि त्यामध्ये शासनाने त्यास समतुल्य म्हणून घोषित केलेली इतर कोणतीही परीक्षा याचा समावेश होतो .

३. संचालनालयातील प्रयोगशाळा तंत्रज्ञ , या पदावरील नियुक्ती एकतर , -

( एक) संचालनालयातील प्रयोगशाळा सहायक हे पद किमान ५ वर्षापेक्षा कमी नाही इतक्या कालावधीकरिता नियमितपणे धारण करणाऱ्या ;

( दोन) उच्च माध्यमिक प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा भौतिकशास्त्र, रसायनशास्त्र, जीवशास्त्र व इंग्रजी विषयांसह उत्तीर्ण असणाऱ्या:

(ख) खालील उमेदवारांमधून नामनिर्देशनाद्वारे

Provided that , in case of employees who have passed the aforesaid examination , at the time of joining the post of Laboratory Assistant within three years after joining the said post , the date on which they have completed three years of continue service shall be deemed to be the date of seniority :

Provided further that , if employee acquired the prescribed educational qualification after completing three years of service , the passing date shall be deemed to be the date of seniority;

(b) by nomination from amongst the persons , who , -

(i) are not less than nineteen years of age and not more than thirty eight years of age :
