In exercise of the powers conferred on me by Order ॅद्धहॅ द्ध--२००४-.ॅ. ३४-ॅ-०६, ह्यहॅ १७-९-२००४ of the State Election Commissioner, Maharashtra, the draft order fixing the number of seats to be elected and the extent of the wards into which the said Municipal area of the Municipal Councils to be divided and wards to be reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including Women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Class of the Citizens) as the case may be, as shown in the Schedule to the draft Order bearing ॅ-१२-द्धा--१-ॅह्यम्- ६८३-२०२०, ह्यहॅ १४ ह्यरूदन्, २०२० was published as required by the proviso to sub-section (1) of the Section 10 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 for infor- mation of the residents of the Kuhi Nagar Panchayat.

In exercise of the powers conferred on me by Order ॅद्धहॅ द्ध-२००४-. ॅ. ३४-ॅ-०६, ह्यहॅ १७ रू]क्ष्दन् २००४ of the State Election Commissioner, Maharashtra the Draft Order fixing the number of seats to be elected and the extent of the wards in to which the said Municipal area of the Municipal Councils to be divided and ward reserved for Scheduled Castes, Schedule Tribes, Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens) as the case may be as shown in the Schedule to the Draft Order bearing ॅ-१२-द्धा-१-ॅह्यम्-६८३-२०२०, ह्यहॅ १४ ह्यरूदन् २०२० was published as required by the proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchyats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 for the information of the residents of the Bhiwapur Nagar Panchayat.

After carefully considering the objections are received by me in respect of the said Draft Order, I, Ravindra Thakare, Collector of Nagpur district in exercise of powers conferred on me by sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the said Act, hereby make the following Order namely.—

2. Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Order No. MNP-2004- CR-34-W-06, Dated 17th September 2004 of the State Election Commissioner, Maharashtra read with sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 (Mah. XL of 1965). I, Ravindra Thakare, the Collector of Nagpur District hereby fixed the number and extent of the wards into which the said Municipal area shall be divided and specify the wards in which seats shall be reserved for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, the Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, the Backward Class of Citizens) as the case may be, as shown in the Schedule to this order.

In exercise of the powers conferred on me by Order No. द्ध-२००४-.ॅ. ३४-ॅ-०६, ह्यहॅ १७ रू]क्ष्दन् २००४ of the State Election Commissioner, Maharashtra, the Draft Order fixing the number of seats to be elected and the extent of the wards into which the said Municipal area of the Municipal Council to be divided and wards to be reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Class of Citizens and Women's (including Women belonging to Scheduled Cases, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Class of Citizens) as the case may be as shown in the Schedule to the draft order bearing ॅ-१२-द्धा-१-ॅह्यम्-६८३-२०२०, ह्यहॅ १४ ह्यरूदन् २०२० was published as required by the proviso to sub-section (1) of the Section 10 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 for information of the resi- dents of the Hingna Nagar Panchayat.

After carefully considering the objections received by me in respect of the said Draft Order. I, Ravindra Thakare, Collector of Nagpur District in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub- section (1) of Section 10 of the said Act, hereby make the following order namely :

Whereas, the Commissioner and Regional Director of Municipal Administration, Nagpur Division, December 2020 issued under sub-section (2) Nagpur by his Order No. MUN-19(3)WS-285-2020, dated 24 of Section 10 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 (Mah. XL of 1965) has fixed for Hingna Nagar Panchayat, the number of Councillors to be elected and the number of seats to be reserved for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including the number of seats reserved for women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens) as shown below :

2. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Order No. MNP-2004-CR-34-W-06, Dated 17th September 2004 of the State Election Commissioner, Maharashtra read with sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 (Mah XL of 1965). I, Ravindra Thakare, the Collector of Nagpur District hereby fixed the number and extent of the wards into which the said Municipal area shall be divided and specify the wards in which seats shall be reserved for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including Women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Back- ward Class of Citizens) as the case may be as shown in the Schedule to this Order.

3. This Order shall take effect for the purpose of the next General Elections held immediately following the date of this Order.—
