क्रमांक संकिर्ण -२०२० /प्र.क्र.५३/पदुम.-४. ज्याअर्थी, प्राण्यांमधील संक्रामक व सांसर्गिक रोगांस प्रतिबंध व नियंत्रण अधिनियम, २०० ९ (सन २०० ९ चा अधिनियम क्रमांक २७ ) याच्या कलम ६ ची पोट- कलमे ( १ ) आणि ( २ ) तसेच, कलमे ७ , ११ , १२ आणि १३ यांद्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून , महाराष्ट्र शासनाने , शासन अधिसूचना, कृषि , पशुसंवर्धन , दुग्धव्यवसाय विकास आणि मत्स्यव्यवसाय विभाग, क्रमांक संकिर्ण-२०२० / प्र. क्र. ५३ /पदुम -४ , दिनांक २१ सप्टेंबर २०२० ( यात यापुढे ज्याचा निर्देश " उक्त अधिसूचना " असा करण्यात आला आहे ) आणि अधिसूचना दिनांक १० नोव्हेंबर २०२० द्वारे जो उक्त अधिनियमान्वये अनुसूचित रोग असल्याचे घोषित केले आहे , त्या लंपी चर्मरोगाच्या बाबतीत महाराष्ट्र राज्यातील अकोला , अमरावती , औरंगाबाद , अहमदनगर , भंडारा, बुलडाणा , बीड , चंद्रपूर , गडचिरोली , गोंदिया , हिंगोली, जालना , लातूर , नांदेड , नागपूर , उस्मानाबाद, परभणी , सोलापूर , वर्धा , वाशिम, यवतमाळ, सांगली व सातारा या जिल्ह्यांचे संपूर्ण क्षेत्र " नियंत्रित क्षेत्र " म्हणून घोषित केले आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी , पुणे , रत्नागिरी व नाशिक जिल्ह्यांच्या क्षेत्रात गोजातीय प्रजातीच्या प्राण्यांना लंपी चर्मरोगाचा प्रादुर्भाव झाल्याचे निदर्शनास आले आहे आणि म्हणून , उक्त पुणे , रत्नागिरी व नाशिक जिल्ह्यांचे क्षेत्र " नियंत्रित क्षेत्र " म्हणून घोषित करणे शासनास इष्टवाटते ;
त्याअर्थी, आता , प्राण्यांमधील संक्रामक व सांसर्गिक रोगांस प्रतिबंध व नियंत्रण अधिनियम, २००९ ( सन २०० ९ चा अधिनियम क्रमांक २७ ) याच्या कलम ६ ची पोट कलमे ( १ ) आणि (२ ) तसेच , कलमे ७ , ११ , १२ आणि १३ यांद्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या भाग चार-अ-१

अधिकारांचा वापर करून , महाराष्ट्र शासन, याद्वारे शासन अधिसूचना , कृषि, पशुसंवर्धन , दुग्धव्यवसाय विकास आणि मत्स्यव्यवसाय विभाग क्रमांक संकिर्ण- २०२० /प्र. क्र. ५३ /पदुम. ४ , दिनांक २१ सप्टेंबर २०२० मध्ये पुढीलप्रमाणे सुधारणा करीत आहे : -
उक्त अधिसूचनेत , प्रास्ताविकेत, " व सातारा " या मजकुराऐवजी " सातारा, पुणे , रत्नागिरी व नाशिक " करण्यात येईल . हा मजकूर दाखल

NOTIFICATION
PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF CONTAGIOUS DISEASES IN ANIMALS ACT , 2009 .
No. Sankirna - 2020/CR - 53/ADF - 4.-Whereas as , the Government of Maharashtra has , by Government Notification , Agriculture , Animal Husbandry , Dairy Development and Fisheries Department , No. Sankirna - 2020/C.R. 53/ADF - 4 , dated the 21st September , 2020 (hereinafter referred to " the said notification " ) , and Notification dated the 10th November , 2020 issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sections (1) and (2) of section 6 read with sections 7, 11 , 12 and 13 of the Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in Animals Act , 2009 (No.27 of 2009 ) , declared the Districts Akola , Amravati , Aurangabad , Ahmednagar , Bhandara , Buldhana , Beed, Chandrapur , Gadchiroli , Gondia, Hingoli , Jalna, Latur , Nanded , Nagpur , Osmanabad , Parbhani , Solapur , Wardha, Washim , Yavatmal , Sangali and Satara of the State of Maharashtra as a " controlled area " in respect of the " Lumpy Skin Disease " which is a scheduled disease declared under the said Act ;
And whereas , it is noticed that , in the area of Districts Pune , Ratnagiri and Nashik the Bovine species animals are infected with the Lumpy Skin disease , and therefore , the Government considers it expedient to declare the said Districts Pune , Ratnagiri and Nashik as a " controlled area" ;
Now , therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sections (1 ) and (2) of section 6 read with sections 7 , 11 , 12 and 13 of the Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in Animals Act , 2009 ( No.27 of 2009 ) , the Government of Maharashtra hereby amends the Government Notification , Agriculture , Animal Husbandry , Dairy Development and Fisheries Department , No. Sankirna - 2020/C.R. 53 /ADF - 4 , dated the 21st September , 2020 , as follows , namely :-
In the said Notification , in the preamble , for the words " and Satara " the words " Satara , Pune , Ratnagiri and Nashik " shall be substituted .
