महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९ ६१ .
क्रमांक मऔविम/ आय.एल.पी./D४०१७ ९ / २०२१. ज्याअर्थी, शासनाचे उद्योग , ऊर्जा व कामगार विभागाची अधिसूचना क्र.म.औ.धो. १ ९१६/प्र.क्र .२२१ /उद्योग-२ , दिनांक १४ फेब्रुवारी २०१८ अन्वये महाराष्ट्राचे लॉजिस्टिक पार्क ( Logistics Park) धोरण-२०१८ जाहीर करणेत आले . (यापुढे उक्त धोरण असे नमूद केले आहे. )
आणि ज्याअर्थी , उक्त धोरणानुसार राज्यात एकात्मिक लॉजिस्टिक पार्कच्या विकासनासाठी महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास महामंडळ हे विशेष नियोजन प्राधिकरण म्हणून घोषित केले आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी , महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम , १९ ६१ चे कलम ४३- ( १ब ) नुसार महामंडळास कोणत्याही औद्योगिक क्षेत्राला राजपत्रातील अधिसूचनेद्वारे ' एकात्मिक औद्योगिक क्षेत्र ' म्हणून अधिसूचित करता येईल आणि अशी अधिसूचना काढल्यावर , महामंडळ हे, महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगररचना अधिनियम , १९ ६६ अन्वये अशा एकात्मिक औद्योगिक क्षेत्राकरिता विशेष नियोजन प्राधिकरण होईल ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, मे . विदर्भ कार्गो प्रा.लि. यांनी अर्जान्वये प्रस्तावित मौजे वडगाव , ता . हिंगणा, जि. नागपूर येथील क्षेत्राला एकात्मिक लॉजिस्टिक पार्क म्हणून घोषित करण्याची महामंडळास विनंती केली आहे.
आणि ज्याअर्थी, दिनांक १ ९ ऑगस्ट २०१ ९ रोजी संपन्न झालेल्या ११० व्या व दिनांक २ ९ ऑगस्ट २०१ ९ रोजी संपन्न झालेल्या ११४ व्या उच्चाधिकार समितीच्या बैठकीत मे. विदर्भ कार्गो प्रा.लि. यांचे प्रस्तावित मौजे वडगाव , ता. हिंगणा , जि. नागपूर येथील क्षेत्राला एकात्मिक लॉजिस्टिक पार्क विकासाला सहमती दर्शविली आहे.
आणि ज्याअर्थी , महाराष्ट्र शासनाने उद्योग , ऊर्जा व कामगार विभागाने त्यांची अधिसूचना क्र . आय.डी.सी. २०२० /प्र.क्र.२६५ /उद्योग -१४ , दिनांक २७ नोव्हेंबर २०२० अन्वये मौजे वडगाव , ता. हिंगणा , जि . नागपूर येथील ३२.४४ हे. आर क्षेत्र महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम , १ ९ ६१ चे कलम २ खंड ( ग) अन्वये ' औद्योगिक क्षेत्र ' म्हणून जाहीर केले आहे .

त्याअर्थी, शासनाचे महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम , १९ ६१ ( सन २०१३ चा सुधारणा अधिनियम , १५) च्या कलम ४३ खंड- ( १ ब) अन्वये महामंडळास प्रदान केलेल्या शक्तीचा वापर करून मी , डॉ . पी . अनबलगन , मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी , महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास महामंडळ याद्वारे उपरोक्त अधिसूचित झालेल्या मौजे वडगाव , ता . हिंगणा , जि. नागपूर येथील खालील अनुसूचित उल्लेखिलेल्या औद्योगिक खाजगी क्षेत्रास ' एकात्मिक औद्योगिक क्षेत्र ( लॉजिस्टिक पार्क) ' म्हणून घोषित करीत आहे .
उक्त अधिसूचनेची प्रत व सोबत स्थळ निश्चिती चतुःसीमा दर्शविलेला नकाशा हा या अधिसूचनेचा भाग समजण्यात यावा. तसेच सदर अधिसूचना ही महामंडळाचे www.midcindia.org या वेबसाईटवर उपलब्ध असेल.

NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT Aст , 1961 .
No. MIDC /IIA ( Logistic Park )/D40179/2021 . Whereas , Maharashtra Logistic Park Policy 2018 has been published by Government in Industries , Energy and Labour Department vide its Notification No. 1916/C.R.221/ Industry - 2 , dated 14th February 2018 ( Herein referred as the said Policy) ;
And whereas , as per the said Policy , Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation ( MIDC ) is declared as the Special Planning Authority for the development of Integrated Logistics Parks across the State .
And whereas , as per section 43-( 1B ) of Maharashtra Industrial Development Act , 1961 , that subject to the general or specific directions of the State Government , the Corporation may, by notification in the Official Gazette , notify any industrial area as the Integrated Industrial Area and upon such notification , the Corporation shall become the Special Planning Authority for such Integrated Industrial Area under the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act , 1966 ;
And whereas , M/ s . VIDARBHA CORGO PVT . LTD . made an application requesting MIDC to notify their proposed project area in Village - Wadgaon , Taluka - Hingna , District- Nagpur as Integrated Logistic Park ;
And whereas , the High - Power Committee in its 110th held on 19th August 2019 and 114th meeting held on 29th August 2019 has approved the proposal of an Integrated Logistics Park proposed to be developed by , M /s . VIDARBHA CORGO PVT . LTD . in Village- Wadgaon , Taluka- Hingna , District- Nagpur ;
And whereas , vide its , Notification No.IDC - 2020/ CR 265/Ind - 14, dated 27th November 2020 of Industries , Energy and Labour Department , Government of Maharashtra declared 32.44 Ha area of Village- Wadgaon , Taluka - Hingna , District- Nagpur to be an ' Industrial Area' under clause ( g ) of section 2 of Maharashtra Development Act , 1961 .
Now therefore in exercise of powers conferred under clause ( 1B ) of section 43 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act , 1961 ( Mah.XV of 2013 ) , I , Dr. P. Anbalagan , hereby notify the area at Village- Wadgaon , Taluka - Hingna , District- Nagpur , as per appended schedule as Integrated Industrial Area (Logistic Park )
A copy of this Notification and plan showing boundaries shall form part of this Notification . The Notification is made available on the website of MIDC.www.midcindia.org .
