No. SPC . 1320/599/C.R.112/ D - IX.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes ( Prevention of Atrocities ) Act, 1989 (33 of 1989 ) ( hereafter referred as the " said act " ) the Government of Maharashtra , with the concurrence of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court of Judicature at Bombay , hereby appoints the Judge referred in column 2 of schedule shown below as the Judge for Exclusive Special Court at the station shown in column 3 of the schedule , to deal and try the cases filed under the said Act .
