NOTIFICATION
THE FAMILY COURTS ACT, 1984 (66 OF 1984).
No. FMC. 1116/C.R. 86/ D-IX.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 3 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (66 of 1984), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf and in partial modification of all earlier Notifications issued in this behalf, in so far as they relate to the Court of Family Court, Parbhani, the Government of Maharashtra, in consultation with the High Court of Judicature of Bombay, with effect from 20th December, 2020, hereby establishes a Family Court at Parbhani, Dist. Parbhani and specifies the local limits of the following area namely : —
(a) The area within the local limits of the Municipal Corporation of Parbhani, for the purpose of exercising the jurisdiction and powers conferred by the said Act.
