Publication of Draft Development Plan R. (O.L.)+(E.L.) of Karanja (Lad) Under Section 26(1) of

Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966.

Whereas, the Karanja (Lad) Municipal Council (hereinafter referred to as the " said Planning Authority".) vide Resolution No. 1(A) dated 29th July 2017 had declared its intention to prepare a Draft Development Plan of Karanja (Lad)(hereinafter referred to as the "said Draft Development Plan") for the area under its jurisdiction (hereinafter referred to as the "said area") as per the provision of Section 23(1) read with Section 21(2) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act") and notice to that effect is Published in Maharashtra Government Gazette Amravati Division, Supplement Part 1 on 31st August to 6th September 2017 ;

And whereas, as per the provision in Section 24 of the said Act, the Municipal Council vide Order No. 6500/18, dated 14th February 2018 has appointed Assistant Director, Town Planning, Washim Branch, Washim as "Town Planning Officer"to prepare the said Draft Development Plan for the said area;

And whereas, Town Planning Officer and Assistant Director, Town Planning, Washim Branch, Washim after having prepared Existing Land Use Map as per Section 25 of the said Act, has prepared the said Draft Development Plan of the said area and has handed it over to the said Planning Authority vide Latter No. 3/20, dated 16th December 2020 for the publication under Section 26(1) of the Act; And whereas, the said Planning Authority has passed Resolution No. 21, dated 31st December 2020 to publish the said Draft Development Plan under Section 26(1) of the said Act for inviting suggestions/ objections from the public;

And whereas, the Town Planning Officer resubmitted Draft Development Plan vide Letter No. 1/21, dated 22nd January 2021 for publication showing the modifications in green colour which are suggested by the Planning Authority as per Resolution No. 21, dated 31st December 2020.

Therefore, Karanja (Lad) Municipal Council hereby publishes the said Draft Development Plan along with the Report under Section 26(1) of the said Act for inviting suggestions/objections from the public. The copy of the said Draft Development Plan and Report thereof are kept open for inspection of the public at the following offices on all working days during office hours.

(2) Assistant Director, Town Planning, Washim Branch, Washim.

The suggestions/objections if any, in writing from the public in this regard with reasons, shall be submitted to the Chief Officer, Karanja (Lad) Municipal Council within the period of 30 days from the date of publication of the Notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette. Suggestions/objections re- ceived by the Municipal Council within the period of 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette shall only be considered.

The copies of the said Draft Development Plan and Particular shall be available to the public at the reasonable price in the office of the Karanja (Lad) Municipal Council.

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by Order No. SEC-NP-20-P.K. 06KA-06, dated 12th October 2020 of the State Election Commissioner, Maharashtra the Draft Order fixing the number of seats to be elected and the extent of the wards into which the Motala Nagar Panchayat area is to be divided and wards reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Class of Citizens and Women (includ- ing women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Class of Citizens), as the case may be, as shown in the Schedule to Draft Order bearing No. 2399-UDB-Motala- Desk-2-2020, dated 13th Novermber 2020, was published as required by the proviso to sub-section (1) of the Section 10 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965, (Mah. XL of 1965) for the information of all the residents of the Motala Nagar Panchyat. After carefully considering the objections received by me in respect of the said draft order, I, S. Ramamurthi, the Collector of Buldana District in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the said Act, hereby make the following order namely.—

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Order No. SEC-NP-20-P.K.-06,KA-6, dated 12th October 2020 of the State Election Commissioner, Maharashtra read with sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Maharashtra Municipal Council, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965. (Mah. XL of 1965), I, S. Ramamurti (I.A.S.), the Collector of Buldana District hereby, fix the number and extent of the wards into which the said Municipal area shall be divided and specify the wards in which seats shall be reserved for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, the Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, the Backward Class of Citizens) as the case may be, as shown in the Schedule to this notification.

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by Order No. SEC/NP-2020-C.R.08-Desk-06, Dated 29th October 2020 of the State Election Commissioner, Maharashtra, Mumbai, the Draft Order, fixing the number of seats to be elected and extent of wards in which the said Nagar Panchayat area of Nagar Panchayat, Manora is to be divided and wards reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including women belonging to the Scheduled Caste, the Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Class of Citizens), as the case may be, as shown in the Schedule to the Order draft order bearings No. Desk-13-AK(ADS)-WS-497-2020, Dt. 30th November 2020 was published as required by the provision to sub-section (1) of Section 10 of Maharashtra Municipal Council, Nagar Panchayat and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 for information of residents of Manora Nagar Panchayat.

After carefully considering the objections received by me in respect of the said draft order, I, the Collector of Washim District in exercise of powers conferred on me by sub-section (1) of section 10 of said Act, hereby make the following order namely.

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by Order No. SEC-MC-2020-CR-1-D-6, dated 6th February 2020 and Order No. SEC-MC-2020-CR-6-D-06, dated 23th December 2020 of the State Election Commis- sioner, Maharashtra the Draft Order fixing the number of seats to be elected and the extent of the wards into which the said Nagar Panchayat area of Dharni Nagar Panchayat is to be divided and wards reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Class of Citizens), as the case may be, as shown in the Schedule to the Draft Order bearing No. D-20-CR-election-WS-564- 2021, dated 1st January 2020 was published as required by the proviso to sub-section (1) of the Section 10 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Township Act, 1965, (Mah. Whereas, the Regional Director of Municipal Administration, Amravati by his Order No. RDMA- AMT-LRCO-Election-WS-158-2020, dated 31st July 2020 issued under sub-section (2) of Section 9 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 (Mah.XL of 1965) has fixed for the Dharni Nagar Panchayat, the number of Councillors to be elected and the number of seats to be reserved for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including the elected and the number of seats reserved for women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Class of Citizens) as shown below :

2. Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Order No. SEC-MC-2020-CR-1-D-6, dated 6th February 2020 of the State Election Commissioner, Maharashtra read with sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Maharashtra Municipal Council, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965.

I, Shailesh Nawal, the Collector of Amrawati District hereby, fix the number and extent of the wards into which the said Nagar Panchayat area shall be divided and specify the wards in which seats shall be reserved for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Backward Class of Citizens as shown in the Schedule to this order.

3. This Order shall take effect for the purpose of the next General Election held immediately following the date of this Order.—
