CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE , 1973 .
No. PRO . 0121/C.R . 04/Spl . 2.-In exercise of powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) and ( 2) of section 20 of the Code of Criminal Procedure , 1973 (2 of 1974 ) and all other power enabling it in that behalf and in supersession of Government Notification , Home Department ( Special ) , No. PRO. 617/C/R/ 130/ Spl . 2, dated the 9th February 2018, in so far it relates to Palghar District the Government of Maharashtra , hereby-
( a) appoint the person holding the post of Additional Collector , Palghar with the headquarter atJawhar , District Palgharto be Executive Magistrate ; and ( b) appoints such Executive Magistrate to be an Additional District Magistrate ; and ( c) directs that such Additional District Magistrate shall have all the said Code or under any other Law for the time being in force.
