Vaibhav G. Bagade , as " Special Public Prosecutor " for conducting the case before Sessions Court , Dindoshi , Mumbai which is arising out of (C.R. No. 20/ 2018 registered with Samata Nagar Police Station, Mumbai .
2. The fees of Adv . Vaibhav G. Bagade , Special Public Prosecutor shall be paid by Home Department as per the proposal approved by Law and Judiciary Department .
3. His appointment is strictly subject to the conditions of service laid down in the Maharashtra Law Officers (Appointment , Conditions of Service and Remuneration) Rules , 1984 .
4. The Government reserves the right to revoke/ modify/ annul the order without assigning any reasons .

ज्या अधिकाऱ्यांबाबत महसुलहानी / विभागीय चौकशी कार्यवाही सुरू आहे किंवा प्रस्तावित आहे , अशा अधिकाऱ्यांच्या प्रकरणी होणाऱ्या निर्णयाच्या अधिन राहून निवृत्ती वेतन लाभाची कार्यवाही करावी .
संबंधित अधिकाऱ्यांस नियमित सेवानिवृत्तीवेतन व सेवालाभ देण्यास काही कारणास्तव विलंब होणार असल्यास तात्पुरते निवृत्ती वेतन व सेवालाभ देण्यासाठी महाराष्ट्र नागरी सेवा ( निवृत्ती वेतन ) नियम १ ९ ८२ मधील नियम १२६/१३० नुसार आवश्यक कार्यवाही तात्काळ करावी.
