महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक नियोजन व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ चे कलम ३८ सह कलम २३ (१) नुसार जव्हार नगरपरिषद
क्षेत्राची सुधारित विकास योजना तयार करण्याचा इरादा जाहीर करणेबाबत.

ज्याअर्थी, जव्हार नगरपरिषदेची सुधारित विकास योजना (प्रथम सुधारित ) अंमलात आल्यापासून २० वषार्ंचा कालावधी होत असल्याने महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ चे कलम ३८ मधील तरतुदीनुसार विकास योजना सुधारित करणे आवश्यक आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, जव्हार नगरपरिषदेने नगरपरिषद हद्दीची सुधारित विकास योजना तयार करण्याचे अनुषंगाने विकास योजना तयार करणेचा इरादा जाहीर करणेसाठी सर्वसाधारण सभा ठराव क्र. ४६९, दिनांक ४ फेब्रुवारी २०२१ अन्वये मान्यता दिलेली आहे.
आता त्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ चे कलम ३८ सह कलम २३(१) च्या तरतुदीनुसार विकास योजना तयार करण्याचा इरादा जाहीर करण्यासाठी सदरची सूचना प्रसिद्ध करणेत येत आहे. महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक नियोजन व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ चे कलम २३(२) नुसार जव्हार नगरपरिषदेच्या सुधारित विकास योजनेमध्ये समाविष्ट असलेल्या क्षेत्राची हद्द दर्शविणारा नकाशा नगरपरिषदेच्या कार्यालयात, कार्यालयीन कामकाजाच्या दिवशी, कार्यालयीन वेळेत नागरिकांच्या अवलोकनासाठी ठेवण्यात आलेला आहे.
ज्या नागरिकांच्या याबाबत काही सूचना/हरकती असतील त्यांनी ही सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध होईल त्या तारखेपासून ६० (साठ) दिवसांच्या आत मुख्याधिकारी, जव्हार नगरपरिषद यांचेकडे लेखी स्वरुपात द्याव्यात. विकास योजना तयार करताना त्या सूचना / हरकतींचा योग्य तो विचार करण्यात येईल.

Declaration of Intention to prepare Development Plan of Jawhar Municipal Council
as per section 23(1) read with section 38 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town
Planning Act, 1966.

Whereas, the Revised Development Plan of Jawhar (First Revised) has come into operation and period of 20 years is being completed, therefore it is necessary to revise the Development Plan as per section 38 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 ;
And whereas, the Jawhar Municipal Council by its resolution No. 469, dated 4th February 2021, has decided to revise the Development Plan, accordingly approved to declare intention to prepare the Development Plan.
Now therefore, as per provision of section 23(1) read with section 38 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, to declare intention to prepare the Revised Development Plan, hereby the notice is being published.
The plan showing boundary of the area included in the Revised Development Plan of Jawhar Municipal Council is kept open for inspection by the public on office working days, during office hours at the office of the Jawhar Municipal Council, as required under section 23(2) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.
Any suggestion / objection of the public in this regard, may be forwarded in writing to the Chief Officer, Jawhar Municipal Council within a period of 60 (Sixty) days from the date of publication of this notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette. The suggestion / objection shall be duly considered while preparing the Development Plan.
