महाराष्ट्र माथाडी, हमाल व इतर श्रमजीवी कामगार (नोकरीचे नियमन व कल्याण) अधिनियम, १९६९.
क्रमांक युडब्ल्युए. २०२१/प्र.क्र.७६/काम-५.----ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र माथाडी, हमाल व इतर श्रमजीवी कामगार (नोकरीचे नियमन व कल्याण) अधिनियम, १९६९ (१९६९ चा महा. ३०) च्या कलम ६ मधील तरतुदीस अनुसरून विशिष्ट अनुसूची नोकरीकरीता खालील तक्त्यात दर्शविलेल्या रकाना (३) मधील नमूद माथाडी मंडळ घटीत करणे अशक्य असल्याचे व मंडळांवर सदस्यांचे नामनिर्देशन करण्यास काही कालावधी लागणार असल्याचे, महाराष्ट्र शासनास दिसून येईल;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ६ अन्वये यथोचितरित्या मंडळ घटीत करण्यात येईल तोपयर्ंत, पद धारण करण्यास व अधिनियमाद्वारे किंवा तद्न्वये मंडळास प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करण्यासाठी आणि त्यावर लादलेली कर्तव्ये आणि कामे पार पाडण्यासाठी खालील तक्त्यातील रकाना (२) मध्ये दर्शविलेल्या व्यक्तींची रकाना (३) मध्ये नमूद मंडळासमोर नियुक्ती करण्याचे ठरविले आहे ;
आता त्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र माथाडी, हमाल व इतर श्रमजीवी कामगार (नोकरीचे नियमन व कल्याण) अधिनियम, १९६९ चे कलम ६(अ) चे पोट-कलम (१) अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून, राज्य शासन याद्वारे उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ६ अन्वये यथोचितरित्या मंडळ घटीत होईपयर्ंत, रकाना (२) मध्ये नमूद केलेल्या व्यक्तींची रकाना (३) मध्ये नमूद केलेल्या मंडळावर पद धारण करण्यास व अधिनियमाद्वारे किंवा तद्न्वये मंडळास प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करण्यासाठी आणि त्यावर लादलेली कर्तव्ये आणि कामे पार पाडण्यासाठी, नियुक्ती करत आहे.

NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA MATHADI, HAMAL AND OTHER MANUAL WORKERS (REGULATION OF EMPLOYMENT AND WELFARE) ACT, 1969.
No. UWA. 2021/C.R. 76/LAB-5.— Whereas, it appears to the Government of Maharashtra that it is unable to reconstitute the Boards for certain scheduled employments mentioned in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto in accordance with the provisions of section 6 of the Maharashtra Mathadi, Hamal and other Manual Workers (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1969 (Mah. XXX of 1969), as it will take some more time to nominate members on the said Boards ;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has decided to appoint the persons mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule appended hereto against the said Boards mentioned in column (3) thereof to hold office and exercise all the powers and perform and discharge all the duties and functions conferred and imposed upon the said Boards, respectively, by or under the said Act until the said Boards are duly reconstituted under section 6 of the said Act ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6A of the Maharashtra Mathadi, Hamal and other Manual Workers (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1969 (Mah. XXX of 1969), the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the persons mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule appended hereto on the said Board mentioned in column (3) thereof to hold office and exercise all the powers and perform and discharge all the duties and functions conferred and imposed upon the said Boards by or under the said Act until the said Boards are duly reconstituted under section 6 of the said Act.

MAHARASHTRA PRIVATE SECURITY GUARDS (REGULATION OF EMPLOYMENT AND WELFARE) ACT, 1981.
No. UWA. 2021/C.R. 76/LAB-5.— Whereas, it appears to the Government of Maharashtra that it is unable to reconstitute the Boards for Security Guards in certain areas mentioned in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto in accordance with the provisions of section 6 of the Maharashtra Private Security Guards (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1981 (Mah. LVIII of 1981), as it will take some more time to nominate members on the said Boards ;
