The Development Plan of Amravati (R.) has been sanctioned by the Government in Urban Development by Notification No. TPS-2892-1180-CR-90-92 (B)-UD-13, Dated the 4th December, 1992 and it has come into force with effect from 25th February, 1993. Amravati Municipal Corporation through its General Body Resolution intends to make the following modification u/s. 37 (1) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 to sanction Development Plan of Amravati (Revised).—

Declaration of Intention to Prepare Development Plan of Murtizapur Municipal Council as per Section
23(1) read with Section 38 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act,
No. MMC-Co-TP-277-2021.—
Government of Maharashtra in Urban Development Department, vide its Notification No. D. P. MURTIZAPUR (R.) TPV-62434, dated 30-03-1988 has sanctioned Revised Development Plan for Murtizapur Municipal Council. It is neces- sary to revise the Development Plan for the area of Municipal Council at least once in 20 years as per Section 38 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 for planned development of the said area.
Hence, the Murtizapur Municipal Council by its Resolution No. 5, dated 19-10-2020 has given consent to declare its intention to prepare Development Plan, as per provision of Section 23(1) read with Section 38 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. Accordingly, this notice is being published.
The plan showing boundary of the area included in Development Plan of Murtizapur Municipal Council is kept open for inspection by the public on office working days, during office hours at the office of the Municipal Council as required under Section 23(2) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.
Any suggestions/objections of the public in this regard, may be forwarded in writing to the Chief Officer, Murtizapur, Municipal Council within a period of 60 (sixty) days from the date of publication of this nitice in Maharashtra Government Gazette. The suggestions/objections shall be duly considered while preparing the Development Plan.
